Pros Canva est un outil de graphisme très facile à utiliser. Pour mes apprenants la prise en main est très facile et pour les moins créatifs, Canva propose une panoplie de modèles réutilisables que l’on peut modifier facilement pour les utiliser et ça reste malgré tout professionnel. Cons Je trouve la version gratuite de plus en plus limitée et inutilisable, les modèles gratuits ont déjà fait leur temps et ils ne sont plus attrayants. It makes putting together post much easier, it also saves our colour we use for our brand so we don't have to look again for them. Pros We love using Canva for putting together social media posts as well as our advertising posts. The autosaving is a life saver. Cons What we like least is that itcan be a bit glitchy sometimes when putting together those said posts and advertisements . Canva is an efficient, intuitive, and versatile platform that saves a lot of time for daily content creation, marketing materials, and quick visual projects. I used it for creating IG reels and has been very easy and fast. Pros What I like the most is its incredible ease of use and the massive library of high-quality templates. It makes professional-looking graphic design accessible to everyone, even those with zero prior design experience. Cons What I like least is that advanced layout control and precise editing can feel limited compared to robust software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. My account was charged when the trial ended, without what I consider to be a clear and visible warning beforehand. For a company of Canva’s size, this is not acceptable. A trial should not turn into a paid subscription in a way that leaves the customer feeling surprised after the money has already been taken. What makes this worse is the lack of transparency around the end of the trial. If a company is confident in its product, it should make the transition from trial to paid plan absolutely obvious, not rely on billing mechanics that many users can easily miss. In my case, it felt opaque, unfair, and extremely frustrating. This experience seriously damaged my trust in Canva. A premium company should respect customers with clear billing communication, honest reminders, and no ambiguity about when a charge will happen. Instead, I was left with the feeling that the system is built to collect payment first and let the customer deal with the surprise afterward. I do not recommend Canva based on this experience. If you start a trial, watch your billing details very closely, because the subscription can become paid before you feel you were properly informed. Pros What I liked least was Canva’s billing transparency.
