Pros: As a graphic designer it is an absolute wonder all that Canva has done for many people. In my case, I really liked the possibilities it offers me to provide better care, both to my clients and to the bosses I work with. I like that anyone can take the path to graphic design, I have managed to give classes on how to design using Canva as a basis of work. Also, I like the almost unlimited graphic resources they offer for work. I like very much that based on my designs, my co-workers advance some elements that their departments need. Also, with Canva I can make personalized presentations that give my work a unique style, which has caught the attention of my clients. Another aspect that I liked a lot, is to be able to take my designs, adapting them to new dimensions within the platform, to the universe of social networks, it is amazing.

Cons: Not at all, it has no negative aspects to highlight, as a graphic designer I have looked for weak elements but so far I do not identify any. On the contrary, it is such an intiutive platform that I even recommend it for the daily use of people.

Overall: One of the benefits that I have obtained with Canva is the portability that offers me to work, I have been away from home and a client contacts me, thanks to the mobile application of Canva, I have managed to pass a draft to customers who need urgent work . Another benefit is that one of the offices for which I work has implemented Canva as the main tool to change the size of many of the designs I have developed, which gives me more time to serve other clients with greater complexities. It is a graphic resource that I have managed to adapt as an assistant in which my clients leave the ideas that I end up improving to fulfill their interests.

Pros: There are tons on reason to love canva.com, I am highlighting some of them.

* Canva is a free platform, of course there are some paid items, but there are enough resources and options to get your job done without paying a penny.

* There are thousands of templates on each category of your graphics, pdfs, thumbnails and posters. You can pick any of your desired one and customize it as you requirement, and your'e ready to go.

* canva provides 1GB storage space to upload your own photo and other assets, which is very rare on any other similar platforms.

* Normally using a free platform its very tough to render your graphics on your desired formats, but here canva allows you to render graphics on various formats like jpeg, png, pdf etc.

* It is so easy to use that anyone can make anything, by just simply drag and drop the templates.

Cons: Although canva is a very good platform, but it still has some flaws..

* As canva is a online platform so you cannot run it on offline platform, or neither canva has developed a software which can be installed on computers to work offline.

* When your'e creating something on canva, and there is a need to add some elements on your graphics like some shapes or some charts; then it is very hard to find your desired elements. Because the list is huge on canva, but the arrangement is not proper, and the way the elements appears on screen, it is hard to find.

* When you uploading some photo or item into canva and you drop it on your graphics, most of the time you don't get desired shape of your uploaded photo, because the "drag" option and the "crop" option is not flexible enough, and also there are only a few colour correction option to customize that uploaded photo.

* canva has a good collection of english fonts, but as a user I think they must add and increase the stocks of other language fonts or regional language fonts.

Overall: Being on this platform for almost an year and using it regularly, I can definitely say that it is one of the finest online graphics and photo editing platform I ever used.

It is a nearly perfect online software, but the canva developer team should look into the user convenience, and creators efficiency. They should add more option to "Colour Correct" a photo or graphics, add Regional Language Fonts, and the option of "3d Font" and transparancy.

Pros: Canva has demystified design to the point that I'm starting to fear for my job! (Just kidding, but only kind of). Canva has been a lifesaver! So many people on our team wanted to make their work look better, but didn't have a place to start. They were never going to be able to master the Adobe Creative Suite, and even those who had put time into learning it did not necessarily have an eye or instinct for design. Canva has made it possible for those people to create great looking documents, slide presentations, and graphics with no prior experience. The pre-made templates, color palette suggestions, and embedded assets including photos and icons give you everything you need. All you have to do is drag and drop!

Cons: When we first started using Canva, it wasn't as advanced as it is now. They've added tons of great features that has made the design capabilities more intuitive. If you've been using the Adobe Creative Suite, though, you might find it hard to switch into it or switch back and forth between the programs since it doesn't offer the same keyboard shortcuts you're used to. Another thing you might find annoying if you are only a free user is how much content is behind the paywall. Even with a paid account, there are plenty of assets that are only for purchase, so you have to be careful when making your design. The only other thing to be aware of is that Canva is not an InDesign replacement, it doesn't offer functionality to handle formatting text-heavy documents with ease. But it is a great Illustrator substitute for entry-level designers just looking to help themselves and their work go to the next design level.

Overall: Canva has been the solution we needed to allow others on our team to dabble in design and easily get started with no prior experience. The level of our projects has improved significantly since we started using the platform. It has aided us in producing professional looking documents, slide decks, social media images and more! It's also been encouraging to see the Canva team continue to develop the platform and add much-needed functionality along the way. The experience has only gotten better! The only reason I'm a little afraid to tell people about Canva is it's well on its way to putting me (as a designer) out of a job!

Pros: 1) Easy To Use: Trust me, it's not as scary as some of the other "photoshop" softwares that scare people off. Canva is incredibly simple to use and very easy to master. You can be a beginner or a professional, but I've you're lucky enough to stumble upon this tool, you're sorted.

2) Dimension Guru: If you do a lot of Social Media Campaigns, Social Media Account Maintenance, etc, you're going to need to know all the dimensions. Luckily, Canva allows you to choose templates that have preset dimensions (For example, a Facebook cover page will have a different dimension than a Facebook profile Picture).

3) Versatility: Canva can be used for virtually any purpose from creating Resumes to crafting Company Logos from scratch and many many more! They even have ready-made templates that you can load and just alter existing information.

4) Great Memory: Canva saves the color scheme that your brand holds and applies it to your future projects. This is so that you don't accidentally use a slightly lighter or darker shade. (Used to happen to me a lot)

5) Professional Creations: Till now, everything that I've created using Canva came out looking very professional.

6) Who Needs A Design Team: With Canva in you're arsenal, you don't need to invest an exorbitant amount on a Design Team. However, you do have to invest a lot of time if you take that call. That's a different story.

Cons: 1) Graphs and Charts: Usually, on chosen templates that have a graph or a chart in them, you can't edit or input your own data or values to change their visual representation. To overcome this, I usually use an external graph or chart maker and import a PNG version of the same into my Canva project. Just a minor setback because the external tools that I use are free.

2) Buggy Undo Button: There were many instances where I had clicked the 'Undo' button and it started lagging.

Overall: Canva is a beautiful tool that has revolutionized the game for small or budding business to go out there with professional content. I've used Canva for possibly anything that you could think of (Resumes, Facebook Creatives, my Company Logo, etc). The best part is, the Freemium is as good at some of the other Premiums out there. However, if you're using Canva for business purposes, I suggest you use their paid pricing model. It's a little steep, but it's worth it.

Pros: I ran into Canva on a last minute work assignment to create a flyer for a weekend team-building event! No Pressure. Having very rusty graphic design skills, I knew I couldn't pull off the project in time if I worked with conventional graphic design software such as Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. I needed a template that was ready-made, great looking, and easy to edit. A quick google search and in stepped Canva.

The graphic design software replacement website is a God-sent efficiency machine for those of us who aren't endowed with creative prowess or those who like to get things done quickly. It has great templates spanning a host of documents, a well-selected collection of vectors, photos, fonts, borders, and more, as well as a great user-friendly interface for easy editing, saving, and downloading.

A variety of templates On the Canva home-page, you are asked: "what would you like to design?" You can type your answer and begin working on a blank document and build up using the site's design features. Alternatively, Templates are made by other Canva users and you can build upon what they have created.

