I have tried several similar systems but Freelo is the best tool for me and my team. I recommend it to everyone in our field. Pros Ease to use and easy to manage your team. Very intuitive for managing tasks. It is possible to integrate it with Google, Raynet CRM and the accounting system. Cons The Freelo team is still innovating their system. Every upgrade is exciting about new features. I do not miss anything in their system. April 8, 2024 5.0 Pros Freelo is a great software if you head to toe in different projects. It helps me stay organized and on top of things and people on my team. I especially enjoy the simplicity of assigning different tasks to different people and monitor their progress. Mind maps are also used among my quite a lot. As it happens in marketing field there are many small tasks to do before a project is implemented and Freelo enables me to assign the importance of each task and to different poeple. Also the integration with other apps is quite useful and the live notifications are crucial for me to be able to move on with the projects. Cons I still have to discover things that I'm missing but honestly on my level of use I don't think there will be any. At this moment the software is also missing conditioned tasks (first supplier delivers flour, then automatically baker would get assigned task to bake the bread and then the seller can put it on shelf for customers...), but they have a plan to implement it. What is also plus point is they have great and fast support - the ladies from support behave very decently and pro-client oriented and definitely want to help. Pros Management of tasks is really nice, user friendly and it is logical. Plus in combination with easy calendar it is ok. Also it is very easy to implement checklists into company and just copy them with all the tasks ready and in sequence - it really helps when one has checklist of 85 tasks assigned to diferent employees and needs it quite often. Cons Basically only three levels of tasks (project - task - subtask). So one is unable to assign project to whole division of company and then the division needs to split it in smaller parts and levels of company hierarchy. The company also doesn't have a plan to implement full email client into the software so one has everything in one place - contrarily they have a vision to switch and push users to only Freelo notifications and avoid emails completely - well, that could be possible when the whole planet (including suppliers, partners, customers, state offices...) would switch to Freelo. Pros Wa started using freelo from early stages and we are using to to communicate and organize whole company. What is great, even new employes can jump on board very quickly. Everything is easy to understand. We also put all communication with external companies inside freelo to work much faster. Cons Freelo support team is very quick so if we miss something, we write them and they can flexibly add new functionality if it make sense. So I can't say any cons. Director Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Virtual Office" November 7, 2022 5.0 We are a small non-profit organization where most employees work on a part-time and often from home. We do not meet all together in the office often. Freelo allows us to have all information at one place and updated anytime, anywhere. It is our "virtual office". We use tasking the most - it's clear, easy to monitor deadlines and to store important information directly with tasks (no need to search for them somewhere else). With Freelo, we won't miss anything important. The possibility to create to-do templates is also useful, especially for repetitive activities. Czech language mutation is a big advantage for us too. We also appreciate the quality video tutorials and customer support. The only problem is the inability to log into Freelo with multiple accounts at the same time (for example with multiple organizations) - the solution is to constantly log in/out, which is impractical. Overall, we are happy with using Freelo. Pros Freelo is very user-friendly. The most useful tool for us is a clear system of tasks, their creation, delegation and monitoring of deadlines. Cons The only problem is the impossibility of being logged into with multiple accounts at the same time. So if a user works with Freelo in multiple organizations, he/she has to log in and out constantly , which is complicated. It is very user friendly and we can't imagine working without this any more. Nowadays we don´t have any tasks held out of the Freelo system and our work is very efficient. I am only afraid of the next development of this tool. I have seen a lot of very cool and helpful applications and tools which were destroyed by the future developement. I hope this would not be the case. Pros What I personally appreciate is that we don't need to use traditional minutes of the meetings any more. All our meetings are based on Freelo. Everyone has an overview of what is happening on their projects. This is an advantage especially for managers who don't have to check whether the task is done or not - they just look. For managers, the advantage is that they are informed and at the same time do not have to constantly ask questions and therefore do not create a feeling of micromanaging. People feel more free because no one is actively controlling them, as long as the leaders at Freelo see that everything is running as it should. Pros it is clear and has a simple structure easy to work with and to work with it has a phone app and is intuitive to use Freelo has top-notch customer service Cons I can't think of any significant shortcoming. We have a small team but a lot of parallel projects, the goal is to share with each other not by email or phone but in a way that everything is in one place. Freelo fulfills this and the team is much better oriented! Cons While Freelo may seem complicated at first glance, most of the features can be set up and customized to the perspectives that people on the team prefer. This level of flexibility makes orientation challenging at first, but once the projects are set up, I don't see this problem.
