It is very easy to use, aligned to the Project lifecycle and provides excellent reporting at all levels. The customer support team are very responsive and work hard to ensure any issues are resolved promptly. Excellent customer service team with regular contacts with their clients to build partnerships and plan together for the future. Pros Ease of use and being able to customise the product to match the client's lifecycle. Cons There are some things that could be added which we are currently discussing with Execview such as lessons learned functionality. Also improving usage of measures and speed of workflow. Reasons for choosing Execview We have seen Execview being used by one of our clients and we were impressed with the reporting as well as ease of use. Also the fact that it is hosted in the UK was a key decision point for our Public Sector accounts. PM’s trained and proficient within 3 hours. Productivity gains for PMs and PMO. Incredible improvements in transparency. Powerful drill down reporting for senior management. Instant corporate roll-up. Powerful exception reporting. First class comprehensive risk management module. Very popular within the P3M community. Flexibility in development corporate metrics. Security model supported segregation by business unit. Ability to configure Concise Executive dashboards with real time data. Cons At the time of implementation, the method to dashboards replication did not use a full inheritance model. So replication across our 100+ accounts required more effort than anticipated. The part of the application has since been enhanced. It offers all of the functionality required to govern, manage and deliver complex portfolios of projects, in a highly efficient and user friendly manner. Pros Execview provided a single source of the truth for project reporting and dispensed with outmoded Excel/PowerPoint templates. Used properly this is a go-to tool which helps the user manage their programme/project on a daily basis. The ability to structure workflow supported and reinforced the company's delivery governance, and the ability to roll-up risks and project reporting proved invaluable. Cons No major dislikes/issues. The look and feel of the Execview UI was ok; however, this could be improved. I understand that this point is actively being addressed by the Execview team. Would have been good to have a dedicated App for quickly accessing project status.