Well curated design features If you aren't in a time bind, you can have a bit of fun to really get acquainted with the site's comprehensive and well-chosen design features. Starting from scratch, you can play around with stock images,

Cons: High priced in-app purchases can be a pain if you like the look, but the price is over the top. However, there are plenty of free items that can work the look without the price tag.

Outdated items such as frames, grid-layouts, and icons can use a make-over or additions to update the Canva collection.

Overall: Overall experience with this software Canva is a great option to create high-impact graphic designs without the hassle of having to know design techniques, purchase high priced design services, or spend a lot of time to create documents. It's especially useful for businesses because of the versatility of design which can be used to create logos, business documents and more. It's great for personal use as well! Birthday cards, event invites, and posters, personal documents, resumes can all be created here. The overall experience for a basic user on Canva is exceptional, efficient, and affordable.

Pros: The templates are worth their weight in gold. Some days there's not a creative bone left in my body; so I use a template and change it up a bit. Boom! Amazing graphic in 30 seconds. I've taught my team to use Canva in 30 mins and they're up and running. Most of the training was business specific on how to create client folders for uploads, creating brand guides, and exporting and resizing. I love that my team can share a completed design with me and I can then make any edits that are needed or resize for another platform. I've used Canva for Print Ads, Facebook Ads, website graphics, Instagram, and the list goes on. My favorite little trick is layering an image and downloading it as a GIF and then I've got a quick video for Instagram. I've never had to use their customer service line, but the monthly newsletter updates are fantastic.

Cons: The mobile app for this tool is a little less user friendly and I have a harder time using it, but I prefer to create graphics online anyway so I can download a zip file and then schedule and plan. Their new layout that they just upgraded too took a bit of an adjustment, but I love it now.

Overall: Canva is AMAZING!! I've even talked with some Photos--- specialists who love Canva and how quickly they can pump out content. I love that they email me monthly tips and tricks as well as new templates. The library of internal graphics that's included with the paid plan is totally worth it. I was a free user for about 6 months and then tried the paid version. This is one tool that I use daily in my business and I've never thought about cancelling, it's too valuable.

Pros: in canva there are dozens of standard dimensions for both graphics and documents, canva is a design tool for non designers i mean biginners to create stunning graphics and also for those who perform office tasks such as writing an A4 document ,resume, brochure,us letter document,i think this tool is more useful for designers if we take the web there is a wide variety of websites such as a social media facebook ,twitter, while each website requires its own dimensions for graphics, to remember all dimensions it is hard but it puts infront your eyes before you begun designing all kind of graphics like youtube channel art, youtube thumbnail, facebook post or cover and more, dozens with their precise dimensions by the left corner there are several functions the most intersting i think the one called elements divided into columns and supported by a search bar, a nice way to organize things under each column the objects are grouped under headings like health, beauty and fashion, lines, shapes and many others after all found objects are pictures or graphics, it seems like they mean those united objects have something in common and so you can take them for that niche or subniche or title ,last what I like so much in canva when I can transit if we can say that or otherwise change a graphic already made for a specific platform to another in the dimensions are different if you take the example to pass a grapfic facebook post to pintrest pin it will not be quite adequate the first time but

Cons: you need to have a high connection so that templates and layouts load quickly and again when you work on canva you notice that the number of free images, free icons is shrunk as time goes by, it is a lot harder to find free elements, sometimes there are outages of services

Overall: you can do all the work inside canva even when you want to share your designs through social media

and you can schedule your posts, you can make your designs animated they give you several styles of animation like what I love block , pan, slide, or rise style where all the elements that make up your graphic seem to rise from the lowest and descend to their places so fascinating and captive

Pros: Easy to use: I used canva to create social media images, Social media cover pages/headers, PDF presentations and ebook covers(and ebooks). I've also used Adobe spark, Photoshop and Illustrator to do the same thing but Canva is a lot easier to use. Photoshop and Illustrator require some level of experience to figure your way around it when creating designs especially for social media, but Canva comes with lots of templates so all I have to do is select a template and modify it.

Mobile App: The Android app has definitely gotten better, at the beginning of the year, it was a bit unstable so I had to use the mobile site which was the most frustrating experience of my life. The app is a lot better now and I use it weekly to create social media images and ebook covers

Lots of Design options(Templates): Another thing I like about Canva, especially compared to spark is the number of templates available for each design. For example there are different templates for IG story, Facebook post, Social media image (800x800px), Instagram image (1000x1000px). NO matter how stuck I am design-wise, when I go through their templates I always find something that catches my eyes and suits the concept my client wants.

No Branded logo on my final design

Cons: Limited Logo design options: Technically you can design a logo in Canva, realistically Canva is really not the best place to design a logo as almost all their logo templates look the same.

Undo/Redo Design: Maybe I have bad luck but the undo/redo option almost never work on me on the desktop site (It works just fine on the android app). Sometimes when I delete an element either on purpose or accidentally, when I undo it to get the element back, the undo option doesn't work and sometimes takes me much farther than I expected (I've ended up with a blank space more times than I can count). Same with the redo button.

Reload design: I'm not talking about times when I'm working on a design and I have to leave my desk for thirty minutes, and when I come back I see the prompt that tells me my last change (or something like that) wasn't saved and I need to reload the design. This has happened so often I always save my design before leaving, But I'm talking about how when I'm working on a design and all of a sudden I'm told the last few seconds were not saved and I need to reload the design. This happens to me at least once every two weeks and ALWAYS on the desktop site and never on the android app.

The android app is so stable that once I was working on a design and my data ran out but I continued without any disruption and even when the wifi was turned on there was no prompt to reload my design.

Overall: Overall my experience with Canva has been good despite the glitches. It's still a lot easier to use than most design software.

Pros: Canva offers a quite a lot in the free version of the software, what I love most is the functionality wrapped in a beautiful web app.

You can create images that are sized for different social media channels like Pinterest, Facebook Banners and posts, Twitter, Instagram. They have a very large selection of free templates you can choose from and customize. It's easy to change text size, colors, position, and once you get used to the layout of various boxes/blocks (text, background, effects) you'll see how much you can vary, from colors to transparency. I love that it's easy to duplicate a design and create variations of the same template.

Cons: You used to be able to create a graphic in a certain size, i.e., for Pinterest and then at top left select the Magic Resize option. That would let you take that graphic and have it resized for something completely different, like a Facebook banner ad. It was really excellent to have that included in the free version, and it's a bummer to see it completely gone. I get it, companies need to make money. It would be nice to see it available to create at least one time something like three different sizes from one template to show how easy it is to use as a tool, and add to the incentive to purchase a subscription.

If you're creating a design and want to pull something in from a previous design you created, you can't access those earlier designs unless you upgrade your account.

It feels like it can get a bit slow, it's a good idea to check how many Canva tabs you have open because each time you click on a new design, you open a new tab, which will consume your resources.

Keep an eye on how many designs you're working on as they'll open new tabs which can consume resources.

Overall: Canva makes it super easy for business to create graphic designs without being graphic artists. The template sizes are there for you, ready for any social media format for posts and for ads. That is an incredible time saver. No messing around with other imaging software to layout text on images, filters to create these.

While more features are now under a pay wall, there is a considerable amount offered by Canva that you can use on your own and share with teams. That makes it easy to get updates/feedback on designs by adding people to your teams.

Also, you can set a style guide which is available under the section Your Brand. Overall, Canva has put a lot of excellent effort into the tool.

