Pros The friendly interface, specially for beginners, it simplifies the hustle of creating an e-commerce site, it has some pretty decent tools. Pros I like all the options it provides and how easy it is to use, even for someone without a web design background. It gives me that flexibility to customize my website, add blogs, photos and business tools all in one place while still keeping things user friendly. Cons It's a bit costly and seems to keep getting more expensive over time, especially once you start adding premium feature and apps. Wix allows us to showcase our clinic online without needing any coding or website building knowledge. Pros Wix is a great value for the money. Wix saves you so much time and headache as well! Wix allows you to customize a website without needing any coding knowledge. Wix's portal makes it easy to upload photos and documents to your website. Wix also lets you revert back to a previous version of the website if your edits come out different than what you had planned! Cons The portal in which you upload your website documents and photos can get full, and that can slow down your editing process. Pros It was really easy and quick to create our site, even for people who don't have web design experience. No coding, just lots of templates to pick from and what you see is what you get. Cons The pricing structure can be a bit frustrating as the team can fluctuate and sometimes we don't have access for as many people as we'd like but the price jump to add more is more than we'd like to pay. April 27, 2026 4.0 Overall my experience using Wix has been great, creating the site was something super simple to do, it took little to no time, and the paid features have been extremely helpful. On first sight, it doesn't look like a generic site because of all the customization options, and I was able to create a fully functional portfolio site without prior web design and programming knowledge. I've had my website for over 6 years, and have had no issues at all. Pros Creating a website is quite easy. I have Graphic Design background, but I struggle with programming, but using templates was super simple, and customizing it to my branding was extremely easy. The control panel is also a great tool to keep track of metrics and how the site is behaving. Cons As a designer, I do think that the template design can be a little bit simplistic. It works for me, since I just need a site to showcase my work, but I think that it may look boring to other users. Also, while I don't really have experience as a web designer, I have enough design background to be able to create specific assets for the site, which may not be the case for others. Cons Once you commit to a template, switching to a different one means starting over, which can be a bit of a bummer if your brand evolves. We've been able to keep our members up to date and facilitate charity, social, etc events seamlessly. Pros I like all the features the site provides and the customer service is great. From announcements for site visitors, to members only pages, to allowing members to pay their dues, it makes everything so much easier. Being able to update the site at will is also great for us. Love it! It’s easy for first-time website builders to follow the process they give to help with your seo. I also really like that they can use forms and map the answers to cells on google sheets Cons It would be nice if you could create customized proposals to link with the invoices - kind of like HoneyBook. Or just a way to manage clients would be cool. Sometimes the apps can be buggy. Would be nice to get reminders to update the mobile view after altering the desktop view.
