Overall, I find the tool very easy to work with. In the past we used Trello for project management. I appreciate that the tool is in Czech - for colleagues who do not speak English well this is an important feature. In the business license we have support from the provider, including regular newsletters, feedback, knowledge enhancement - the customer care is of a high standard. The visualisation of the tool is clear and intuitive.

Pros

Various features are offered in the full license version - timelines, project overview from different perspectives (hours worked, task statistics, etc.).

Cons

For beginners in using of IT technology, the process of learning the tool can be more lengthy.

It is a good sharepoint for tasks, projects, and individual steps, making collaboration and coordination among colleagues clear and efficient.

Pros

I like the clear overview of tasks, assigning people to tasks, setting deadlines, reminders for current tasks, the ability to edit tasks in various ways, and the structuring of subtasks. It is an improved electronic version of a to-do list designed for multiple people at the same time.

Cons

I don’t use Freelo on a daily basis and haven’t tried all of its features yet. For me, some links and connections feel cumbersome, and some workflows are not very intuitive.

### "Helps with processes in a non-profit organization."

We needed help with process to plan conference. We started with this one project and slowly, step by step, we implement more projects and daily duties into Freelo. It help us keep in track, give task to responsible people, wach deadlines, better plan resources and we have less paperwork (e-mails).

Pros

Freelo helps us keep and manage our projects, tasks, resources and dates in one place. It´s super friendly and has great support (webinars, articles, videos).

Cons

It´s not that much about Freelo, but it took time to load it with information on the beginning. Also some people had issues to start use it.

Overall, I am satisfied with the application, except for some shortcomings, such as the inability to use the Gannt chart in the scaled version. I would expect this basic tool in the paid version, otherwise you are just paying for Google Keep.

Perfect customer support. Before purchasing, I had a call with support, where I described how we would like to use the tool in our company. Based on this call, a suitable program was recommended to me. I mainly needed a tool that would be understandable even for an older person who is not completely computer literate.

Pros

User friendly interface with clean and intuitive design. Easy for teams to adapt and navigate. It's easy to assign priorities, deadlines and responsibilities. It is possible to track budget and time. Perfect customer support.

Cons

Not so good mobile app - little confusing, not so clean. Inability to assign a task to multiple people - you have to work with subtasks. I don't like that the task description is not above the subtasks, but below them.

Overall I am very satisfied with the use of Freelo. It meets the needs of an organization of up to 50 employees, helps us save time and at the same time helps us to see which activities are currently taking place in the projects. Unlike some other similar tools, Freelo also offers functionality in Czech language, which was important when we chose the tool. I also appreciated the free online training.

Pros

Freelo allows me to keep a good and clear track of project activities that can get lost in email communication, and it helps me to plan and track deadlines better.

Cons

Some features seem to me to be missing in Freelo - some easier uploading of project activities from Excel, for example. At the same time some AI features would help speed up the work.

I have been working in this program for more than a year now and I can say that the quality of the organization of my work has been simplified and improved thanks to this program.

Pros

Freelo is a tool that has made my daily work in the project much easier. The tasks I work on are now virtually written down and automatically checked. Collaboration with colleagues is easier and clearer.

Cons

I would like it if the working environment could be changed in colour or theme. The environment seems a bit sterile to me.

Pros

I like how clear to use Freelo is. It really helps with managing team tasks and keeping everyone aligned on our work projects.

Cons

I find the notifications a bit overwhelming at times, especially when there are many updates. It would be great to have more control over what kind of alerts I get.

Pros

Connecting the whole team in one platform. Very simple and intuitive program control, given that we have colleagues of different ages, it is not a problem for anyone to operate it. The company manager has an easier overview of the work of the people in his team. Everything is now neatly organized under projects and tasks, with clear individual responsibilities. Freelo helped us optimize our tasks and deadlines. More effective communication across the company.

Cons

For the "out of office" setting, I miss the option to add a reason for absence and send an automatic message to the user who is entering or replying to a task at that time. Freelo cannot be used as a means of storing information, planning, developing and sharing projects, notes, texts, calls etc., which would also be useful.

I was skeptical at the beginning of using it. It was necessary to change my previous working habits and that was very difficult to begin with. However, after using it for a while, I found that my work became easier and my tasks were fun to do.

Pros

What I like about Freelo is its functionality and practicality. Tasks are clearly arranged in the calendar. This makes it easier for me to plan their completion. I also appreciate the great attitude and support from the company. They are open to explain everything and adjust if necessary.

Cons

It was hard for me to get used to using Freelo on a regular basis. Especially because of my previous habits of working with a diary and personal communication with colleagues. I would also appreciate the ability to customize the interface to be more playful /colorful, etc.)

Intuitive and clear project management. Nice and intuitive way how to plan and organise work and don't forget something. All in one reachable from anywhere. Possibility of shared communication within the team over individual tasks. Overall a time saver and a good helper in systematic work.

Freelo is a useful tool that helps to better navigate and manage your work tasks. For our project, this software is a tool that replaces word documents, post-its and pdf manuals.

Pros

Because of its different options for displaying tasks, it offers several visual treatments that the individual can choose according to his or her own preference. Some employees work from home, so Freelo is an aid in entering and checking the status of an assigned task. I really like the possibility of responding to messages using emoji. This creates the possibility for a quick reaction to the development of that particular task. People are able to create filters according to their own needs.

Cons

The thing I like least about Freelo is the notification settings. We can turn notifications on or off for the entire app. We don't find an option for setting notifications for individual tasks.