Pros: While I have taught myself to use other forms of graphic design software such as Inkscape and to a lesser extent, Adobe InDesign, lately I have found myself increasingly using Canva as my go-to graphic design tool for 90% of what I do. I use Canva for Work now, and love that I can have brand colours and fonts at the ready, and can easily produce designs in just the right dimensions for various applications without having to look up what those dimensions should be. I have given access to my Canva account to colleagues so that they, too, can generate quality, on-brand designs, and the more I use Canva, the more templates I can make available for others on my team to copy and adapt. I also find the fact that it puts access to vast libraries of free and paid clipart and photos at my fingertips extremely handy.

Cons: There are just a few respects in which Canva comes up short relative to programs like Inkscape:

-There is currently no way to create curved text, or text along a path of any kind;

-There is no eraser tool, which could sometimes be useful;

-While it can export print-quality PDFs, I find that the PNGs it produces are not always of the resolution I'm looking for and would love the ability to obtain a higher ppi

Overall: Canva has made graphic design work quicker and easier for me, especially in the production of graphics for social media, although I also use it to design everything from posters to business cards. Furthermore, it has empowered people on my team without ANY knowledge of other graphic design software to produce good-looking graphics that are consistent with our brand, reducing the demands on me to personally take care of ALL the graphic design needs of my organization.

Pros: I absolutely love this software. I use it multiple times in my day, both on it's own and along with other programs, such as Photoshop. It makes it really easy to create high quality social images and other business designs. It is easy to use and has a number of features including stock imagery, shapes, frames, layouts, fonts, colours etc. It allows you to upload your own images and quickly organize them. I have used both the paid and free versions. Both are great tools and the free version gives you access to more than you need if you are a small business. The paid version allows you to upload your brand elements and gives you access to additional images and icons. I have also used the Canva app which is great for on the go but is not as easy to use, however, it is getting better as they update it. Canva also has several download options and the newest version gives you the option to make basic moving images.

Cons: I wish there was a better way to organize and manage images and designs. It would be great if I could rename images and organize them within the folders. I also dislike that the image folders have a mass capacity.

The Canva app for your mobile device is not as easy to use. While it is helpful for on the go edits and designs I often times find myself limiting my design or pulling out my computer because it is a little too frustrating to use. However, they are making improvements which are making it easier.

I wish I could do multiple sizes of a design in one template. Because I resize for all of the different social platforms, I often end up with 3 to 5 of the same image in my design library, all different sizes.

Overall: This is one of my favourite social tools and I think every business should use it. The free version has a lot to offer and it can be used for a number of applications from flyers to ads to social!

Everyone is a designer with Canva; A good designer.

Pros: Canva is a blessing to every person who finds Photoshop too difficult to work with and to all those companies who don't want to necessarily hire a graphic designer. So, I discovered Canva during my very 1st job when the only graphic designer in the staff would give me a tough time in sending across timely designs. I had to manage the social media pages and it was imperative for me to ensure, that graphics be prepared on time for me to post. That is when I started my search for a basic designing software that would fulfill making good looking post-worthy graphics. Given my requirement, Canva invariably surpassed the expectations since I never know you could get so much of functionality available FOR FREE. Quickly:

1) The Templates. Template size of almost each of the social media properties present in the digital space from Facebook, Twitter to Pinterest, Tumblr and more is available in Canva. You also get separate templates for cards, invitations, infographics and what not beside your custom dimensions. This means that all of our dimension woes are sorted.

2) Layouts with each template serve as a useful inspiration.

3) A large pool of FREE shapes, fonts, frames, grids, icons, lines, colours (including custom colours) to choose from. You can't ask for more.

4) A lot of formatting can be applied to a photo itself - photo effects, photo position, option to flip the pic, crop pic, group pics & other elements together.

5) Option to download the design as PDF, PNG, JPG or ALL.

Cons: 1) Lately, Canva has been working really slow on even a good speed internet. It has been working excellently only when the WiFi strength is at it's peak. Despite this, Canva's functionality far outdoes the slow working that too has only been happening recently.

2) The free photo bank is boring and repetitive. I feel the Team can add better pics as a part of free feature without giving away all the good pics which is a feature of the paid version.

3) 30 designs per template at a time. After you have created 30 designs using a template, you gotta create another design thread to use the same dimensions. I feel they can increase the limit. For a heavy Canva user, this only means that a lot of design threads of a single template will be created. This, in turn, will further make Canva's functioning slow.

Overall: It is an exhaustive design tool and despite having almost every functionality present in it, the tool is not as heavy as other designing software. I repeat, Canva is a BLESSING.

Pros: Canva 2.0 remains the standard of excellence in online graphics creation for beginners through intermediate skill levels. Canva 2.0 widens the left-side margins of the app, allowing images and items you are searching for to appear larger on the desktop version. Once you find the "Find Templates" menu selection, you indeed have a VERY nice selection of graphics templates organized into a wider variety of categories than before.

If you peek at the APPS icon in the lower left, you'll see a large selection of great tools such as animation and gif creation, transparent backgrounds, image resizing, larger stock photo library etc., but they require the paid per month subscription.

Cons: Removal of the template selection screen. Asking the user to guess what the exact template style is by typing in an expression or description of the template, is a needless step backwards, all in pursuit of a cleaner looking interface.. If you want to enter your own design dimensions (say 1280x7200 pixels) the box for that is gone.

Yes, FIND TEMPLATES is quietly there on the left side of the screen, but I didn't notice it until I had used Canva 2.0 nearly a dozen times. This could end up being better than Canva 1.0 if they install a guide for newcomers, showing users where they've moved these commonly used tools to.... It's a bit conceited when designers believe their products are so well engineered that they think they need no instructions.

Overall: The original Canva 1.0 rates all 5 Stars. Easy to use, easy to see the various templates that beginners/advanced users wanted to find. Easy to select text elements and shapes..

For Canva 2.0? Take away a star across the board (4 stars.). They decided to not leave well enough alone. I can only find two improvements in a product that really didn't need improving, and they left out a notable chance to improve the app, by making image resizing a free, standard feature. That feature has become almost essential in 2018, and making it a premium feature is a shame..

Canva 2.0 buries the most often-used menu items (Shapes/Lines/Charts/Icons/Images) behind an unrelated menu option. If you want shapes, lines, or charts you'll need to click on "images". Then, scroll down the left side of the screen to find the elements you are searching for, and because they are now lumped together, get ready to scroll for awhile.

Despite the improved wider left side menu, using Canva 2.0 is a slower process than before.

The multitude of features give me versatility. After I style one social post, I can then resize it to multiple sizes to fit all my social media venues. That is an amazing time saver for me.

The variety of free to low cost graphics, both illustrations and photographs, offers a selection that is more plentiful than any service I've used in the past. And the ability to upload and incorporate my own graphics is a gracious and effective feature.

Canva is a cost-saving for my home business. Before Canva, I spent a great deal more time creating and styling graphics. I spent a great deal more money on graphics. The one-time fee for an illustration or photograph is a dream come true for me.

The Canva blog is full of design suggestions and ideas. It has been a wealth of knowledge for me as a self-taught graphic artist. It's given me ideas and sparked my creativity.

The Canva support desk is designed to be user-friendly and is not at all intimidating as some other help desks or forums can be. It has videos and instructions that can make anybody feel like a pro in no time.

Overall: Time savings. Cost savings. Low-cost to no-cost illustration and photography selection is huge. User-friendly. From the graphics I created on Canva I've set up a regular posting schedule with another SaaS and now have 10,000 more visitors to my blog since I initiated my new system. Canva has played a big part in this.

