I really liked their templates, their interface, and how easy it was to create a website from scratch. Pros How customizable it is. I used this as a platform for my portfolio to show who I am and what projects I have worked on. I put the link on my resume, and its easy for an employer to go to the curated website and see what I am all about. Cons It is difficult on the app to adjust certain settings. I decided to go to SquareUp instead because it’s easier and faster to use the web building tool. Pros I like that I have control over where I place stuff while building the website. They also have beautiful templates to choose from. Cons Although I love the flexibility to customize the website, I feel like there is to many customization features and becomes difficult to understand at times. It is easy to use, easy to understand and navigate. I love it. Pros I LOVE WIX. First, it is super easy to navigate for someone who is not website savvy. Second, the customer service is amazing. I have had a couple of issues getting things to work as needed, and the customer service personnel have always been extremely helpful and kind. Cons So far, there is nothing I do not like about Wix. Pros I liked that wix is easy to navigate easy to use and has multiple options for customizing my website to meet my needs. Cons I find wix to be slightly confusing with a lot of information. Many useful components and features come under paid version though but still it works with our limited budget. It help to register domain as well. Pros 1\. Extremely user-friendly platform. 2. No prior experience is needed in building great websites and using these tools. 3. No issues of multiple software deployments, upgrades, compatibility it was just a web-based open source platform. Cons 1\. On using templates , very limited customization are offered. 2. Website which was built by Wix face some traffic related concerns as well as they are not able to properly optimized or redirect those. 3. I have to recognize, wix is the canva of website building. Unexperienced people can build something from scratch without prior knowledge. Pros I love the design freedom and that basically anyone, even without experience can build a nice looking website. The templates are also great. Cons It's easy to mess up layouts if youre not careful. Also, the mobile version sometimes doesnt look right and you need extra time to tweak it. I initially chose Wix because my web designer, who is an affiliate, builds all her clients' websites on the platform. The functionality was easy to navigate, even with limited experience managing a website. I appreciated how user-friendly the back office is and how easy it is to find what you need. When I needed to update my website, customer support was excellent—after explaining my needs, the agent was more than helpful and made my experience Pros Pros: What I liked most about Wix was the ease of use, even for someone with limited technical experience. However, if the pro version has the same user experience/interface as the free version, I would look for an alternative. It is not intuitive, nor are there any descriptors tutorials for how to navigate Wix's back-end system. I am constantly frustrated. Pros Wix is a free platform where I can host my personal website. In addition to allow for custom text bodies, it also hosts images, allows embedded of videos, and gives templates for layout. Cons The user interface is very frustrating, especially the back-end area where page editing, customer/audience management, and payment integration is concerned. Cons I have not had many issues with Wix but if I had to choose something, I had a hard time finding my website to edit at the beginning but have found it to be much better now.
