Pros

I love the quantity of data that is available to me, this include both company data and contact data.

Cons

Although there is a lot of data availbae the quality and accuracy of data could alway be improved, there can be a lot of outdated emails and numbers at times.

Since I have started my role as a delegate sales executive, I use it everyday. Allows me to build great lead lists and wouldn't know what to do without it. Really top platform!!

Some data is not correct however not all data is going to be correct so minor fault

Overall I couldn’t perform my sales job activities without Cognism, since I use it my results and performance improved massively.

Pros

It spares me so much time during my daily activities, it’s super easy to use and I use it all the time. It gives information that I was not able to find on any other platforms!

Cons

Sometimes it asks me to log in twice, but it might be connected to my slow internet.

### "Cognism: Great Sales intelligence "

Overall my experience has been positive. Once I learned how to best use the solution, I am bale to bulk import lead list and then enrich the data to a high percentage offering relevant sales and contact insights. This has allowed high levels of sales outreach throughout mt ABM strategy.

Pros

My two favorite features of Cognism are the new AI search feature and the Chrome extensions. The AI search feature makes finding my ICP extremely easy. I can search by job title/ function, Company or by specific title. This allows me to make leads list quickly which are very relevant and are enriched with sales intelligence. The Google Chrome extension is also a great feature, which allows me to make use of Cognism when outside of the web application. I can access the solution when using Linked In or when performing company research.

Cons

The only issue I face when using Cognism is the availability of contact information. At times I am unable to find specific contact details, such as emails or phone numbers. Although no one source of sales intelligence can give 100 accurate data, I find on the whole I am able to get about 90% of the data I need.

Data can be incorrect at times but support are always open to making changes when necessary and approached with evidence of said changes needed to be made

Cognism is the best B2B data tool I’ve used. The accuracy of the data is brilliant and the platform is very reliable. I’ve had issues with other tools in the past, constant bugs and crashes that slowed me down but Cognism runs perfectly. The extension is smooth and it integrates easily into my workflow. Since switching, I’ve been able to find and connect with qualified prospects so much faster. It’s saved me a ton of time and helped me book more meetings

Pros

The accuracy of the data has been amazing and the integrations work really well.

Cons

No problems so far, everything with the tool has been great.

Overall I'm very satisfied with Cognism as it allows me to get quality information and contacts from my top accounts. As a user in sales I recommend it.

Pros

Easy to find specific contacts and their contact information. I like how it's synced with LinkedIn in that way I can double check the contact info.

Cons

It doesn't have the capabilities of showing you an org chart. It can show you the different offices that they have but not the different charts showing you different departments.

Good if you can afford it, but not necessarily better than a ZoomInfo. That being said not everyone can afford ZI. That's where Cognism comes in.

Pros

I love how comprehensive their lead data is compared to their competitors, especially for international leads like in the EU. Good amount of accurate AI insights. Their customer support is quite good as well.

Cons

It's not very easy to use, and does not offer as advanced features as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Navigator. It doesn't exact replace those tools, which makes it a luxury option more so than the primary option.

Pros

Six months in, and Cognism has become essential for our team. We used it to boost our lead quality—especially to find decision-makers we wouldn’t have known existed otherwise. We’ve been able to integrate it with HubSpot, which is great, though we do miss a list-building feature there. Thanks to Cognism, we’re reaching more relevant leads, have booked multiple sales meetings, and we’re actually about to close a big deal!

Cons

I’d love to see more customization options in the cold email templates, but even as is, Cognism works great.

Cognism has made my job much easier to perform my required metrics of calling and emailing and I found the support is quite hands on if I ever have an issue. We even had an internal session from one of their Customer Success reps which was very useful.

Pros

Cognism can easily integrate with my Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and RingCentral so that I can perform my sales tasks quickly and efficiently. My favourite features have to be the Diamond verified numbers which are the most accurate I've found compared to previous outreach tools and the ability to build account lists to import to track my prospecting.

Cons

Nothing overly stands out but sometimes it takes a while to load or some of the contacts are outdated on Cognism but I can manually update them.

Cognism has been an absolute game-changer. In my six years of software sales, I’ve worked with numerous data enrichment tools, but few match Cognism’s ease of use, smart workflows, reliable data quality, and smooth integrations. It’s a tool I can confidently recommend!

Cons

Some data enrichment platforms allow users to build campaign sequences directly within the tool, removing the need for external CRM integrations. This could be a valuable addition for Cognism to explore. Although its CRM integration is exceptionally smooth, having the ability to manage campaigns natively within the platform would elevate the user experience significantly.
