For a long time I could not find a tool for leading tasks in small teams. Basecamp was confusing over time and I missed the opportunity to comment on individual checks separately in the trell. Freelo combined the best of both, which suits me best. If you are looking for a project management tool or tool for team leadership definitely try freelo.

Pros

clarity simplicity possibility to comment checks time measurement connection to invoicing to-do templates

Cons

Sometimes there were some little errors or ambiguities, but we always solved everything quickly with support

As a small business, we were expierencing with all kinds of project managment tools though none of them is equal to freelo (and trust me, we tried a lots of them - Asana, Trello...). It just clicked as we tried it few years ago and we are using it ever since. For the first time in our company history we have a complete map of the road we are taking as well as an amazing management tool, which allows me to oversee the tasks of each individual in our team. There are lots of intelligent features and small things that makes freelo a tool which allows you to really focus on the tasks at hand such as integration with calendar, exports, pinning documents, tagging and time tracking. Finally, freelo is a tool that just doesn't stand in the way of your work, but helps you to get things done.

Pros

\+ very easy to use + intuitive design + nice UI (good for eyes and easy to look at) + simple yet with lots of important features (pinning e-mails, calendar, overviews...) + amazing filters + customer support + Czech company

Cons

Well honestly, after two years of using freelo on daily basis, with all the improvements freelo team does each month, there is nothing for me to complain about apart from really small details. If you create new project, be careful to choose the currency in which the time is tracked. You can't change that afterwards.

As an NGO with a rather high number of volunteers on our team, a well-functioning and efficient management tool is key for proper workflow and task management. Freelo offers many useful features in a straightforward, user-friendly way, which combined with a reasonable pricing system makes the software our first choice.

Pros

Freelo saves up much of its users' time through implementation of tools such as calendar, deadlines option, efficient filters and template usage, which all come in very useful in regards to task management. Moreover, everything is easy to understand and utilize even for beginners and people who do not interest themselves in technology. A major benefit also lies in the pricing system, for Freelo does not charge each user individually, meaning the price does not change according to the number of team members, but rather remains set no matter how large the user group. Since our team in particular is quite numerous, this feature proved to be really helpful.

Cons

Not many disadvantages have occurred to us so far. The only negative is the absence of a ticket workflow.

An easily implemented application on your computer, in a web interface or as a mobile application, which you can always take with you and have the opportunity to monitor the progress of individual tasks.

Pros

Freelo is able to multiply the capacity of the work of a team and an individual. You can choose the tools that suit you best. It is possible to create tasks and divide them into individual subtasks. It is also possible to create a task from a comments. You can save the completed tasks in the archive, where you have it even after the fact. You can choose a table, columns, mind-map or Gant chart to display it. You can track your work time and the financial demands of your colleagues - you can invoice work on projects according to the time spent on tasks and track the same with your subordinates. You can even use Freelo in the free version. You can also invite collaborators without a paid version. Simply Freelo is the best!

Cons

Freelo is not a CRM service, but in combination with the interconnected Raynet, it is possible to perfectly supplement the missing ability to save clients

I have nothing but perfect experience. It is easy to learn using it, easy to learn others to use it and customer support is always helpful.

Pros

I like the most simplicity of frontend. It is perfectly clear and easy to learn. Also I like customer support both knowledge base/webinars and chat/email

Cons

For managing a lot of longterm projects with a milion of tasks I miss gantt. This kind of display mode would help me a lot. But for my personal tasks or marketing and operation project it work 100% perfect!

We use the app to coordinate all our internal projects and also to share knowledge. However, it is not a problem to connect freelancers and customers. We have a lot of smaller projects so we have an overview of what's going on. It's great to support the agile way of working.

Pros

Simply designed cloud application. It works as it should. I like that it supports projects very well. I like that the app is constantly improving.

Cons

I would appreciate in a future release that the creation of the WBS using the mind map is linked to the tasks in KANBAN. But that's a detail.

After getting to know each other, I like working in Freelo just for the cleariness. Even I don't use it on daily base, I always know what to do, where to look and how to manage my tasks.

Pros

I like the cleariness of the environment, although it took me a bit to get use to it. Freelo is very intuitive and helps with processing the tasks by providing buttons to asign features like deadline, sub-tasks etc.

Cons

As I mentioned, it took me a while to get use to the austere environment.

I fell in love with Freelo from the first moment and so did my clients and co-workers. As a freelancer and owner of a marketing company I need to keep order between tasks from clients. Clients have an overview of which tasks are being worked on. After Asana, Trello, ToDoist and other pay-per-user applications I'm happy to be anchored in Freelo.

Pros

The ability to track time and costs for individual tasks, prepared templates and immediate transfer to the invoicing system.

Cons

There is still needed some chatting app (as Slack) for daily communication.

