We are a membership club and the membership widget options were not exactly what we needed but we could work around this. The interface, whilst reasonable complicated is really usable with some famiarity Cons It's unfortunate that they try to charge you more than they would a new customer. I understand it but it was twice as expensive. However, with some perseverance and a great customer service person I was able to reduce my renewal to a level I felt was fair. I'm not a techy person, but I was able to build my own website and fix or tweak things as my ideas change. I'd say it's very user-friendly but at times a bit frustrating. Pros Easy to use and navigate, with little tech knowledge required. A lot of great features, awesome customer support. Cons It's very user-friendly for those of us in the firearms training industry. This platform offers very little choice for accepting payment. I think this is something that can be improved. You can position text boxes, images, and buttons exactly where you want them, giving you complete creative control over the visual layout. Cons While Wix offers incredible flexibility for initial design, its biggest drawback is that you cannot switch your website's template once it is live. If you decide a year down the road that your business needs a completely different layout or structural theme, you cannot simply apply a new template to your existing content. Instead, you are forced to manually rebuild your entire website from scratch on a new theme, which creates massive friction and consumes significant time as your brand scales.
