Pros I can do really great looking infographics, pictures or even CV-s with this platform. I use this for my personal life and my work as well, almost every day and I still love it even after years of use. Cons It takes quite a bit to get used to it, to find your way around. I would definitely recommend to anyone who does not have graphic design experience as an easy means of creating compelling visuals. Pros My company has purchased Venngage for Business and it is a tool I use at least weekly. It is such an easy way to make basic graphics for social media, infographics and charts that are aesthetically pleasing. There are also many free images that you can access through the paid subscription. Cons When we first purchased the software it did take a while to get accustomed to the editing tools but once you catch on it's very easy. I would also like it to be easier to zoom in and out on large files and for them to bring back a tool that defined the document's boundaries. Review Source Tracy E. Pros I use this site regularly to create infographics, flyers, reports and other marketing assets for my marketing team. It replaces the need to have expensive adobe suite products and training to create simple assets quickly. I've come to depend on this tool greatly to accomplish our marketing tasks and wouldn't want to be without it! Cons Occasionally, I've experienced some glitches when editing a piece I have created. I've also found some limitations on the graphics within the system, but the ability to upload your own has really mitigated that frustration. Pros It's a wonderful idea but unfortunately executed horribly. Cons Even with my background as a designer and programmer, I found it to be clunky, nonintuitive and difficult to use. No phone support available and wasted hours upon hours trying to get help for a simple task. Oh, and beware if you ever want to try to close your account? Watch out, they don't make it easy. I am looking forwards to updates that hopefully resolve my issues with the design dashboard. I think it's a valuable tool that is very useful for data visualization for small businesses. Pros It's great to have a drag-and-drop interface specifically for making infographics. There are a lot of well designed templates, making it easy to find one for almost any purpose. The template categories are well organized. The app interface is well organized, and it's easy to figure out how to get started. Some of the tools and interactions are a little clumsy and hard to use. The app has all the features I could want - an option for building your own branding, a business option for team sharing, and options to export your files in different file formats. Cons I think that the interface and features of the design section could use a little work. When building an infographic, I noticed several things that annoyed or confused me. - Hotkeys not consistent with industry standard design software - including no undo hotkey. The undo is a physical button you have to push. - No colorpicker tool. Colors must be manually adjusted or a Hex code must be typed in. Swatches are difficult to add. Very limited selection of gradient options, and no ability to create your own gradients. - I'd like to be able to upload my own fonts. Review Source JW Jacqui W. I often have to make more than one design to show the groups we work with and being able to make my own templates has been really useful. Cons Being in the UK the default 'letter' size for lots of the templates nearly always needs changing as the 'A' range is much more popular here, I have also found I need to 'oversize' work so when I down load it for printing the resolution is better. I use it nearly every day!" February 22, 2018 4.0 Pros I love that I'm able to upload my own images and logos to really customize it for my needs. I also use the "copy" feature a lot, where I'll duplicate one of my past designs and edit it from there so I'm not starting from scratch. The grouping feature also makes it easy to move around whole blocks of images and text so you're not losing your spacing/placement, but can move it all up or down if you wanted to add or take away extra space. Venngage has allowed us to create professional looking visual and print assets in-house, saving time and money. Pros Venngage has allowed us to easily create professional and beautiful infographics, brochures and social media images with many great templates to choose from. The ability to create a brand kit with our colors, logos and fonts ensures that the products all our employees create are on brand. The large repository of stock images Cons Many of the templates do not allow enough customization. There is a limited number of fonts and there is no ability to import new fonts. I am NOT in anyway a graphic designer and so I was surprised at how fast I learned and how much I love it 2) GREAT templates. March 8, 2018 5.0 A quick and easy interface for media projects with a lot of native material to work with so we are not designing from scratch. Saves us so much time and effort and helps us turn out polished projects that reinforce our professional image. Pros The interface is so easy to use that I can allow other teammates access to projects and they can make changes and updates immediately without my having to train them. There is a huge variety of templates that we have been able to adapt for our needs and it has made a difference in the turnaround time for our projects. Cons There are some page limitations on templates that make them a little difficult to adapt for our uses. We have worked around this by making multiple copies that are continuations of the documents, but it seems like an easy fix. More native icons for pictographs would be great - we are an animal shelter and the animal and medicine related stuff is a little sparse. Pros The software is super easy and intuitive to use. There are many aspects you can customize (such as adding your own company colors to the pallet - makes reuse a super easy). I like the templates for generating new ideas. The new snapping features works great. Overall, my favorite part is the customer service. I have to admit, I avoided the "Chat with us now" box on the side - thought maybe it was a bot. However, I really needed help one day and I used it. It is a human (or the most realistic AI on the planet). The response was immediate and provided me with exactly what I needed. I have since used it several times with the same great results. In this day and age - that level of customer service is exceptional. Cons There are few things I would like to see added. Icons currently are limited to 2 colors for fill. It would be great to have the ability to do more than two colors. Also, it would be great to have more options than google drive for connecting data directly to the tool. Pros Venngage looks great and is easy to use. For a tool as focused as this one, there's really not much more you can ask for. This makes it easy for me to present stats and figures to my team members, and easily fill them in on how our various communication or fundraising campaigns are going. The simplicity of the graphics makes it easy for people to follow along. Cons I've found the software itself to be a bit buggy at times. Nothing that majorly hampers the creative process, but loading times that are longer than they should be, brief freezes, etc. Could just use a bit of cleaning up in that regard, to make a smoother user experience. Pros \-UI is simple and clean meaning functionalities are organized and easy to find. - There is a ton of premade templates, so if you are in a hurry and need something polished as soon as possible you can do it in a matter of minutes! - Venngage is a platform that is regularly updated, so new templates, icons, and editing tools are constantly added. - The customer support is super helpful and responds almost immediately!