Pros

Thanks to the user-friendly Freelo environment, it is easy to plan your time. You can process tasks in a team, create subtasks and assign other team members to them and set a deadline for them. At the task pages, you can have a discussion directly with the whole team you define. You can also do all this in the mobile application.

Cons

The only problem I came across is that you can't assign 2 people to the one task. Nevertheless, this can be solved by duplication the task and setting solver to each them.

For me personally, Freelo is a big advantage. I have my tasks in order now, before that it worked more like chaos. I have a perfect overview of all tasks on one page. After we have deployed Freelo in our organization, it no longer happens to me that I have to think about what work I have to do, now I just look and know exactly what to do.

Pros

Thanks Freely you no longer need to task, writing on paper that I can find somewhere on the table. So now I have a perfect overview of what and by when I have to do.

Cons

I perceive this as a negative if I order my subordinate a task that he can delete it without verification. I miss the request feature, specifically so that if a user wants to delete a task, it must be approved by his or her supervisor.

The simplicity and overall user adaptibility is what made us choose Freelo to manage the various projects within our NGO. The clarity of the software has helped us to stay organized and on top of all the small and bigger projects and has been a great contribution to the internal and external communication and task management.

Pros

Freelo is very intuitive and easy to manage all the different tasks within the projects and asign them to people. It also works perfectly on the mobile app. Its integration with other apps and active notifications are much appreciated.

Cons

As we're quite new to using Freelo we have yet to discover many of its features. So far,we haven't found anything to mention here.

We use Freelo for 1 year. There is no any reason to change or regret my decision.

Pros

Easy of use - there is no special need to learn with that tool. Costs don't depend on number of users, but on number of projects. There is great overview, which tasks are planned etc.

Cons

I am not sure, if I can anything find. Maybe some way to have overview how much we charging or pay costs on employee time with no chance, which employee could see that.

Pros

Freelo is very easy to use, implement, and onboard the team. We like it for a smooth and clear assignment of tasks for our team. Our marketing team uses it on daily basis to collect and manage tasks.

Cons

The only thing that misses is creating tasks via email. It is possible to work around this and create a special email address but it creates a task only for the user who created it in a particular To-Do list.

I work like freelancer and on my business. So I have many projects what I use everyday and another projects with my ideas for later, where I save and organize all my ideas. I think I am really basic user. Freelo has so many features what I don't need or I need them and I just don't know they exists. :-)

Pros

I love their UX, how easy and simple it is. Also I think they have feature for everything what you can imagine. Nice complex API, import from other platforms, connection with so many platform like calendars, CRMs, everything. Time tracking is amazing, I use it everyday. And of course one of the best support what I've ever seen. So thank you guys.

Cons

Everything what I missed this guys already implemented, so its hard to say.

With Freelo, we manage to meet deadlines, tasks have clear solvers and budgets.

Pros

freelo is designed to cover the basic project management of people in a team or across companies. Users quickly understood how to use the system either for personal todo lists or in projects across teams. The deadlines of the tasks have real deadlines and at first glance you can see what the workload of the people in the team is.

Cons

Basically none, it depends on the settings of the people in the team and how they are prepared to digitize the tasks.

Project management issues that we have before are completely solved by Freelo, but now we are struggling with some advanced functionality missing, like better billing, tracking etc.

Pros

We were searching for the tool that will help us to manage all the daily tasks, both internally and externally. We have been using Basecamp before, and we love that Freelo has all the best from BC but tops it with more handy functions that we missed in the BC.

We would love the accounting / billing functions to be improved.

We have improved our company task management 100%. Working on projects has definitely become much more effective ever since we implemented this software. Everyone is aware of what to work on and who is in charge, and we no longer have a problem meeting our deadlines.

Pros

What we appreciate the most is how easy it is to navigate ourselves within the software. It didn't require much time to learn how to use it, we pretty much immediately started using it as a task management tool for all our projects. It offers plenty of integrations including CRM, invoicing, and Gmail/Outlook. It is basically up to us how we apply all of the tools it provides to our internal processes as it gives us plenty of options to create and manage projects. We recommend it to everyone who needs to upgrade or implement a company task management.

Cons

It would be great if the software provided Slack integration as it is not possible at the moment.

I use it for task and financial management. You can set the hourly rate or directly write the sum to your task. You can use time tracking as well. For me as a freelancer graphic designer is Freelo the best option. I was looking for something like that few years. It has far more options, that I won't even find use in my business. But it's maybe the greatest thing about Freelo...it's for every size of company, from one freelancer to big corporate business.

Pros

It's very easy to use. Creating projects and to-do lists is very simple. You can timetrack every single step of work, set the budget, prices... Also you can communicate with the team or clients. Share previews, create tasks directly from gmail, assign the task to colleague...and many more. You can also easily view how far is the work and who is now on turn...

Cons

Nothing. Like every software, it has sometimes some small bugs, but the support is very quick and nice. Honestly I used their support only once :-)
