Pros: A program that allows me to lead and warehouse and orders and calculate salaries for employees. The main reason why I moved to Gincore is the built-in CRM system, where I see all the customers who ordered our services, who stopped ordering or started to contact less often.
There are all necessary reports for work, user-friendly interface. Plus the program is updated periodically, which can not please.

Cons: The only disadvantage, the software is a bit difficult for beginners. It's good that there are online support and video lessons that allow you to learn the program. Also there was an incident with a glitch in the system, but it was fixed almost immediately after applying to the support.

Overall: For two years of using software, I increased the client base by 120%, opened two new branches.
