I can upload my own artwork, and fonts (which I LOVE for branding and creating logos/promotional products). I have not had any bad experiences with Canva, everything turns out great as long as you know how to use the program (which is easy to learn). Pros I love how easy Canva is to use. There are so many options (for those who pay for premium). I use Canva to make business cards, rack cards, brochures, social media posts, logos, personal use, etc. Cons I don't like that you don't have a whole lot of options in the app if you don't pay for premium. I would say that users should be prepared to pay if they want to use most of the features. Cons It was less intuitive than I would've preferred and I had a hard time doing advanced customizations with the free version. I also found that most templates had to be purchased. Its intuitive drag-and-drop interface and built-in brand kits ensure consistency, while customization options allow for flexibility. It’s an ideal tool for my team since we need quick, polished, on-brand visuals without design experience. Cons Canva makes it easy to create polished, on-brand content quickly. I love the vast template library and simple customization tools. It’s intuitive and saves me time. It gives me the opportunity to make professional posts for the business I work for to post on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. I have also made banners for the webstore we have, which has become our "branding" of our store. It is on the business cards, the webstore, and background pic on Facebook. Canva has given me to tool to up-my-game to a more professional look. I highly recommend this product. Pros I really like the ability to be creative with Canva using the many options for pictures, graphics, word fonts, as well as being able to use the AI portion to drill down to my specific ideas for each of my projects. Cons I use the "free" portion of Canva, they do have a paid subscription available which opens up more options. But for myself, the free version works just fine. I mostly use it for creating professional advertising banners with attractive designs meant for my different social media, the drag and drop feature was the most useful to me cause it saves me a lot of time. Cons ome of its best features are only in the pro version, and most of its features are design features so it keeps me from expressing all my creation when I don’t have the subscription. Pros It is a comprehensive and complete platform for designing images, advertisements, and banners and preparing them for other platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and others without the need for multiple programs. Pros Paying for a pro subscription, features not available for a month. Support ticket open after 9 days, no communication, no feedback. Advice from support deleted all the existing designs. When inquiring, standard reply, we will get back to you once we have a solution. After 9 days this is doubtful. What I like about Canva, it SEEMED a good tool, emphasis on seemed. Cons Open ticket for 9 days, designs gone after following advice from support, paying for a pro license, features have never been available.
