You can easily and intuitively design your website and offer your products. Wix enables simple and fast, professional looking website creation. Cons Loading times are sometimes relatively long-limited possibility of integrating other tools. Wix is generally easy to use and clearly laid out. A back and forth every year when the sites are up for renewal. I spent hours with them to save a couple of hundred dollars, and I never understand why they use up so many labor hours fighting. Why raise the price if it is just a couple of dollars for you, but a bug deal for me? Pros When they started, they were good. Reasonable prices for the services offered. At the beginning, easy interface to work with. Cons They are a bait and switch. They start you with a promotional offer on a tier that is perfect for you. Then one year later, that tier is too expensive. They offer a 50% discount on the next 3 tiers in an effort to extract more money for services you don't use. It looks appealing because the next tier is much cheaper than the tier you are being offered to stay on. You don't realize how much more money you were paying than when you started. I'm a long-time customer and I will be forced to stay for 2 more years until my plans expire. Sweat is dripping off my coffee cup onto my notepad as I write this. I don't have to mess around with raw code files, nor do I have to worry about servers crashing. Pros The fact that the default templates loaded properly without spitting out a completely confusing error message when I first opened them was honestly amazing. When I drag an element from one side of the screen to another, the elements align themselves pretty well. Cons Every one of its pricing packages goes up, it looks like, every month. I wouldn't use it for bigger and more complex sites but if you need simplicity then it works great for that. Pros It is very easy to use without needing any coding. It also has a lot of built in tools that are very helpful for creating a site. Cons It is really expensive if you need more templates or anything for the premium version. Trying to switch to a new template is also difficult. It was so much easier than a expected. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to build a business website. Pros It was so easy to use. I had never created a website before, and Wix made it super easy. They basically did all the work for me. I only had to input minimal information and Wix did the rest. It was pretty amazing. Cons Getting the website published was a little difficult, but I really can't complain since they built the whole website for me. Pros It's possible to arrange items on the page without needing to learn how to write complicated coding (which is good since I have exam-induced brain damage). The editor did save all of my changes and didn’t freak out about losing them as often as I’m used to; that was amazing. Cons Most templates look super cheap & tacky right off the bat.
