I especially appreciate how much Canva has expanded beyond just digital design. Being able to go from creating a design to ordering printed materials directly through the platform has made my workflow much more efficient. The combination of ease of use, professional results, and convenient printing services makes Canva one of the tools I use and recommend most. Pros I absolutely love Canva! I use it constantly for creating everything from flyers and event materials to social media graphics, presentations, and other communications. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, but still gives you a lot of flexibility to create professional-looking materials without needing a graphic design background. One of my favorite features has actually become Canva’s print services. Being able to design something and send it directly to print through Canva means I don’t have to find and coordinate with a third-party printer. The quality has been great, and I’ve even been able to use their rush printing when I’ve had a last-minute need, which has been a lifesaver. Cons There are so many features and design options that Canva can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to find a specific tool or function. Some of the more advanced features are also part of the paid version, which can be a consideration for organizations with limited budgets. I’d also love to see even more flexibility and control over certain print options and specialty products. I am not a fan of pink so every time that I get something that has pink in it I simply put in Canva and remove that. Not to mention I can add my info to the pictures and my phots and documents.
