Any problems I have had have been solved through their responsive Customer Service and chat. Pros Customer Service. They are responsive and make sure they understand the problem and work with you until it is solved. It is what Customer Service should be. Cons Sometimes there are challenges understanding their rules and reasons, but these get striaghtened out through their Customer Service. They help solve my issue quickly & in a friendly manor. Didn't seam worried that I know so little IT stuff. Pros The Wix customer support was fantastic today, they help me fix a bug issue spoofing. They talked me though & it was easy to use. Wix is value for money even though I don't use all it's features for business & marketing. Cons Not much, they helped with everything that I needed today, I'm not wanting anything too complecated for my bussiness. I could make my site look nice without knowing how to code, and that was a big help for someone like me. It takes a little while to figure out where everything is, but once you get the hang of it its pretty simple to use. Pros The thing I liked best was how easy is the drop and drag template builder. You just grab whatever you want and drop it where you want it on the page, no coding needed. They also have a ton of templates so I got my site looking legit pretty fast without needing any additional help or support. Cons The worst part for me was the phone version. Sometimes I would fix the normal site and then the phone one looked all messed up. Also once you pick a template your kinda stuck with it and cant switch to a new one later, wich was annoying. Harmony product is not as we expected to it to serve our needs, especially when it comes to automation. I hope you give it an upgrade soon. Pros I think it is simple enough to use. But the most important to me is the responsiveness of the live agent to help. Cons We got the Harmony and it doesn't seem to support the other functions and reports that we want to automate.
