The trial showed me what I was missing out on, and the free version gets me where I need to be without all the fancy extra floof; overall it is a great tool. Pros I love how versatile it is even when you are simply a free user rather than a paid member. From OBS layouts to transitional pages and much more, I have been loving Canva as my graphic design tool of choice. Cons I do dislike how many features and items are stuck behind their premium content wall, it makes things feel limited. It can also be overwhelming despite the attempts to teach via the tutorial; there are a lot of menus. After all this time, I now even create designs for my friends and people around me using Canva Pros Very convenient to use and navigate the program. A very friendly and youthful environment. Everything is easy to find, which makes navigating the entire website/app very simple. It’s great that you can do everything in one place — a logo, a post, a thumbnail, a postcard. A wide variety of designs, variations, fonts, and so much more that it’s hard to even list it all. Cons Canva is one of the most popular programs in the world. I love it because I can make updates from my desktop to my iPhone in real time that my team can see. Pros I love all of the preset templates that Canva offers. Canva also works great because it allows you to modify the preset templates or start on a blank canvas and make exactly what you want. Canva also allows you to collaborate with others on your team. Cons Canva can be extremely touchy if you have multiple fonts, photos and backgrounds ect. when you try to move them. Sometimes if you have multiple layered items you end up grabbing the wrong one and have to reverse what you moved and try to find the correct asset you want to move. IF I have to create a thumbnail, cover photos or even create a swift Resume, I use Canva. This was my 1st online-edit platform after Photoshop. Cons The quality of the output seems a bit off. Cons I guess what I like least is that you can only have one team under the nonprofit plan and we have several teams. So all the work gets logged under the one team instead of its retrospective team. I mostly use it for creating professional advertising banners with attractive designs meant for my different social media, the drag and drop feature was the most useful to me cause it saves me a lot of time. It doesn't take long to figure out how to use Canva when similar websites usually take a while to get the handle of. It's child friendly and offers a bunch of useful and free features. Cons The pricing for pro is a bit steep, especially for students looking who would like to take full advantage of the app but cannot afford it. The is a student package but it is tricky to get a hold of if your school board isn't in the loop. it would be really beneficial to work this out so that students could somehow verify their status themselves and get the pro resources for a better education experience. Pros Canva is also super helpful in creating quick visuals for reports, both to mock up visual reports and to mock up samples with annotations especially for quality checks. To have the ability to put in a garment photo, point out problems and label things clearly all without having to rely on the design team. It keeps the action moving without sacrificing humor. Cons It’s not great for pixel-perfect work or anything involving CMYK for print we still use Illustrator for production-quality edits. Pros Ich benutze Camva schon länger da es mir die Arbeit als Grafikdesigner etwas erleichtern, besonders gut gefallen mir: Die Übersichtlichkeit, die funktionen der kostenlosen Version und die Auswahl aus Vorlagen. Cons Es gibt teilweise kleinere Performence Problem die sich allerdings in Grenzen halten zu dem finde ich das die Pro Version zu wenig Vorteile hat es wäre wünschenswert wenn man eventuell eine Separate App erstellt wo man Vektor Grafiken erstellen könnte und man noch umfangreicher Fotos und Videos bearbeiten könnte.
