The customer support is great if you ever have a problem or question. The features are never-ending, and I am always discovering new features. Cons I wish more features were available in the free version. I think more things should be included and less icons to use that you have to pay for. I will keep using it in the future for quick projects. Pros It is incredibly easy to use. No matter what you want to do, it will probably take you only a few minutes. All features are well implemented, whether it is for video or image editing. Being able to access it while being offline is also a really nice thing. Cons If you do not have the Premium subscription, which costs way too much for what it offers, Canva is not much of an incredible software. A lot of things require you to pay for it, even if they are very simple stuff. The AI implementation is also really pushy, which can be annoying depending on what you're doing. We're billing clients for substantive work instead of paying designers for every flyer or visual aid. The learning curve was maybe thirty minutes, and now I'm faster than I was fumbling through other programs. Worth every dollar for a small practice that needs to look credible without hiring a creative team. Pros We’re handling our own client presentations, settlement demand packages, and even the occasional marketing piece now, so we don't have to outsource that stuff anymore. The template library actually has some decent layouts that don't look like they were made by an amateur. I can throw together a one-pager between calls, save it as a PDF, and have it in an email before opposing counsel even gets back to me. Cons The search function inside the platform occasionally surfaces completely irrelevant templates when I'm looking for something specific like timelines or comparison charts. I've also noticed that some stock photos lean heavily toward generic corporate imagery that doesn't always fit legal work. Minor frustrations, nothing that stops me from using it daily. Pros I use Canva with my team to create everything from presentations,videos to promo images .It offer wide of rich templates ,design elements and graphics that make it easy to customize what we want according to our organization needs .I also like the image and video editing tools ,generative AI features and integrations with 3rd party tools. You don’t have access to a lot without premium but it’s a great tool for more basic things. Pros I love how you can create a lot of different things. There are presentations, posters, flyers, business cards and even more which is really awesome if you’re creative. Cons I dislike how many options now only work if you have the premium version. The platform is intuitive, regularly adds new features, and saves a significant amount of time while still producing professional results. Pros What I like most about Canva is how easy it is to create professional-looking graphics without needing advanced design experience. The drag-and-drop interface, large template library, and extensive collection of fonts, photos, and design elements make creating social media posts, presentations, marketing materials, and other content quick and efficient. It also makes collaboration with team members simple. Cons One downside of Canva is that some of the best templates, graphics, and features are only available with the paid subscription. While the free version is very capable, advanced customization options can be somewhat limited compared to professional design software for more complex projects.
