Pros The AI features are amazing. Excellent customer support as well. Chat is always available and very patient! Cons I don't like the new studio editor versus harmony idea… I had no idea they were different price points. I wish that would've been explained easier. Pros Incredibly easy to use with a drag-and-drop editor and hundreds of templates. Great built-in marketing and SEO tools, video/image support is excellent, and the free plan is generous for getting started. Cons Can't switch templates once your site is live without rebuilding. Performance can lag on image-heavy pages. Advanced features require higher-priced plans that can add up quickly. I have used their products for many years over numerous projects. Pros Product development and customer are great. The quality of the products they offer are a real value and easy to use for both beginner and more advanced users. Cons Would like to see the same level of product adoption as Shopify has with many 3rd party vendors. But the Wix App marketplace typically has an integration solution. Pros It's easy to use and you're able to do your own edits. WiX also keeps up to date with trends and functions and it's all pretty much self explanatory. Cons I'd like to be able to do quicker website redesigns. I'd love to be able to pick a template and upgrade the entire website but that might just ben wishful thinking. Making websites easier to design and for the audience to enjoy as well. Cons There are times when it would be nice to have more design freedom, but for most people they have all the tools they need.
