Pros I could start with a tutorial(and a whole library of them), so I didn't get frustrated trying to do something, and not having it work. All the templates, and ranking them from Beginner to Advanced. Also, the grouping of the different templates, so I know where I can use them. I am a total failure with design/color, so the guidance is terrific Cons There's not much I don't like. I found it difficult to remember where to find and how to do the spread sheet at first. Pros I use Venngage for presenting numbers at work, for cute Facebook posts, for greeting cards well, for almost everything. And I always get compliments for the flawless end result. I've shown Venngage to several friends who also fell in love with it. Perfect software if you work in marketing as I do. But I would also recommend it to people in non-creative fields. Spice up your reports or whatever it is! It'll be easier for the reader to take in the facts. Cons I really miss the option of adding fonts. Still regretting that I didn't upgrade to Business for your Black Friday deal. Polished results. Pros I like styles and designs. The finished products look like a real GD has produced them rather than me! I like I can add my own photos and images. I like chatting to the live operators, they're really friendly, quick to respond and helpful. Cons I find it frustrating I can't drag an image in one direction without it scaling up. Sometimes I want something a little taller not wider. Sometimes things don't always exactly align or snap to. Although I think there may be a bit of user error in this one...I've recently found the show grid that might help! I used the free trial version and I am really happy with the product and plan to buy it sometime next month. This is a must have for all small businesses out there because it is a great product that creates awesome infographics. Definitely recommend it. Cons There are no cons to Venngage rather that it just does what is advertises and that is creating awesome infographics. I find it extremely useful in running my small business and highly recommend it. For someone not trained in graphic design, this is a fantastic tool to use and an incredible asset to have in your back pocket. Cons Sometimes, it can be hard to manipulate the tools and boxes you want to edit, but other than that, I think it's fine. After using the platform a few times, it gets easier. It’s ideal if you’re creating infographics, charts , or trying to show data visually. It’s also easy to create custom designs. Cons I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone trying to primarily create marketing graphics. Cons The cost is prohibitive unless you don't rely a lot on presentations for your work .It can do with some work on it's design ,as it is hard to find the functions and icons you need ,if you don't know where to look for them . I wow-ed everyone. Pros Venngage has lots of templates that can be customized with our organization's colors. I was also able to transfer the main infographics to our newsletter. Very good for someone (like me) who wants outcomes to be more visually engaging. Customer support was very responsive. Cons Some of the features were difficult to master. The chart generator was cumbersome and I found it easier to generate a chart with another program and use it as a picture/graphic. Review Source Terry K. Also, adding icons, lines, boxes, or text is pretty simple. Venngage gives you the ability to make quality projects in very little time. Cons Moving smaller text boxes is a little more difficult than it should be. Cons When creating a info-graphic that has several similar elements, the selection and copy/paste functions are a little daunting. Not having x/y position values for elements makes lining images up a little tricky. Has enough features and you can use it for a small period and then swap out. There are a ton of pre-made items that are ready to use. Enough pre made content to let you do what you need to. Cons I wish you could export the designs in the "free" version of the software because I have inspired my co-workers to use Venngage, but then they cannot export without paying which means they are less likely to utilize the software. The templates beautifully cover so many different ways that I can express ideas and research in university teaching. Cons It's not a great collaborative tool, as I use it in a university context. I am often hired as a consultant and leave my clients with Venngage products for their teaching materials but the premium program doesn't allow you to pass the visuals on to other users to edit later. Pros I particularly like the many icons that you offer and the easy, very understandable use of the software. Also the selection of templates is very good. Likewise the service is excellent. If I have a problem, I write a contact person in the chat and get an answer immediately. That ist awesome! Cons Maybe it is up to my computer, but sometimes it's difficult to format and place individual elements exactly. For this I have the problem that when I edit a text field, often just the text disappears and I have to rewrite the text. Although I appreciate the number of templates, it is often difficult to use the templates for my own purposes. It would be nice if the templates were a bit more flexible. Everyone raved about it, so now the youth group has a nice calendar, and the holiday boutique and spaghetti feed both have a flyer that looks great, and it didn't take much time at all! Pros It's easy to use, and easy to adjust the templates to our branding. I'm a hero for making posters for the spaghetti feed that look awesome! Cons It took me a minute to figure out where a completely blank template was.