When I first joined a few years ago, I had a difficulty in applying my payments to the correct business (I had a few at one time) so that I could use the bonus graphics on the right account. That issue was resolved but I thought the people I discussed this with via email could have handled that situation with a bit more clarity. I've operated computer since the 1970's and that little piece confused even me. But, as I said, it was resolved and it's been smooth sailing ever since with me and Canva.

Pros: I can't rave enough about this product. Before this, we were using MS Publisher and the templates are very antiquated with little guidance or some of us jumped to Adobe InDesign which is quite overwhelming. Canva has been a true game changer. It is so easy to use. No one here is trained in graphic design and there is great help/design school section for those who aren't trained but want to learn a little more about basic principles like font, negative spacing, etc. in hands on quick practice tutorials. They also include free templates that are beautiful and graphically pleasing if you don't know where to start. Uploading of your own images are quick and easy with png or jpg supported formats. I love that all the documents come in sizes like poster, facebook post, twitter and you can easily "magic resize" any document with very little tweaking to use the same design amongst all social media and posters with just the quick press of a button. I don't need to remember sizes anymore. You can share designs among team members so we can all keep the same branding, image folders, and color scheme or edit easily. If you have any worries about copyrighting of outside images, you can stay within Canva and search their free/paid images.

Cons: That you can't search by free images only and if not that feature it is frustrating that you can't organize them so all the free ones to come up to the top. That is literally the only "bad" thing I have to say about this product!

Overall: easy to use, has really streamlined our marketing process amongst a team that doesn't always get to see each other, professionalized our design and taught us about graphic design without having to sit through extensive classes

Pros: Canva is fantastic. I can make mock-ups for marketing and social media pieces so quickly. I don't have a marketing background or degree (or design for that matter), but run a small business and we do the majority of our marketing online. Not only is Canva helpful with suggested file sizes and aspect ratios based on what you're building (social media posts, even posters or postcards, and tons more), but I can choose from prebuilt pieces and change any copy, layout, font, color, image, etc. So it's great for design ideas. I can even make decent mock-ups of images within images (example: a screenshot/image of our software on a laptop). While the functionality is not as robust as expensive pro software options out there, it has all of the functionality I need. If we had a full marketing team I could see how the paid version would be really helpful, but with just one or two of us, the free version is fantastic.

Cons: It's actually difficult to come up with something I don't like about Canva. Sometimes the functionality seems a little awkward with positioning images into a design or getting text to look exactly how I want to, but with a few minutes of finagling, I can usually make things work as closely as I really need.

Overall: Canva is so easy to use, I use it almost daily. Social media posts, video thumbnails, blog post images are my most frequent use. Taking a document and updating it so we have consistent layouts, colors, etc. across thumbnails is incredibly easy.

Pros: I love this software to keep my brand consistent throughout all of my images and marketing design. I love that I can create images for any social media platform in a snap. I also love that I can reuse designs from past projects and simple change out images or a few other items quickly.

Canva makes it really easy to keep my colors and fonts consistent on all my designs. I also love that I can upload my own images and it keeps them in my folder.

They also have a lot of free images, vectors and graphics that I can use when I'm looking for a particular look or design. It's nice having it right there rather than having to upload an image or graphic.

Cons: I wish it were easier to organize my uploaded images within Canva. I spend a lot of time sifting through my previously uploaded images to find what I need. I know I can organize it more with the paid version, but I I haven't opted in for that quite yet.

I also wish there were a way to import the images I create right to Google Drive. I have to download the image and then upload it to where I want to use it right now. It would be really nice to have an option where it doesn't include downloading and uploading so much. The process just feels cumbersome.

Overall: I use Canva for two separate businesses/websites I run. The designs for each are very different in appearance. However for each website I create blog images, marketing designs as well as social media images to use in my marketing.

Pros: The rich collection of layouts for uniform graphics to be used on Social Media, and, the Resizing Feature which permits to instantly create a collection of related graphics, within the same theme and family -- for a c consistent and professional "look."

Cons: Folder Management of uploaded graphics and designs is not as efficient as I would like it to be, and the ability to tag and thus search for my own logos, images and uploads would be useful (I have hundreds of stored images and it can be tedious to scroll).

Overall: I was resistant to using Canva because I was so familiar with PicMonkey that I thought learning Canva would be just a drain on my limited time creating website graphic content for a portfolio of clients within a specific niche. I need to be able to create a uniform group of i mages, that I can share with clients, and EVEN have them log in and create blog post graphics, as well, when they desired to do so. I eventually began using Canva, sporadically. But then I was resistant to using "Canva for Work" -- for an Added Fee. I then did so to enable some of the features, and candidly, I don't think I could now work on my numerous websites as quickly and efficiently as I do WITHOUT Canva for work. Ironically, the competitor I was initially using, PicMonkey, has now become the program which wastes my time, with so many recent changes and "upgrades" that I'm now far more familiar wit Canva. I find myself seldom, if ever, logging into PicMonkey, whereas Canva is worth every penny. I consider it an essential tool if you frequently post to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and your own website, and want a clean, crisp and uniform "look" to your content, without using costly developer programs that may not be suitable for business owners and clients without design experience.

Pros: Canva will not magically turn you into a graphic designer or give you a good design sense. However the built-in templates and easy-to-use interface will allow non-designers to make functional pieces and more seasoned graphic designers to quickly design or prototype designs for use.

When making graphic, the left toolbar flows logically from selecting a template, adding elements, changing text and background, and adding your own assets to the graphic. The ability to add graphics is very powerful, allowing you to personalize your graphics. Used in conjunction with a graphic designer, graphics can be made quicker while maintaining the quality of work. To make things even easier, Canva allows you to invite others into a team to collaborate right on their website.

Many templates exist for common formats, such as Instagram posts, YouTube thumbnails, or Facebook profile pictures and banners. This takes out the guesswork on the size and aspect ratio of graphics. This makes it very quick to prototype a graphic.

There are plenty of export options that allow you to directly put up designs to social media, or to download as an offline file for further processing.

Cons: Many of the assets such as templates and photos are paid items, either on a per item basis or by using Canva subscription.

The assets and elements on Canva are mostly static and lack finer granular control. For example, charts can only be a single color and lacks fine control over the axes or appearance. Being able to have finer control, such as with the appearance of an arrow and how thick and long the tail is compared to the point, would add more power internally to Canva.

There exist no offline version of this program and the mobile app is comparatively limited compared to the web app of Canva, making that version the definitive version to use.

There is no way to export files in a way that preserves the layers of the graphic, making fine tuning a design after export it limited.

Pros: I prefer programs such as InDesign and I trust the judgement of graphic designers and artists. That said, you can create a variety of items in short time. (Sort of my 'design 911' program; it's fast and you can save your corporate colors in the color scheme). I've done logos, GIFs, full-page magazine layouts, you name it. Also, if you are a non-profit, make sure you file you paperwork with Canva; you can get this service for free, which is a big deal for places on a small budget.

Cons: I'll start by saying those who use services like Fiverr should stay away from this. This is so easy to use - if you put the work into it - someone who fashions himself as the office 'jack of all trades' will find this and think, we don't need to invest in a graphics artist. No, you still need to understand basic design concepts. It won't work miracles. Also, you may be to be sure you use the different customizable folders which are available. It streamlines the process when you want to create for certain topics or specific clients. If you don't, you can still find your creations...but it is easier to save like this. Really, it's not a complaint!

Overall: I highly recommend it because I can create high-quality items in short time. If you have your corporate colors saved in advance and your logos filed away, you can really fly on deadline projects. I speak from experience ;)

Pros: I LOVE that Canva includes SO MANY templates so that non-designers can quickly and easily create a social media graphic that looks good, without needing to know the design tenents behind WHY it looks good (or HOW to make it look good).

