Pros This website builder is a great value for the money. The customer support has been amazing each time I have needed it. Not being too computer savvy, the ease of use of this platform is great! Cons Sometimes editing can be tedious and time-consuming, and the phone view is a pain in the butt, as it doesn't always reflect changes made to the computer view. I have tried many different template sites and I think Wix is by far the best. Pros Features for a plug and play template site is awesome. They also have wonderful customer support. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make a website quick. Cons Everything is pretty good. Its just a little expensive but you do get what you pay for if you need it. " July 17, 2025 1.0 I was pulling my hair out trying to use it. I've spent years trying page builders, deck builders and dynamic documents and this is the second worst. Pros It has a friendly and easy to understand interface, with lots of advice to get you started. It's very easy to get going and create someting. Cons The actual page builder is terrible. It breaks, it crashes, it isn't responsive. No matter what I tried to do there was always a bug or limitation. I still have my site but its down right now. Overall, I am pleased sith the site, the flow, maneuverability, etc. It is the price I dont enjoy. Pros Wix has been pretty simple to navigate. This has been wonderful for me especially since I had very little IT experience such as building or updating a website. You can make sales, interact with clients, basically its a blank canvas. I highly recommend Wix! Cons I did not like how expensive it got for my website after the initial first year. Pros We use WIX for our dance competition website and especially love the contact form feature and how it directs all inquiries to one place, and keeps them organized - it's been instrumental in helping us respond to potential clients, answer questions, helps us know quickly when features on our site are down, etc. Customer service is helpful and available when needed. I can easily make changes and add onto my website. I have been able to figure it out on my own without hiring someone. It does take a lot of learning though. Pros I am not tech savvy at all but Wix is fairly easy to use. I created my website by myself and was able to customize it for me. Would recommend her a 1000 times over! Give this girl a raise or promotion! Cons The AI help bot. Much easier to speak to a human. Thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] once again :) Cons It’s unnecessarily difficult to connect an existing custom domain if it’s not on Wix’s supported extension list. Even when the domain is compatible, the interface repeatedly pushes users to purchase a new domain instead of clearly guiding them through the DNS or nameserver connection process.
