If not, don't expect much help from them. It's intuitive, but there is opportunity for many errors if you don't operate the software properly. **Pros:** Shopmonkey does a great job of making the workflow easier to manage. It's very intuitive, and the guys at the shop enjoy using it. The team that onboarded us gave us full confidence that they would help us merge it with QuickBooks seamlessly. **Cons:** The merge has had some hiccups. The team did not have the foresight to start the invoice numbers in SM at a different number than the invoices in QB, so we had a big mess the first month of performance. Also, the team has to actually push through the workforce for it to work properly, which doesn't always happen, so again, more hiccups with QBO. Now, I would suggest that anyone looking for an invoicing program to choose anything else. The convoluted processes and programming are just not worth the cost. **Pros:** Shopmonkey version 1.0 was very functional. It wasn't perfect, but it was as intuitive as I think invoicing could be. The features made a number of tasks, like running reports or processing payments, decently quick. **Cons:** Since we've been forced to update it has been a nightmare. So many features have been removed, it's almost not functional for our business. We would prefer to switch programs, but we have just over 5 years' worth of data essentially stuck in the program. We used to have a direct contact to help us with questions/concerns.
