### "Fast design for non designers"

October 29, 2025

5.0

I make social posts, slides, and short clips way faster than in big design apps. Drag, drop, tweak, done. It is perfect for quick content, class projects, and small business work. When I need frame perfect edits, I still jump to a pro editor. For most daily stuff, Canva is enough.

Pros

Huge template library for posts, slides, logos, and videos. I can remove backgrounds in one click and keep colors and fonts in a brand kit. Real time comments and shared folders make group work easy. The free plan works, and Pro adds a lot of stock content and AI tools.

Cons

Video and photo editing are simpler than pro tools, so complex timing or precision can be hard. Some exports and advanced brand tools sit behind Pro or Teams. Teams pricing changed for some users and got more expensive. Heavy files can lag in the browser.

### "Accessible design software that allows teammates to collaborate and create while staying on-brand"

February 7, 2026

5.0

Canva has been game-changing for our organization. It has given our staff members wide access to design software that they otherwise wouldn't have had. It also has saved our design department time, since we can create templates with Canva that other staff members can use.

Pros

It makes design accessible to non-designers. It allows most people to be able to create digital graphics or single-page flyers, on brand, without knowing complicated software like Photoshop. It allows you to collaborate and share files with others, and see what they are working on while you also work. It also has a wide variety of free assets, like stock photos and icons.

Cons

I wish Canva's free tier would allow users to export a design as a vector (SVG). I believe that Canva should also make their 'Layers' panel more accessible. It would be helpful if they added extra paragraph spacing options, like 'space between paragraphs', and not just leading.

### "User friendly and approachable"

January 7, 2026

5.0

Overall, I find Canva easy to use and effective for my design needs. I enjoy creating flyers, slide decks and social media content on this platform more than any other.

Pros

Canva is super user friendly and allows for better design collaboration than other platforms. The templates are great for inspiration and building off of, and I'm always satisfied with my final product. The resize tool is also a game changer when switching projects from one format to another.

Cons

The free version seems to have become more limited over time, which makes the platform less accessible than it used to be. However, I find the paid user experience to be worth it.

### "A marketing must have!"

November 4, 2025

5.0

Canva is an innovative and effective program and our team uses it regularly to present and create high quality information. With easy to use templates and a huge variety of graphics and options, we are always pleased with the way our designs turn out.

Pros

Canva is an amazing tool used by our marketing and events team each week. The ability to share designs amongst team members is crucial, and the amount of features, images, and editing capabilities is well worth the money. We have been able to create professional looking presentations, invitations, flyers, postcards, programs, and more. Not only is it easy to use, but it's fun and the printing option always turn out great.

Cons

There are times that certain editing options are not user friendly - that perhaps they would take someone with a little more knowledge of the program or photo editing to use to their fullest potential.

### "Canva for the Win"

November 5, 2025

5.0

I love Canva. It has been a great experience. It can do almost anything that you want. You just have to figure out how.

Pros

The biggest upside to Canva is the number of options for little or no money. It can do almost anything you want; you just have to figure out how. I love the preset options and the ways I can customize them to what I want.

Cons

There is not much I don't like. If I had to choose one, I suppose the biggest downside that I've had is a long countdown, like a 5-minute one. They have very short ones, but I have to make them manually with slides.

### "One Stop Shop"

October 15, 2025

5.0

We use Canva for printing our weekly bulletin, as well as digital versions in PDF. We also build presentation for the Sunday worship, create poster and flyers, and even integrate it into our digital signage platform

Pros

Canva can do anything you need it to. We use it primarily for printing, but it also contains a great image editor, as well as video editing tools for creating short videos. We even used it to create t-shirts. We also use it as a presentation software. The team at Canva takes suggestions seriously and is regularly rolling out new updates. We have added 2-3 new people to our team recently and they all are thankful for how easy it is to use and find what you are looking for. One of the biggest perks for us is the cloud-based sharing. Edits can be seen in real time and groups make it easy to share to exactly the right people.

Cons

There no not a native "print" function, so the finished product needs to be passed through another software, like Adobe Acrobat, to print. I absolutely love their presentation builder and the included animations, but as of yet, have not found a way to integrate direction to our church presentation software, so we have to pass it through PPT and typically lose some of the styling.

