Pros It's very easy to use and goes above and beyond my expectations. I never find another software that cares so much for it's users. They even have free use for all educational related professionals and their students. And it's the Canva for Education. Their Canva Pro which I'm a user made me a better designer since I can easily get inspiration from all the templates they have and tweak it as I want. So that's very helpful. You don't need to do it on scratch anymore.Canva is one of a kind software for big or small company like us. Pros This is one of my favorite platforms. It is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. Although I have a good amount of experience with design, I think a person with very little design experience could easily use this! I used to use photoshop for design and have almost entirely started used this platform because I find I can design something much quicker with the same outcome! Cons I honestly do not have a lot of complaints as I find this platform to be very useful. My only small complaint would be that sometimes when I upload images the resolution is lower and it comes out a bit fuzzy. Reason for choosing Canva Convenience! Pros What it´s more impactful for my case is that the whole pre built templates and how much editable they are, the product it´s very simple and easy to use and understand, it makes my work and my social media to interact with costumers by the marketing. Cons What i like the least would be that in the editing and sometimes it has some limits to edit but for what it costs and all the tools they give me it is an excellente deal. Pros Designs quickly and very easy to handle as they help a lot their predesigned templates, is a very intuitive application, not to occupy many computer resources, is very fast, unique tools that facilitate editing. Cons As it is not a design editor as such, it is limited to some functions, if you use the free version, some tools and predesigned templates are not accessible, and cannot be used. Other products are bulky and challenging to master. Canva brings me just what I what I need without overloading me with features I will never use. I particularly recommend this for small businesses, nonprofits, and beginning entrepreneurs. If you need to produce nice looking designs quickly and you don't have a background in graphic design. This will be your best friend. Moreover, you can add a number of team members for making group work a breeze. I have created hundreds of designs using this software. I am hooked. Pros It is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. It allows me to make designs quickly and simply, but it also allows for a good bit of customization too if I want to spend a little more time on a design. Because of the templates and examples, I have seen my designs improve significantly since I started using Canva. Because of its ease of use, I have also seen my output and effeciency increase significantly. Cons I like a little more control/flexibility to change the font, size, and color of text in one text box. I would also like more control over the color of the icons. In addition to making my own workflow more efficient, I am able to design templates in Canva that I can share with clients who have minimal graphic design experience. This is AWESOME, because before now, we were stuck with trying to do layouts in Microsoft Word, which just doesn't work. The brand kit feature is great! Pros Canva is literally a game changer. I started using it for some of the simpler designs - social media, mostly. But I soon discovered that, with only a few exceptions, Canva can be used to create stunning designs I had previously created only with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. I still use the Adobe Creative Site, but in most cases, Canva is faster, more streamlined and above all, easy to edit and share with my colleagues who do not have advanced graphic design skills. I also love that Canva is continually rolling out new features, such as video and animation templates. Cons There is one little glitch that can be frustrating. Being a content creator, one of the most important things I need to draw people in is a eye-catching thumbnail. Canva not only has that option available, but they have templates that are easy to use. All you do is drag and drop, and you have a professional thumbnail for your videos! I have used this website for all types of projects, so I definitely encourage more people to use it. Great benefit for your life Cons Being someone who uses photoshop, I wish that Canva had more options when it is concerning editing a bit deeper than what is offered. The templates help, and they have good options for creating collages, but I have to save and edit on Photoshop if I want something extra. Their file sizes are already sought out for you and labeled as needed for your usage. Cons The only con(s) I could think of would be you have to pay a small monthly fee for usage of all the key features and the little bit of limited-ability that goes along with using this app, program, or site. I would have never thought that I would be capable of producing all of my own market materials, from logos to business cards, to fliers and social media posts, but Canva has helped me unlock my inner graphic designer. I have used this software to do a complete rebranding of my company's social media sites and promotional materials, all at no cost! Pros Canva's number one selling point is the ease of use and its wide database of templates. You can create virtually any marketing material that you set your mind to using their vast array of premade, completely customizable materials. I've created everything from bookmarks, to menus, to fliers, to business cards and Instagram posts. The only limit to what you can successfully create in Canva is your imagination! Canva also offers a large selection of fonts, colors, and elements (ie insertable frames, grids, charts, stickers, etc.) that can be added and customized to your preference. You can even upload your own images free of charge! Canva allows even the most inexperienced user to create beautiful, professional-quality marketing materials. Cons Honestly, this software has very few flaws; and none that are detrimental enough to keep me from recommending the product. When I first began using the software, there were very few text elements or insertable art/graphics that were not available for free. As Canva has re-tooled its Canva Pro program, I find that there is an increasing number of graphics that must be purchased or are only available to Pro members. However, Canva still allows you to upload your own graphics, so there is an easy workaround. If you can invest in the Pro program, I do highly recommend the upgrade as it does increase ease of use, but even the free tool blows other competitors out of the water! Review Source KT Karis T. The ability to directly connect to different apps without downloading and uploading to whichever app (OptiSigns, etc.) helps streamline several of my activities. Cons I'd like to be able to show multiple "slides/pages" on a page when I download. It's tricky to move elements and line them up.
