It is excellent at assisting users in producing polished material fast and effectively, even though it may feel a little restrictive for more customized or sophisticated design tasks. Pros To be honest, I struggle with most design tools when it comes to simple tasks. Canva simply moves aside. I throw decks, blog photos, social media posts, and sporadic marketing one-offs at it, and before I have a chance to overthink it, I usually have something that looks respectable. Sure, we use Photoshop for more serious work, but for the majority of days, Canva does the trick quickly and on the cheap. Pros My team is now creating social media graphics in a matter of minutes. Our client colours are then maintained throughout in the brand kit. The reasons for using Quick video edits for Instagram reels as opposed to Premiere: saves us countless hours. We are paying $12/user each month, which is 80% less than what we had with Adobes. Templates indeed appear polished and do not seem like PowerPoint 2003. Cons Clients sometimes have a problem with our designs in the free version. Bulk video exports are very slow during peak times. It saves a lot of my time and money because I don't need to hire a professional graphic designer. It is a must-have application for every content creator and small business owner who works from a mobile phone. Pros Canva is an amazing app for creating social media posts and YouTube thumbnails directly from a smartphone. The interface is very simple, and it offers thousands of ready-made free templates. Anyone can design professional graphics in a few minutes without any prior editing experience. Cons Sometimes the mobile app works a little slow when downloading heavy video files or high-quality designs. Also, many premium elements, fonts, and stock photos are locked behind the paid Pro subscription, which is a bit expensive for students and small creators. I use it almost weekly for my college projects ,social media posters and for video editing. Pros I really love Canva because it is very easy to use, Even for beginners. The best part is it's library of free template for instagram post, presentation and posters. Cons Sometimes the mobile application lags or work a bit slow when the design file is to heavy. Also many good elements, premium fonts and background removal tool are locked behind the canva pro paid version, thay have to improve their costomer support, there is no internet problem but it's work slow. I love that we can use our brand colors and they are readily available. Pros Canva has a lot of features for making printables and powerpoint presentations and it doesn't take much training to understand how to use. Cons Sometimes, I am not sure how to navigate back to a page that I was on or how to save work. I get stuck when it comes time to getting my work to the printable stage.
