Great experience overall as it has a simple user friendly interface especially while pulling up a list on the fly

Pros

The Cognism chrome extension just made finding lead contact details so easy. There were number of leads that had no contact details on other apps but I was able to find it only on cognism and it really helped me make a positive impact on my business.

Cons

Would be great if they add more contacts especially in APAC as I found that in some instances there weren't as many contacts.

Great tool to find phone numbers. It is the best so far I have used and I work on the french market.

Cons

Nothing, it finds the numbers for me and after using more than 10, it is the best one I found on the french market

The overall Cognism experience is very high quality and I utilize all the available features in lead-sourcing to the full extent. Allowing me to get unique leads compared to other tools I have previously used.

Pros

Cognism is perfect for email marketing campaigns as it allows and enables me to get in reach with decision makers that are location, industry, and role specific - utilizing their verified email feature enables this to be hugely successful!

Cons

The only con that comes to mind is that the revenue of the companies are not always accurate.

Overall, Cognism is a solid tool with a lot of potential it just depends on your needs and budget. If they continue improving data accuracy and perhaps offer more flexible pricing, it would be a no-brainer for even more teams.

Pros

Cognism has definitely helped us streamline our prospecting process, especially when it comes to finding direct dials and verified email addresses. The platform is easy to navigate, and the Chrome extension makes it super convenient to grab contact details on the go.

Cons

That said, the data accuracy isn’t always 100%, which is to be expected, but it can be frustrating when numbers are outdated. The pricing is also on the higher side, so it might not be the best fit for smaller teams with tighter budgets.

Pretty Great - i use it everyday, some data cannot be accurate but they are constantly updating - which is great because you need up to date data on leads to make the most out of cold calls / outreach.

Pros

Cognism is the best tool any businesses can use for outreach data. It includes millions of contacts with rich information. The IT reseller I work for use it everyday, super easy to use, and we have gained lots of traction with new clients that we couldn't have done without cognism.

Cons

Sometimes data cannot be too accurate but customer support is top notch and data is being updated every second.

overall with a experience of a couple of contact information tools, Cognism has given me the best experience so far in terms of results.

Pros

easy to understand and use, and gives me what I need in an instant provides plenty of data with barely any gaps, and usually of decent quality. My job would be a lot more difficult without it, it serves as a primary tool in my day to day.

Cons

export to salesforce integration is neat, although it doesn't let you manage potential duplicates at that point, otherwise not much else I can fault with it.

I rely on Cognism daily, using it multiple times throughout the day. It’s an essential tool for my outbound prospecting efforts. The extension’s interface is user-friendly, and I appreciate how seamlessly it syncs with our CRM. Compared to other data sources I’ve tried, the phone numbers are quite accurate. Exporting leads directly from LinkedIn to our CRM is effortless with Cognism, and the prospecting features are a great bonus.

Some leads lack some data. Other than that it's a great tool!

Their customer support is fantastic too! They’re always so friendly and quick to help if you have any questions or need advice. We've had some great enablement sessions which have allowed us to make best use of the platform. Since we started using Cognism, we’ve been connecting with more of the right people and seeing real results in our sales pipeline. Would definitely recommend!

Have experienced a few duplicates when exporting contact lists, meaning we spend more credits than needed, however when raised these have always been refunded. Just a bit of admin.
