Freelo significantly helps us with the overall organization of our team, which leads to better results and more efficient collaboration. I particularly appreciate the clear division of tasks, which allows for individual discussions, and the easy tracking of deadlines. Pros Thanks to the Freelo app on my mobile device, I always have an overview of our team's schedule. Sorting by individual days also helps with better organization, and individual tasks are marked with color codes, which makes it easier to navigate. Cons What I like least about Freelo is that there is no option for group chat. Group chat could increase usage of the platform and enable a transition from standard communication apps such as WhatsApp to Freelo alone. Review Source LL Lenka L. We’ve made good progress, but we’re still working on finding the right balance – especially when it comes to using it as our only project management tool and encouraging the whole team to adopt it fully. Otherwise, we haven’t had any issues. The tool is really simple and easy to use. Pros Freelo offers both user-friendliness and complexity where needed. Cons At the beginning, it wasn’t easy to adjust the notification settings – we were getting too many updates and needed time to find the right balance. Also, connecting Freelo with Google Calendar was a bit confusing at first. For example, at one point we could see our colleagues’ events in our own calendars. I couldn't imagine working in a team without it. We also appreciate its user-friendliness. It's great to see that the Freelo team is still actively working on its development. Pros It's intuitive and clear to use, even for less experienced users. It's very easy to navigate while also being flexible enough to adjust to the needs of individual users. Cons At this moment, there is nothing that doesn't meet our needs. The setting options for users and notifications are so many that everyone can find the settings that suit them. A place to organise tasks and subtasks of our project, to date them and assign them to members of our team. It is effortless to use and therefore saves time as well. Pros I always appreciate simplicity and intuitive use, which Freelo provides in spades. Creating and delegating tasks among project members is also very straightforward. Cons To find a drawback with this app is quite a challenge. If I had to choose one, it would be reminder emails about changes happening in a specific team. They are useful, and email notifications are optional (you can turn them off). However, the email does not contain specific information about the change; you can only see it in the app itself. The tasks are clearly arranged and I like that the tasks can be grouped into different topics. Pros \-What I like about Freelo is that everything is very clear and I can see everything the way I need it. In terms of dates and topics, so that I know exactly which tasks take priority over others. So I can recommend it to anybody who deals with some comlicated processes and would catch all tasks together. Pros We used Freelo during preparing of Human Rights Day at our high school. It was a big project for very small group of people and Freelo helped us to catch all tasks together. I strongly appreciate the simplicity of this tool, everything is very intuitive and easy to learn. Having local support in Czech is a huge advantage compared to other tools. Cons What I found a bit challenging at the beginning was getting oriented in all the features and possibilities Freelo offers. Pros This app has so much great features. The most used tool is shared calendar, we use it to plan everyday workshops, events and projects. Another big plus is the task board and the ability to manage individual projects separately, which helps us keep a clear overview of what needs to be done.
