I personally like the mobile app which allows access to file or client data while on the move. Cons I found the search function to be a little less than I would have expected it to be. It has improved with updates and presumably will do so further in due course. Also I was used to brief building function in our old software system which was not available to us initially. Personally it gave me a rich tool to learn legal terms and procedure (I had no prior admin experience in Law Firms). I have used every tool available to me - from one on one support, community forums and LEAP University. It allowed me to become a LEAP Rockstar for our office. This is an incredible tool to have. The secure but virtual availability is a game changer. It also allows our firm to communicate and assist each other in much more efficient and high quality. Pros LEAP has allowed me to simply our office processes. Their WebPortal has brought a new level of accuracy and timeliness to respond to inquiries and develop leads into clients. The available RapidPay feature has seen our receivables come in faster and the integration with LEAP eliminates the need to enter payments into the LEAP program manually. The included LawConnect is a fantastic way to reach out clients and keep accurate records of who has accessed them and alerts the appropriate staff person when items are shared back to the firm. Cons I am on the administrative side of the firm. Some of the templates for Accounting documents can be confusing - but the support from LEAP is fantastic and my issue is always reserved. Occasionally I wish there were some features that aren't yet available, but LEAP welcomes input from users and uses them when it makes developments to the program. Very less customization required as it contains the features made by studying best industry practices. Cons As of now, the software (platform) has covered most of our requirements.
