If not, don't expect much help from them. It's intuitive, but there is opportunity for many errors if you don't operate the software properly. **Pros:** Shopmonkey does a great job of making the workflow easier to manage. It's very intuitive, and the guys at the shop enjoy using it. The team that onboarded us gave us full confidence that they would help us merge it with QuickBooks seamlessly. **Cons:** The merge has had some hiccups. The team did not have the foresight to start the invoice numbers in SM at a different number than the invoices in QB, so we had a big mess the first month of performance. Also, the team has to actually push through the workforce for it to work properly, which doesn't always happen, so again, more hiccups with QBO.
