Pros I have no pros about this technology. The only positive thing was the introduction professional who trained us on the Prologue system the first few weeks. Cons Software continues to freeze and have problems. customer service is unavailable at all times. It is the worst piece of technology I have ever had to use. In no way would I ever recommend people have the terrible experiences me and my colleagues have had to go through. Pros I find it really helpful that I can customize financials to exactly what I need. For example if I need only one entity's or one branch's financials prologue financials allows me to create a report of exactly what I need. Cons The software takes a long time to load and will lock you out too frequently. I would like customizable options as to when I want to be locked out after. I also like that you are able to 'favorite' items that you use often and even create folders for your favorites. So, for example, when I do vendor payments 3 times a week, I already have a favorites folder set up that has links to each step of the process. Cons Because of the new update, there are items broken in the data tables on the back end that have caused unexplained errors and we've had to submit tickets.
