Cons Some features are not too intuitive, I had to watch a few videos to understand how to set payments and a calendar. Pros Easy to use. Offers a lot of different add ons and templates for your website. No hidden fees. Cons My website runs slower than other similar websites using different platforms. Their POS hardware is also a lot more expensive than other platforms offering the same hardware. The editor can also be very laggy sometimes when you’ve been working on your website for awhile. The website design software was very flexible and allows for creativity within the frameworks provided. Cons Continually asking me to upgrade my website to sales site, despite only wanting it to be an informational/promotional site for our company. I was impressed by the quality and ease of building your own website with the Wix website builder. I was able to get my website created within minutes yet. It took days of building to get it the way I wanted. The customer support was phenomenal. Cons There was nothing I didn’t like about my experience with Wix. I also love the versatility of options, etc. Cons I've heard that SEO wise, Wordpress is better, but I prefer the wix platform. September 3, 2024 5.0 My experience with Wix has been unexpectedly pleasant. I moved over after several years of using WordPress. Which I’ve found hard to learn and difficult to operate the dashboard. I expected to run into the same issues with Wix, however that is not the case. I actually find it delighting, easy and efficient when going into the dashboard to make changes to my website. The dreadful 😱 OMG days of navigating website back office are over! I am looking forward to getting to know Wix better and to forming a lasting relationship for my business. Pros I am really impressed with Wix, I am new to this software and though I am not yet an expert it is so easy to navigate. It has all of the features you need and with free apps to download to run your whole business. It makes communication easy and functional. Cons I haven't found anything that I don't like.
