I would not re-purchase unless significant improvement is made. **Pros:** Taxaroo has the right idea, to include video calls, and crm all in one. **Cons:** The software is freezing up constantly and very difficult to navigate. They have the right idea, but it needs a lot of work. Also the pricing is much higher than their competitor. Candace G. There were many times I would send a tax return for signature to a client and the client would get an error message. Or worse, after the client signs the tax return disappears.
