I would recommend this product to everyone who needs and easy to use tool for great graphics. I use it regularly at my church for everything from posters and social media graphics to Reels, short videos, website images, event graphics, and multi-page documents. It has become one of the easiest ways for our team to create professional-looking content without needing extensive graphic design experience. Canva has a huge selection of templates, fonts, graphics, photos, and other design elements, while still giving you plenty of flexibility to customize things and make them your own. I especially appreciate how easy it is to export designs in different formats and prepare things for printing. It is essentially like Photoshop for people who don’t have the time or desire to learn Photoshop, but it still has a ton of powerful features. Pros The biggest thing I love about Canva is how easy it is to learn and use. I can create a professional-looking poster, social media post, Reel, or event graphic without spending hours trying to figure out complicated design software. The variety of templates and design elements makes it easy to start from scratch or get inspiration from something that already exists. Canva is also incredibly useful for maintaining a consistent brand. The Brand Kit makes it easy to keep our colours, fonts, logos, and overall style consistent across different types of content. Adding other members of our team to a Pro account is also straightforward, which makes collaboration much easier. They also have a TON of templates to choose from - so if you want to just use a template and make edits, it's incredible. I really feel like there's always new layers to canva that I am learning and I love it. It also is a great place to draw graphic design inspiration from if you're feeling a lack of it. I also really appreciate the printing and exporting options. Whether I’m creating something specifically for social media, a website, a printed poster, or a multi-page document, Canva makes it easy to choose the appropriate format and download or share the finished product. The cloud storage is another major benefit because I can access previous designs and assets without having to keep everything saved locally on my computer. For the value, Canva is hard to beat. It allows smaller organizations like ours to create professional content without needing to invest in expensive software or hire a graphic designer for every project. The number of features available, especially with Pro, makes it a very worthwhile tool. Every time I've run into issues or needing troubleshooting, the customer support team has been quick to help me and give clear instruction on what I need to do to fix it! The price you pay for what you get is unmatched. Canva pro is amazing - but even the free version is incredible! I used it for years before ended up switching to pro, and the money is WELL worth it. Cons Canva has so many features, templates, and design elements that it can occasionally feel overwhelming. There are almost too many options, and it can take some time to figure out exactly where everything is or find the specific element you’re looking for. Some of the more advanced features also have a bit of a learning curve, even though the basic design tools are very beginner-friendly. The amount of content available can also make it easy to spend more time than necessary choosing between templates, graphics, fonts, and other design elements. Some features and assets are also limited to the Pro version, so the free version can feel somewhat restrictive if you’re trying to use Canva regularly for professional or organizational work. I haven’t experienced many significant bugs or issues, and customer support hasn’t been something I’ve needed to rely on often. Canva also isn’t really designed for detailed task tracking or project management, so while it’s excellent for creating and organizing creative work, I would use a separate tool for managing deadlines and larger projects. It's offline access isn't great, or at least I haven't had a great experience with it. It's one of those tools you need wi-fi to run on in my opinion. Its image and video editing tools are simple, making professional content creation accessible to everyone. Cons Canva has limited advanced features compared to professional design software. Some premium templates, images, and tools require a paid subscription. It mainly depends on an internet connection, with limited offline functionality. I feel very good in editing with a single app and this app saves time, money and effort, hence I feel good in using this app. All of you should also use it. Pros I like using Canva. It gets the job done quickly. Logo design, edit, fonts, text styles, everything makes it feel like I got such a good Canva. The stickers and templates are also good. The ratio option is also good. Cons If you design the canvas with a little instrumental tune and frame something else, it will be fun. This is the thing that is lacking in editing. If the song is direct, it will be amazing. There are endless templates to choose from, elements to add to designs, tools to enhance your photos and design, and more. It is like a more user friendly version of Photoshop and a great way for designers to get started. They even have tutorials on how to get started and use the platform. The premium version grants access to a lot more tools and is definitely worth the money. I used to also use it for minimal video editing, but have found that to be a little bit harder than graphics. Cons They have changed the video editing a little bit and I find that the changes they made, make it harder to edit videos overall.
