Pros I had a two problems with my website trying to build it. I was getting so flustered. I finally got on with the agent he spent time me and got on my computer remotely and fixed it and taught me what to do Cons I do not have any cons so far. This is the best website builder I have used. I highly recommend them. Cons Having to edit back and forth between the desktop and mobile versions of the website is tedious and there are a lot of glitches. You often have to refresh your page in the middle of editing. In addition, it's hard to make your mobile site look as professional as your desktop site. I find the questions generated at the beginning are not always relevant and sometimes you get disconnected for not answering in a format AI understands. The range of modules will enable you create pretty much anything. For me, I created the whole site I needed to in 3 hours. Pros The templates out of the box have a good amount of choice, it's really easy to drag and drop the modules on the page to add your own content. For a 2 year price, it works out less than £10 a month Cons Some of the editing doesn't make sense - there can be minor glitches. The dashboard makes it really easy to navigate the whole system. I use it for my other businesses as well. March 3, 2025 4.0 Overall it is a good and reliable option to register your domain and to build your own website. It requires a bit of familiarity with this type of activity. However, even if you are not that good with technology, with some time you will be able to build something nice. Pros It allows users to build a website from scratch. It is also possible to register the domain with them and to work on the SEO. It provides a good amount of features to customise the website and to position it. There are many templates and it is not too difficult to set up a nice website. Their fees are fair, and definitely much cheaper than using a specialist. So it is worth the time invested in building the site yourself. Be aware that you must pay if you want a domain that does not include the Wix brand in its address, but this is usual and understandable. Altogether it is a good option to build your website yourself, or when you start a new activity and you cannot invest in a professional who builds your site. Cons I used Wix some years ago to build a simple website, and building the website at the time was much easier. They have changed the interface (now it is very similar to Wordpress). Although I am sure that the current interface is much more developed and allows to build a more sophisticated website, the previous one was much easier to use.
