Negative treatment flags are good, especially since recent cases giving negative treatment are now following consistent citing/discussion methods (thanks, law clerks and judges!). Customer service is responsive and friendly and honest. **Cons:** Wish it had sentence and proximity terms so I don't have to take chances with the usually-adequate proximity of /6. Subscription database going back to only 1950 in a state without a LOT of case law has hindered my research a few times. james F. Fastcase is now my primary law library. It is inexpensive and totally adequate. **Pros:** Ease of use is the greatest feature, along with the cost - essentially the price of membership in the California Lawyers Association. given that many volunteers may not have full -service law libraries or expensive subscriptions, this service fills the gap. I feel it has significantly enhanced the quality of the volunteer work I do and certainly my confidence in the soundness of mu legal work. **Cons:** The only issue I have is that some secondary materials are not included on my subscription. This is a modest restriction because access to primary source materials is fast and easy.