As a designer who also works heavily in Adobe CC myself, I also love how QUICK & EASY it is to create graphics in Canva. If I'm on the run working from my phone, I can still create something quick and easy to post to social, on the fly, without needing my big, bad design software.

Cons: Not a complaint, but a feature not every user knows about... even templates with a $ can be used for free... this just means that the IMAGE included in the template isn't free... if you swap that image out for a free image, the template itself is still free.

Also, I've used Canva across 3 different jobs over the past 6+ years, and this is an issue I remember in the PAST. I can't confirm that it's still the case. But in the PAST, I've had issues when I download the final image with it not being crystal clear sharp. You don't notice on photos so much, but on line art you'll see that the edges between shapes are just a tad bit fuzzy. Again, I can't confirm that this is STILL the case; it's been awhile since I've noticed it, but it was a bit of an annoyance in the past.

Overall: I've used Canva to solve many business problems over the years.

As a university marketer who utilized (and trained) student workers - Canva is the PERFECT tool to allow them some level of creative freedom while also driving them toward good design, and not requiring an expensive license.

As a corporate marketer, I have team members who aren't designers create social graphics, and I also use it to make my own graphics on the fly.

The options are endless!

Pros: One of the most user-friendly softwares I've ever used! It cut our design time and budget significantly, we're now able to create most of our digital marketing graphics in-house. The automatic resizing for different social channels is an amazing timesaver. Working in a global business, it's great to be able to have easily editable designs that can then be used as a template for when we need to translate into other languages, without the rest of the team needing the ability to work with traditional design software.

Cons: If you're used to using more advance design software, some of Canva's features can feel very limited. I'd love to see them improve the search functionality, you can spend a lot of time scrolling through options if you're looking for something specific. Sometimes the resolution of images being exported out can be very low, even if the original photos/graphics are high-resolution.

Overall: As a user with advanced graphic design experience, I will usually still opt to use Canva on certain projects, because the templates and tools make it so easy to create great visuals! For advanced designers, there can be some frustration with limitations when you're used to using graphic design software, but Canva is perfect for everyday use and when you need graphics that can be edited by others with limited design ability. It's a necessary tool for marketers that will save you SO much time!

Pros: I come from a zero design background and Canva has been a lifesaver for me with its amazing features and functionality.

01. Pre- set sizes - For social media every image needs to have a specific dimension to maximiz it's impact and Canva has it all. All you have to do is choose what type of image you are looking for

02. Template - It has a variety of professional templates to choose from making it easier to build a professional image with a few clicks alone.

03. Ease of use - You have all shape, figures, images all ready on Canva and it's more of a drag and drop work. This is extremely easy to use and you don't any designing knowledge at all

04. Uploads - It also let you upload your own images and add them on the design as required.

All these functionality make creating designs an easy task.

Cons: Only issue I have faced so far is the 'undo' function. When you 'undo' it takes you back to the beginning instead of the last performed function.

Overall: Canva has been a life saver for me. I used to custom design banners for social media with Canva. Getting it done from a designer takes time and sometimes has to go round for a few edits. With Canva I can create my own designs any time I want. I have gotten my designers do a few templates for me that editable on Canva. This also saves me a ton of time. I have also used canva to design invitations, posters, social media covers. For anyone like me, who has minimal graphic knowledege Canva would be the ideal tool. And did I mention that I use the free version and still able to enjoy these perks?

Pros: Canva is great all around, but here are several reasons why I love it:

1) It's super easy to use. The design templates are numerous which makes it easy for me to use. Since I have little design skills, the program makes it easy to design blog post images, Facebook posts, book covers, etc. without need for hours of schooling.

2) It has top level images for purchase right within the program, making it streamlined and effective at getting the job done.

3) Canva allows you to use a magic resize on images which saves a ton of time. It's one of the best features because I always seem to need to change the size of my image in order to load it up correctly wherever it needs to go.

4) The selection of design tools is outstanding. From images to objects Canva has everything you need in one easy to manage place. I don't seen why I'd use any other program for my design needs.

Cons: There is not a lot I don't like about Canva, but I will share some areas for improvement:

1) I wish there were more high quality free images to choose from. It seems like I am always paying for images.

2) There are times when the downloaded images look different than the image on the screen. It's annoying to have to go back in and change things. I am not sure why this happens sometimes.

3) The main organization of your collection of projects is awful. It's so difficult to find old projects and sort. There needs to be an easier way of organizing all of the projects instead of one screen with every project listed out by date last used.

Overall: Canva is ridiculously user friendly and I love using it for my design needs!

Pros: I use Canva for everything from online networking presents and PDF gifts on video acquaintances I send with customers. I cherish having the capacity to modify pictures with content and work of art and the simplified component makes it amazingly simple. All aspects of my business that is client confronting has improved ten times since executing this into my business. This product is right around an absolute necessity for any business-to-shopper task.

Cons: I nearly chuckle as I type this since Canva has a large number of alternatives for pictures and plans yet I wish there was a larger amount participation that permitted you access to a more noteworthy number of structures. Canva has put aside unique plans for buy that are ordinarily of higher quality. Here and there it is disappointing when you need to utilize those structures yet not pay to just utilize it once. I would pay all the more every month to have a more extensive access to better structures.

Overall: Canva has tackled an issue that I didn't understand existed - rapidly and basically making illustrations for use in different ventures. I would (and do!) prescribe this item to everybody. I have begun numerous partners utilizing the stage and will happily yell its commendations. It's altered how I approach making and utilizing illustrations.

Pros: I love all of the templates that are readily available and you can work from fast. If you need a layout for a flyer, you hit the button for flyer and then there are 100 options that you can select from and use. They have it so you can narrow down by focus like real estate or food, etc. It's extremely easy to upload your own graphics into the system for use. I use Canva for a lot of one off flyers or social media graphics. I have also used Canva on the professional side and actual set up a brand through their software. I was able to create palettes and upload the correct colors using hex codes as well as upload my fonts.

Cons: One of the major flaws is when you go to select multiple items that are layered to move or work with. They have an odd way of grouping them. Also, it is very difficult to select an object on a sub layer to move without moving everything on top of it. Second complaint or issue has to do with printing the pdf files. I have had my alignment in the piece go completely wonky when it printed and there was not an easy way to fix the issue. The templates that list a monetary number are confusing - it seems like you would have to pay to use the template but in reality the cost is actually for the stock photo they are using in the template. If you replace the stock photo, the template is free.

Overall: I love using it to work with the people on my team who were not designers. They were able to create a graphic on the fly by themselves or better express what they wanted when they looked at all the options that Canva offered. They would look at the templates and go "I want something like that."

Pros: I love how easy it is to use. I have always used Canva even when I was in College and I honestly did most of my assignments in it although everybody else would suggest photoshop. I know that for more advanced and complicated things I need more advanced softwares but for the everyday life Canva makes everything possible if you just have a good eye. I love how Canva also has templates for pretty much anything you may need (ANYTHING) I been using it for about 4 years and I still haven't ran out of templates specially because they always add more and more.

Cons: I think the mobile support could be better. Sometimes I have to design on my phone and or Ipad and if I didn't have many templates almost set already it would be difficult.

Overall: As I said before I do EVERYTHING on Canva. Even making .png files to further use in video productions. When I hired my current assistants they were really good in other aspects but they weren't the bestd in designing things. With Canva, all I did was to explain our brand color scheme, and teach them how to incorporate the templates on Canva and how to create things in the platform. And in less than 1 day they were able to pick it up! Of course Ill do more complex things in more advanced softwares but I literally only design outside Canva if I ABSOLUTELY need to.

