I have anxiety and when I feel someone is impatient I quit. She reassured me every step of the way that I was fine and I was doing great was what I like most. Cons I have no negative thoughts or comments about wix. Wix have always provided me with excellent help and I have always had amazing customer service throughout my history with Wix. I would not suggest it to anyone that does not like to put effort into building a website or that has never done it before because over the years it has grown very complex and luckily, I have tried to grow with it. I would recommend having a Wix professional do it for you. Pros I like all the options that you have to build a website the information available, and the explanations are so very helpful. The fact that i can do it myself and put what's in my head in my website with absolutely not an ounce of prior experience. I like to learn and know how to do all aspects of my business and when I become wealthy enough to have someone else do it I can understand more. But I like it and think it is also fun for my creative side. Cons There's so much to know. But its not the fault of Wix it's the facts of a growing industry and its complexity. The templates were better than others at the time and the ease of building a uncomplicated website with adding our own touch was beyond all the other website builders the best for starting out. Especially since I had not an ounce of experience. But I could add MassageBook to my website so that was a great feature. February 10, 2025 5.0 I really enjoy Wix when I need to Design a web page in less than 3 days. All of the templates make it an easy process and not only is there animated details added to the design. The integration of AI is now a step forward and life-changing in designing websites/logos or e-commerce shops. Overall I really enjoy Wix and the integration of other elements whether it is a business email or eshop. Pros The ease of the platform, and how I can create a webpage from all the different templates offered. Cons I did not enjoy how some features are hidden within the menus for designing a webpage. If the editing options were easier to navigate it would make the process 10x smoother. Thanks to the platform, I could concentrate on establishing my brand and engaging with customers instead of worrying about technical jargon. Pros Wix is so simple to use that anyone can build a website without previous experience. The drag-and-drop system and large variety of templates means that anyone can set up a professional site in minutes without having to write a single line of code. For example, when trying to learn more about the drag & drop features or generally how to use wix's site as a whole (i.e., being a amateur entrepreneur), it was difficult because there were no DIY videos for this matter, just articles to read. Drag and Drop pre made boxes make design easy and I especially enjoyed the option for built in business solutions, making Wix a one stop shop for all your website needs. Cons It would be nice if the websites were more transferable, but for now I enjoy using Wix and will stick with using it until ease of transfer is available. I have spoken to customer support twice and they are actual humans and always try their best to help your situation. Most recently I spoke with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he escalated my case with great care and helped walk me through what was needed. I work as the training coordinator for customer support team and I can say he was efficient and truly cared about my issue. Big props Pros They have an awesome product that does most all of the work for you after you set it up. I have been extremely impressed as we run our shirt business using Wix.