### "Canva can do it "

December 19, 2025

5.0

I love Canva, I first started using it while in an administrative position but have carried it with me into my own business and career, it’s super versatile, I can make spreadsheets to help with my expenditures, social media posts, and even Christmas cards

Pros

I love the versatility, templates and art aspects, super user friendly a novice can do it, if it was a guitar hero song it would be easy mode. Makes everything look professional and clean

Cons

The resizing and exporting options and that it automatically saves to a zip file, it makes it a little bit harder to streamline if you need to export multiple illustrations etc

### "Awesome for basic creative design"

October 9, 2025

5.0

Canva has been one of the most intuitive creative tools I've used so far, after being a dedicated Adobe Illustrator fan. Overall I'm very happy with Canva, and start off using it over any other tool because of how easy it is to use and the simplicity of its features.

Pros

I start with Canva for every graphic/social media post, because it's easy to use and I've been able to create basic graphics much quicker than before. My particularly favourite feature is the "Copy Style" button, makes everything easier being able to apply a previously applied style to a new element! And video editing has been great so far, especially for caption design - we've been happy with the stylization Canva offers. I know the paid versions would be wonderful but to be honest I've been very happy with the free version with what I've needed it for so far.

Cons

My least favourite part to Canva is how premium/paid elements, templates, etc. are shown in search results, and feel like they dominate results. So much so that if they removed premium elements from those who have free accounts, it wouldn't offer much at all in that regard. It can be challenging to wade through to find quality items mixed with all of the premium elements.

Switched from

I rarely open Illustrator now for the creatives I produce, because Canva has been much quicker for the simple graphics I work on regularly.

### "Can't Imagine Life Without Canva"

October 2, 2025

5.0

There are very few items in our office that don't involve Canva, from video testimonials and flyers to conference programs and our training calendar.

Pros

Canva has been a game-changer for our organization for several reasons: its ease of use, diverse features, video and image editing tools, and the numerous templates available. Canva has helped us create beautiful ideas and campaigns efficiently, even with limited marketing training.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. I LOVE Canva and its ease of use. However, I have a paid subscription through my job, so I'm not sure what the free version offers.

### "Canva for the Non-Designer"

March 27, 2026

5.0

Canva is a great tool for those who are not naturally designers or artistic. While many of the best features are paid, there are still a plethora of templates that can be customized to suit each brand.

Pros

As a non-designer, Canva simplifies the entire process of generating social media posts, invitations, etc. The number of templates already pre-loaded into the program make designing work less intimidating but also provides the ability to customize those templates based on brand colours or preference. In addition to customizing layout, the built-in ability to upload logos, photos, and icons allows for further personalization of each template. The ability to export the design in multiple formats is very helpful.

Cons

Unfortunately, the cost of Canva can be quite intimidating for a smaller business. Many of the most unique templates do require a subscription and the same applies to many of the most unique icons, fonts, etc. The only other con is that internet required to generate designs.

### "From Celebrations to Campaigns: A Complete Creative Solution"

February 14, 2026

5.0

From birthday cards to brochures, presentations, advertisements, and invitations, Canva has made every type of project feel simple and achievable.

Pros

What I liked most about Canva is how insanely easy it makes you feel like a professional designer — even if you’re not one. The drag-and-drop interface is smooth, intuitive, and honestly kind of addictive. You can go from blank screen to “wow, who made this?!” in minutes.

Cons

Heavy presentations or designs with tons of elements can slow down, especially in-browser. Paywalls everywhere – You find the perfect element… and boom, it’s Pro only. Not a dealbreaker, but slightly annoying.

### "A great tool for everyone, even complete beginners."

October 10, 2025

5.0

Canva is a great tool for anyone who needs to create graphic visuals without complex design knowledge. I like the wide variety of templates that make the work easier and allow you to quickly create professional social media posts.

Pros

The thing I valued most was the huge quantity of templates for every occasion. This extensive library ensures you can always find a template for any of your projects, saving significant time and money on graphic design efforts.

Cons

When it comes to more advanced photo retouching or video editing, professional software is preferable.

### "Canva is Great!"

December 1, 2025

5.0

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using Canva. It is incredibly easy to use and create custom projects for anything you can imagine. You can add collaborators for group projects. It is truly a wonderful product, and I love it!

