I migrated a previous wix website to another new business and it has been going pretty well. I really like the AI assistance for design aspects, it takes the pressure off. I haven't used wix ecommerce previously so that will be a big difference. Pros Ease of use for someone that isn't very techy. Customer support is very helpful. Sometimes it could take a while to upload changes and i used to think its an issue from my end but it appears a few others are having same experience. Could wix use ai to support users with their graphics so that they meet specifications. Pros Wix gives very good valie for money. It's highly powered to assist with lots pf AI features, which i think makes it a great application platform to use. As a started i find Wix very easy to use building great platform for my work. Just check their free trial at wix.com to see if it fits. Pros It’s very easy to use and Uptime has been solid for me, with free SSL and backups on paid plans. Sites load quickly, and it's PCI-compliant for secure transactions. The drag-and-drop editor is a game-changer for non-coders. I launched a basic e-commerce site in under an hour using their AI tool (Wix ADI), which asked a few questions and spat out a custom design. Cons What I didn’t really like about wix, The free plan is limited, and adding features (like removing ads) bumps costs. Cons When I had a problem I went round and round in circles with the bot but when i was finally put through to someone they were great. Pros The templates were beautiful and vast, which made imagining a new brand very easy! Cons Wix claims to be a free platform, and there are free features, but to secure a domain required paying, and it was impossible to find how to secure the "free" Wix branded domain. Pros Wix is my favorite web design software. Far easier than WordPress to pick up, it offers a user-friendly interface and lots of options. Its media manager is intuitive and offers many ready-made options. The designer for events listing is clear and concise, and provides audiences with an easy-to-read and quick shopping experience. Cons My least favorite thing about Wix is that to look up answers to questions can be a long and roundabout process. Their help function is less helpful than Googling. I was on the support line with Legal zoom (the cause of the original issue), and \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me find a work around because the legal zoom people were no help. I like Wix overall too, but my reasoning for leaving this review was solely because of the support I received from \[sensitive content hidden\], THANK YOU \[sensitive content hidden\]!!! The 8/10 for recommending to a colleague was solely bc there isn't a help number to be found. Cons I hate that there is no support line to call directly, but a chat bot that I have to go to & be redirected thru chat forum not a live person on a phone call. It was insanely frustrating until I found the lovely \[sensitive content hidden\] to help me.