Pros: Great ease of use and intuitive software interface. I enjoyed using this software. It is easier than working in Photoshop. Everything (the features) are all either drag and drop or click and select. I could get it up and running in no time after signing up a paid account. You can get away with a free account to test-drive the online software.

Canva helps me to edit, manage and store images and allows me to download them to my PC/laptop easily and quickly. Further, I can upload my own custom edited images.

The paid version allows me to do many things namely the ability to access millions of photos and get access to further exclusive access to 400,000 free photos, illustrations, and templates. A useful feature which I liked is that it can magically resize my designs, and allowing me to upload custom fonts for my brand. These are just some of the useful features which I had been using so far. It also contain team functionalities, which allow team to work together and collaborate on online design projects. In short, very useful!

Cons: Got some minor issues, where the software failed to save my template or custom design that I have edited. Hence, I have to rework on them. Sometimes, during the design editing process, certain changes are not accurately reflected on the interface. For example, dragging on the nodes of a selected object or element to change the dimensions are not reflected on the screen. Sometimes, after saving a design, it took a while for it to be found in the library. I guess, software always has it ups and downs on certain days?

Overall: Great online graphic design tool! Especially if you find Photoshop too expensive!

Pros: Canva is a phenomenal tool for all-things graphic design. For starters, the free version offers a lot of content, designs, images, etc. I haven't seen anything like it. It's layout and interface is clean, consistent, and friendly to use. It's easy to navigate and you learn quickly how to use the site or app. Canva offers hundreds, maybe even thousands, of pretreated, yet customizable layouts that can be used on all sorts of social media platforms or projects (infographics, graphics, cards, resumes, menus, posters, picture collages, invitations, etc.). There are hundreds of relevant font styles, and with such a wide variety, you will definitely find what you're looking for or something that fits the project. If you pay a little, you have access to even more images, layouts, and a team cloud-based storage so that all team members can collaborate on projects -great feature! Last, your work is saved automatically in the cloud and can be downloaded as .png, .pdf, or jpeg (and maybe even more?).

Cons: I'm a big fan, but it would be great if they could offer animations, GIFs, or the ability to embed videos. That would be a way they could take the next step with their graphics platform and would allow your creations to come alive, so to say.

Pros: It's a very accessible and engaging platform. Pretty much everything I have on there has come off as clean and professional, despite my own learning curve with graphic design. It's definitely created with multiple skill levels of users in mind.

Cons: Sometimes the parameters around the user interface and overall options can feel limiting. But for a free software with as many features as this has, it's hard to complain.

I would like to suggest a few options:

Folders or some type of labeling system for the images the user uploads, particularly with a search feature. At present you just have to scroll thru photos based on when they were uploaded. The same applies to your designs. It would be great to be able to search based on the title of a graphic.

I think piloting some type of Canva University or certification program could be interesting. As novice who loves design, I would also love to learn more and get really familiar with all the features. For instance, I just found about being able to create graphs last week.

Overall: Helpful, engaging, promotes creative. Certain aspects of user interface could be improved, but I use this almost everyday in my work.

Pros: I am not a graphic designer. You wouldn't know this thanks to Canva. I use Canva everyday. I make Instagram graphics, Facebook covers, invites for my alumni association activities, flow charts and email info-graphics. I get asked all the time if I'll design invites for people. It's hilarious. I have no idea what I'm doing. But with Canva...you don't have to. Their templates are amazing. It's a matter of swapping in your own information right inside their templates and suddenly you're graphic design Jesus. I kid you not. Canva makes my online presence look legit.. Canva makes me seem way cooler than I really am. More importantly, Canva makes me look more professional online than I ever dreamed. I can make invites for my daughter's birthday parties. Don't believe me. Try it. You'll be hooked.

Cons: I like everything else. It's amazing. The iphone app can be a little trickier just because of the nature of size of the screen but it is still a fantastic way to create.

Overall: I get control of my message. I don't have to rely on anyone else to market me. My online presence looks legit.

Pros: I use Photoshop every day, and I'd say I'm probably an intermediate-level user. However, sometimes even I would prefer to use Canva because of how fast and easy it is to put together a good looking graphic. A lot of the design choices, style and layout is already done for you, so it eliminates some of the thinking and trial and error getting a good looking image. It's free with some premium elements you have to pay for, which is better than having to pay outright. And it has all of the essential features you need in a streamlined editor. Pre-sized templates for each project you have, as well as pre-made filters, templates, vector graphics, stock images, backgrounds, beautiful fonts (and no ugly ones), just pretty much everything you need and nothing you don't. The learning curve is almost zero. They even have a sort of "academy" where you can learn basic design principles. It's a great starting place for people who feel intimated by Photoshop or Illustrator but want to get started somewhere.

Cons: I guess the only negative to Canva is the premium content, but that's their business model so I can't fault them for that. You might say that not being able to use custom fonts is a downer, but they have a good selection of trendy, commonplace fonts that look good when you mix and match them.

Overall: We use Canva to create quick graphics for use on social media, emails, print, and the web as it can be a faster alternative to professional applications like Photoshop or Illustrator.

Pros: Although I'm trained in Adobe Photoshop, I often opt to use Canva instead due to its ease of use, pre-loaded design templates, and rapid turnaround time. If a client has several design options they are considering, I'll use Canva to quickly mockup a few options instead of spending time professionally designing multiple versions that they may never use. The design process is incredibly time-efficient and the output is very high quality. When a friend asks me to design something for them, I share the secret of Canva and challenge them to make something on their own - they thank me everytime!

Cons: My only qualm with Canva is the the lack of a layers panel. You may bring items forward or backward, however, there is no selection pane to view all elements at once along with their relative positions in the design.

Overall: Overall, it's safe to say Canva has changed the game. One particularly fun way my research firm utilizes the tool is in our online focus groups. When conducting qualitative research on an online platform, it's important to keep the participants engaged and active as if they were together in an in-person focus group facility. If we are doing a market research study with consumers, for example, we will send them to Canva to create their own advertisement for the product they are testing. This gives us a glimpse in the consumer mindset, gives the client inspiration for future promotional material, and gives the participant an opportunity to put on their creative hat and take a break from typing their responses - a win win win!

Pros: I love Canva because it is so easy to use. One thing I really suck at is graphic design--really it is not my forte! Canva makes designing professional looking infographics extremely easy by providing easy to use professional looking templates. I use this software all the time to create ads, social media posts, and images for my website. I find Canva offers more easy to use features than some of the other similar tools I have tried such as PicMonkey.

Cons: I have only used the free version. While I did try out the upgraded paid version of the software I found that I really only had a need for a single feature in the paid version--which is the ability to create a document in a custom size. It would be nice if there were a way to pick and choose and pay for only the features I actually will use rather than having to pay to upgrade to the full suite of features which at this time I don't need.

Also I really wish there were a way to change templates while I am designing a document without it deleting the current work I have done so far. As it stands now each time I change my mind in the middle of trying out a design and want to try a new template I have to start over. This is kind of a hassle.

Overall: I use Canva to create images for my Facebook Ads and Pinterest posts as well as images for professional looking flyers and infographics for my website. I also really love how Canva offers a wide variety of images for use for a very reasonable price.