Pros

Canva is a versatile tool for a wide range of projects. It is easy to use, offers a wide variety of customization options, and features numerous visually appealing templates. I have used Canva for a variety of projects, and each time I am pleased with the results. Canva allows for dynamic project creation and even has AI prompt writing to help you achieve what you are looking to create.

Cons

At this time, I don't think I've encountered anything I dislike about Canva. The only thing I do wish is that you could share a presentation with Opti-signs that could be updated in Canva and automatically update the Opti-signs feed.

### "Best product in the 2000s"

October 14, 2025

5.0

I love it and it has made me love graphic design and figuring out how to be better and make documents that wow others and even myself.

Pros

Canva has made it easy for anyone to create an amazing document. Although there is still a learning curve with the program, it does not take long to figure out how to use it correctly. The software is great, straight forward, clean and precise.

Cons

I wish there was an AI bot that could help you along the way. Or customer service that is always available and straight to the point with fixes. No riff raff, no confirming your the account owner. If you’re editing it, you’re allowed to get help on the fly with things. For example, randomly there were some items that could not be grouped together and it would have been great to figure that out with someone. I think they need a way to warp and change text. Not too crazy but simple movements of the text to make it their own. Lastly, they need to showcase their different ways of making things. I always see how tos but it’s hard to execute on your own, but if you had step-by-step within the project, people were making, it would be awesome

Canva is amazing. I use it daily at my day job. I use it for my husband's business and for my own entrepreneur business. I started out using it as a personal use by doing my own wedding invites.

Pros

I love using Canva for the ease of use and the value for the money. Canva offers so many features and options for designing and creating. I use it at work and home daily.

Cons

Wow that's tough. I haven't been impressed with the AI when it comes to the farming industry. The graphics it designs are not realistic. They look computer generated. (Which they are)

Pros

I absolutely LOVE Canva. It is easy to use and there are so many ways to be creative. It is also a great price if you pay for the subscription.

Cons

I love Canva and it has a wide range of options and things to do in it. The only thing I think was my least favorite things is the lack of printing options, there is so much you can print but when you're looking for something niche and specific the option is not there.

### "Herramienta de diseño sencilla, rápida e intuitiva."

July 28, 2025

4.0

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Canva. I use it for school projects, organization needs, and personal content. It saves me a lot of time because all design tools are in one platform. I also enjoy the collaboration feature—it’s great for working with a team.

Pros

Canva is extremely user-friendly, even for beginners. It offers a wide variety of templates that are easy to customize. The drag-and-drop feature makes it simple to create posters, presentations, and social media content quickly.

### "Incredible Platform for Efficient and Effective Design"

November 12, 2025

5.0

I have used Canva as an individual and as a part of a team for a number of different companies, and the platform is unmatched in terms of collaborative capability. As a designer, I am able to set up design templates, brand kits, and other materials that allow small businesses to function at a high level and compete with larger businesses.

Pros

I love using Canva as a graphic designer and marketing professional. The platform makes it super easy to create a large amount of content quickly, and has templates for a wide range of products. It allows me to create with the flexibility of other softwares like Illustrator but in half the time.

Cons

I wish there was a better grid function for executing designs on a grid-based layout, something snappable to the pixel, like with Illustrator.

### "Canva = endless creativity"

October 7, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Canva has been amazing. It has truly transformed how I run my business by making design quick and stress-free. I use it for everything — from creating social media posts and flyers to business cards and website graphics. The templates are professional, easy to customize, and save me a ton of time. Even without a design background, I can create content that looks like it was done by a professional. If I had to point out one improvement, it would be adding a few more advanced photo editing tools. Other than that, Canva is an absolute must-have for any business owner who wants to create high-quality visuals fast.

Pros

What I love most about using Canva is, I can create unique designs to help streamline my business. I have been able to make many different designs that I was able to put on cups, car decals, clothing, shoes, and more. Canva helps me boost my creativity.

Cons

At least like about Canva is, it’s not as advanced with AI. I feel like for new Canva users. It would be helpful for a AI Chatbot to walk them through steps or if they needed to ask questions the Chatbot can help.
