Their program is useful for so many aspects of design and they are constantly improving and building on the program. I use Canva for just about everything design related. Pros Almost everything. I use this program to help me assemble magazine layouts, social media posts, covers for videos, you name it. Cons Some features are a bit hard to find but that's my only frustration. The templates look really clean and it’s fast to get something done that looks nice. Cons I don’t like that a lot of the good elements and fonts are locked behind the paid version. Pros Love how easy it is to use Canva, even without graphic design skills. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and the ready-made templates are a huge time-saver. I use it for Instagram posts, Airbnb room signs, and even digital menus. The design quality looks professional with very little effort. Cons a few features are locked behind the Pro plan. Whilst this logically makes a lot of sense, this subscription is quite expensive and leaves such features a little inaccessible. We wanted a generic account but the block any reference to canva as an email address that you'd want to use, a small annoyance but you get the idea. Pros The simplicity of the product and how easy it is for basic users to pick up and get started. Cons Their support is terrible, their agents and teams do not communicate with one and another and often give conflicting or wrong information. Although I don't oversee the department that manages it. Every now and then I get to help out with edits. Pros I like that Canva allows us to create flyers and market our products. We have a very skilled design team that use the application. I'm not the best at design, but I'm able to go in and edit things to better match our vision. Cons I dislike the pricing structure for Canva. In order for my team to have access to the same project, we have to pay more.