Pros: I love the quality of Canva. I have been able to make great marketing material to print and put on social media pages. It is very versatile in what you can create. The website version of Canva is fantastic and easy to use. The program itself has a lot of fonts, formats and images to choose from. Most are free, but if any cost something, it is minimal. Also, it is great that your work is automatically saved and can easily be downloaded to your device from the app. I will continue to recommend this program because it is free and perfect for small business owners like myself. Also, I love that you can now print directly from the website.

Cons: What I like least about Canva is the app, especially on a phone. The app can sometimes be difficult to use and navigate. It is almost essential to use it on the computer so you can navigate your work with the mouse.

Overall: Overall, my experience with Canva has been fantastic. I have been able to create a lot of images to share on social media that have created a lot of engagement and response from followers. Also, Canva has been nice to use for inserts (postcards, flyers, cards, etc) to use in my subscription box. Images are high quality and are very professional. If you are not using Canva yet, you are missing out!

Pros: Canva design software has taken the best design tools -- previously only in the purview of graphics professionals -- and placed them in the hands of regular folk with a creative flair. They've made it easier for me to visualize and bring to life ideas I have for banners and posters and cards. And more often than not, I don't actually have an idea -- Canva provides so many samples and examples across all the spaces where I need a design, it's a no-brainer!

Although I use a desktop design application (GIMP) for creating graphics for articles and making pretty text titles (for ebooks or reports), I turn to Canva for banners and graphics for Twitter, Facebook or cards.

I like that I can upload my own images. Downloading your final creation in a few different formats is a useful feature. It saves a little time converting it into another format on the other end.

For teachers, Canva has created an entire culture for sharing and learning new ways to use Canva in the classroom. Instructors post some truly creative instructables, including full lesson plans and example outcomes.

Cons: Sometimes it seems like my layers disappear or it's hard to re-focus on a layer that's under other layers. This is probably less of a "con" or flaw in the Canva system and more about how design software handles layering.

I'd like to see better organization of images, especially free images, so I can find those I like easier.

Overall: Overall, Canva is to the cloud what design software has been to the desktop. Even though they offer a premium version with more bells and whistles, what Canva gives the community in its free version is valuable.

You can jump right in and start creating. For more sophisticated designs, you'll have a learning curve but it's well worth the effort.

Pros: It is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. It allows me to make designs quickly and simply, but it also allows for a good bit of customization too if I want to spend a little more time on a design. Because of the templates and examples, I have seen my designs improve significantly since I started using Canva. Because of its ease of use, I have also seen my output and effeciency increase significantly.

Cons: I like a little more control/flexibility to change the font, size, and color of text in one text box. I would also like more control over the color of the icons. I realize not all icons can be editable, but it seems that version 1.0 had a lot more editable icons (i.e. you could change the colors).

Overall: I have found Canva to be an intuitive and sleek design software. Other products are bulky and challenging to master. Canva brings me just what I what I need without overloading me with features I will never use. I particularly recommend this for small businesses, nonprofits, and beginning entrepreneurs. If you need to produce nice looking designs quickly and you don't have a background in graphic design. This will be your best friend. Moreover, you can add a number of team members for making group work a breeze. I have created hundreds of designs using this software. I am hooked.

Pros: Whether or not you have an artist's eye or design know-how, Canva is an easy way to produce high-quality marketing materials for your organization, or even for your personal use. Canva offers a number of templates for just about every kind of print or digital publication you'd need, from posters and flyers to Facebook and Instagram posts.

Once you've selected a template or started from a blank slate, Canva makes it easy to adjust fonts, colors, images, and design. It's also easy to export your designs to just about any format you want.

Cons: Every once in a while, adjusting text placement gets tricky: the drag and drop tool just doesn't feel as user-friendly as it could be.

I also experimented with Canva Pro for a while, but I didn't feel like the features were beefy enough to justify a paid subscription when the free service is pretty much as functional.

Overall: All said, Canva really transformed the quality of my project's public face. It made it easy for me to design a seamless marketing campaign. I only wish I'd found it sooner!

Pros: In a few clicks you can design a multitude of graphics for use in marketing/advertising through social media or print.

You are not limited by the images provided - you can upload your own to manipulate.

I use the professional version (paid) which also provides me with sharing capabilities, branding, upload your own fonts and other perks.

I love being able to create a design and resize it for different social media platforms.

Easy to use templates and modify or create your own designs.

Lots of fonts.

Good tutorials on how to use different features.

Cons: When I automatically resize for different platforms, I have to do some manual rearranging of items.

Search function is limited.

Can't figure out how to insert a simple line.

Would like grids that are not tied to images so that text or images could be inserting and use the grids with borders or without.

Overall: It's my go-to design software for so many different things - social media posts, graphics to use on my website, promotional mailing pieces and so much more.

Pros: For anyone who's looking into branding or just using social media regularly. I would definitely recommend this to all of you. It even provides you with thousands of personalizable templates and hundreds of fonts and design colors and options. For almost anything that you could imagine. Their file sizes are already sought out for you and labeled as needed for your usage.

Cons: The only con(s) I could think of would be you have to pay a small monthly fee for usage of all the key features and the little bit of limited-ability that goes along with using this app, program, or site. I would Canva over anything that I know of still. Dispite these small inconviniences .

Overall: My overall experience with Canva has been simply amazing, to say the least. It has really helped with the progress of promoting and branding my small business. I would recommend it to anyone who I think could use it. I also think that the monthly fee is really worth it, in the long run. Considering all the things you can do with Canva. However, one must operate with their own limitations and do what they must. Almost all good apps and programs of today look for ways to make extra money off of their users. It's our jobs and responsibilities as thier customers and users to decide what we must have and what we can do without.

Pros: What's not to like!? It's a fantastic online graphic design tool which can cover all of your basic design and editing needs! If you need to create any sort of graphic and do not have the pro adobe softwares (or the skills), Canva is your godsend!

The ease with which you can create beautifully designed images and logos is amazing. It's fast, well designed, intuitive, and very easy to use! So I guess my final answer is ease of use.

Cons: Customer service is not the greatest. They can sometimes take a while to get back to you but your issue/question will be resolved eventually.

Overall: As a marketer and advertiser, I am constantly in need of new and exciting graphics. I design something new almost daily. Canva helps with this immensely as it's efficient and easy to use. If I had to use Adobe every time I wanted to create something, it would take up far too much of my time. I do of course use Adobe for the more complex stuff but Canva will cover 95% of your needs.

It also automatically saves your designs so you can come back and make edits/duplications and the exporting of newly created designs is so so easy!

Pros: As a social media community manager, I am expected to create content calendars, social media designs and reports continuously, these tasks would normally consume most of my time especially the design part and creating slick and easy to consume reports. When I first got introduced to Canva, I was skeptical, especially that I worked on many design apps and platforms before, however, my skepticism was quickly demolished when I started working on it. Canva comes with many templates to choose from, and by pairing it with Pinterest, it helped push my creativity to its maximum capability, and I could execute on those ideas with ease. It used to take me a few hours to create the designs of a 7 days calendar, now i can sketch up and have social media ready designs in less than 1 hour! And when it came to design reports, Canva had a wide variety of simple easy to use templates that allowed me to easily plug in my graphs and information, and helped me to focus on the actual content instead of spending hours and hours on design and coloring.

Cons: Canva is quite good for every day use, however, it lacks the in-depth power and editing some of the other more powerful full fledged platforms have. Other than that, there is not much to hate when it comes to Canva.

Pros: I love that I can be as creative as I would like with the software. Canva offers a lot of different templates, but I am able to be as flexible as I like with any template, and can even start from scratch. Depending on the template, there are a lot of free to use designs that a user can adjust for their needs, or fully customize. I use Canva for language instruction activities, so the hundreds of free graphics that Canva has preloaded are very useful as well, and I can nearly always find something that I can use for materials for my students.

