Tech support is accessible when you find the contact info, and is helpful. Pros No updating of anything, security certificate included, makes billing a breeze. No need for a developer. Very simple solution for small companies. Dependable, with few glitches in building my sites. Cons They've added coding capability, which has made the editor more complicated, but it is totally unnecessary to use the coding function. It is affordable (if you don't add anything on) and mostly intuitive to navigate. Pros The templates and the POS system are wonderful! There are a ton of options to choose from and it is easy to implement and publish those changes. Cons It is getting harder to design and navigate between. The add-ons are still not really worth the cost if you actually research them. They also ask too often if you want to upgrade or add-on. Pros Die intuitive Bedienung des Page Builder ist extrem hilfreich, wenn man eine sehr individuelle Webseite kreieren möchte, die auch von Templates abweicht. Hier bietet Wix extrem viele Möglichkeiten und das Prinzip "What you see is what you get" wurde konsequent umgesetzt. Ich bin völlig frei in der Gestaltung und auch die Anpassung für Tablet und Mobiltelefon funktioniert wunderbar. Cons Die Zustellrate der E-Mails war mir zu niedrig, weshalb ich einen externen E-Mail-Dienst gewählt habe. Dieser ließ sich mit einigen Schwierigkeiten schließlich mit meiner Webseite verbinden. Der Support ist wirklich sehr nett und bemüht, konnte mir hier jedoch keine andere Lösung anbieten. Switched from [WordPress Portal](https://www.capterra.com/p/213122/WordPress-Portal/) Ich habe keine Programmierkenntnisse und finde WordPress zu kompliziert und es nervt, ständig die Plugins aktualisieren zu müssen. Pros I like being able to customize my website.And for new entrepreneurs to be able to use this platform for free is a valuable resource. Cons The interface is not as user friendly as other graphic sites like Canva. In addition it has limited options that are available on mobile. In today's age people use mobile now even more. So increasing mobile capabilities would be something I highly recommend. And since I'm too broke to hire someone to help, I use Wix and it is very beneficial and saves me alot of time. Pros I love how Wix is user friendly, especially for someone who is not tech friendly. Cons I really didn't see anything wrong with Wix, except that I'm too broke of a business owner to afford it sometimes. Sometimes Wix can be a little overwhelming with graphics and I really do not care for help from AI, I feel a little uncomfortable with that. Overall, Wix works well for me. Pros I have been using Wix for over ten years. The website is easy to maneuver and design; however, they offer services for those who want a professional to create the website. I have been able to design my sites over the years and have both monthly and annual plans across my four websites. A free plan is also available for those getting started. Cons Yearly price increases are often inevitable, but I recall when monthly payments were $6.00 a month, and now the monthly or annual prices can sting a bit when it comes time to renew, particularly the annual. I have had to go to monthly when a yearly payment becomes due because I don't have the funds, but it is good that you are allowed to do this until you can pay the annual. The free plans include the Wix logo, so just be mindful of that fact.