Cons: Some of the best graphics and backgrounds are paid, which can be a little frustrating if I am working on creating materials for a unit and I need a graphic that is a bit more specific. It isn't expensive, but it can be very frustrating when I can find one free graphic but not another.

Overall: Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with Canva and i am going to continue to use it in my classroom and with my students. I have been able to create so much with this software, from flashcards to fliers, and I can certainly see myself using it further not only for my professional career, but also for school assignments or presentations to add a little more flair to the things I am asking for projects. I would definitely suggest Canva to any teacher or other professional with little to no graphic design experience who want to create attractive and well designed materials.

Pros: The basic plan is free, which already has enough good materials and free photo and illustrator pictures for use. I like it offers different design templates (including the exact size of the design, so it makes things much easier for we just selecting which design for which social media post or poster). For each design template, it also offers a lot of beautiful and trendy design templates, 2/3 are free, 1/3 you need to pay for the upgrade plan.

Cons: Sometimes, it suddenly quits out by itself out of notice when you're working on the design project. And after you reload the page, not every time your work is saved, which means you have to remake a few works again due to the unknown problem of the Canva. Another thing is even one very basic and simple picture material itself costs at least. It means if you working on the whole design with many paid elements, it cost a lot.

Overall: Save money and save time if you just do the easy touch up for the picture or making some simple design by choosing some design templates.

Pros: I love the fact that its available anywhere any time as it is cloud based. I especially love the fact that it does not require installation of an application with complex dependencies and heavy resource usage that usually is the case with graphic software. All you need is a browser and an internet connection. This makes it a lightweight solution. I especially love the fact that it is FREE. I love the fact that it saves every change i make automatically and on the fly and keeps all my designs saved in the cloud. There is large base of paid and free elements to choose from for my designs e.g Photos, icons, text, layouts, borders. I especially love the modern crisp looking elements especially Canvas offering of sans serif fonts. I like that the download options include pdf which is the preferred format in my organisation. I also love the fact that it has thousands of templates that you can quickly spin up and customise to make a full fledged professional looking design for example the facebook banner under the social media category. It will provide you with the correct measurements suitable for facebook. Canva will also allow you to upload your own design elements for a custom design. This is just one of the myriad of design types from its plentiful categories.

Cons: I felt they could do with a little more editing features because the current ones are not really flexibly for more complex design elements. For example text formatting will apply to all similar elements and not just the one you selected.

Overall: Many times I find myself needing to do a design mock up or actual design with very limited time and resources or sometimes I get inspiration while away from my design workstation. Canva is my savior as I can access it anywhere anytime. I was chosen to be the social media point person in my branch and the demands that come with the content requirements meant I needed a fast, easy to use but professional solution. Canva has modern looking design elements and will make your design professional with just a few clicks and in no time.

Pros: Canva is so easy to use and get started with, even if you're aren't a designer. It makes professional-looking designs accessible without the need for expensive software. The subscription model is incredibly cost-effective with a number of great features available with the paid version.

Cons: The latest version (2.0) of Canva has added some great features but it's also taken away some useful functionality. It now requires a little more fiddling to adjust designs and organise your files. Previously, this was a really seamless drag and drop style system - now it's more menu based. It's still not a difficult process but it was disappointing to see the change for something that was working well already.

Overall: Canva has solved a problem that I didn't even realise existed - quickly and simply creating graphics for use in other projects. I would (and do!) recommend this product to everyone. I have started multiple colleagues using the platform and will gladly shout its praises. It's revolutionised how I approach creating and using graphics.

Pros: Canva was my favorite editing and graphic design software prior to their new update. It's free with optional upgrades (which I LOVE Canva for work) and has lots of great features, options, and free and paid content.

However the new upgrade is VERY clunky, removes a lot of previous established features and has limited capabilities where it used to not have problems.

Resizing objects to custom dimensions, adding in custom fonts, and more is now impossible with the new platform. I would opt OUT of Canva 2.0 if I could.

Cons: The new software made all of my previous custom content obsolete. I spent years building my brand in to canva over the years and now it is virtually useless. POOR MOVE Canva. Let customers opt out in favor of the old platform. This is too "techie" where the old platform was working just fine! It's a classic case of, if it's not broken- dont fix it!

Overall: Old Canva was FABULOUS- highly recommend.

CANVA 2.0 is not for the custom content user.

Pros: Canva is a software that allows the elaboration of illustrations of different types, These can be exported in formats suitable for use in social networks. Canva has a large number of templates and customizable designs available to create variety of contents, in turn, its interface is convenient and easy to use. Canva has a provision of its users a free version containing the tools and basic aggregates to make quality illustrations and varied content, a version of payment that adds more complex elements and more variety of formats and, finally, an app. A great advantage is the ability to download and use elements and

payment tools in the free version, investing only the money of the same without In addition to the payment version, you only need to register in your platform to start enjoying the benefits that this software offers.

Cons: The only disadvantage I found when using this software is that in the free version of I introduced a bit of slowness every time I applied a change to the elements of my illustrations, however I achieved the goal despite this, so I did not It seems to me limiting. Actually this is a software that offers many advantages for a low cost and the ability to store the results in PDF format and formats compatible with Facebook, Instagram and other social networks is very useful.

Overall: Canva is my favorite software to generate the content that I publish in my networks social, until now I have not had failures or setbacks beyond a bit of slowness on my computer. The quality of the created images is excellent and I learned to use it in a very short time since its interface is quite intuitive, I love it and I continue using it frequently.

Pros: I have used Canva for at least one year and I think is a great tool for a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, and any other person who need to create visual content in an easy way. If you need to create a design and you don't know nothing about graphic design, this tool will be the best way to do a great job. It's easy to use, agile, and dynamic.

What I like most about this software is that it offers different templates that you can work on when you are a beginner. This speeds up the time and productivity of your creations, allowing you to design faster and with quality.

In addition, Canva offers the exact resolution for each social network, which is a great help since you will not have to adjust the size of the image manually, offering a perfect measurement from the beginning.

Cons: I would like Canva to have more advanced design options, for which we have experience. However, in all the time that I have been using Canva I have not found any aspect that bothers me. It is a fully functional, fast and quality software.

Overall: I'm a Community Manager, my job is to create content on social networks, therefore, my main job requires basic graphic design skills. Thanks to Canva I have been able to work efficiently and respond to all the requests that have been successfully made to me.

Pros: There are so many beautiful templates for you to choose from. You can always find what you're looking for, or at least work with what's available to bring what's in your head to life. I use Canva for virtually every deliverable I have to produce at work, every infographic for our website, etc. I even used it to design a cookbook full of my grandmothers recipes. My family and boss thinks I have actual graphic design skills but it's just Canva.

Cons: There's no way to drag your mouse to select multiple text areas/elements when you're creating your documents. You have to hold command/control and select every element you want to group together to move. Additionally, there is no function that allows you to evenly distribute text boxes/elements. You have to just eyeball distances between things. You definitely have to have a bit of patience to work with the software.

Overall: I love using Canva for every deliverable I am charged with creating. Canva has sleeker and more modern designs than using a Microsoft template and it's way more customizable. You do have to have the patience to work on it, but if you put in the time, you'll create the most beautiful graphics and documents--all for free! There's a paid version that you can opt into, but out of everything I've produced, I've never felt the need to opt into the paid version. Canva is definitely the software I use the most, and the one I like the most.
