Wir verwenden BlueSpice seit der Version 3. Eine Aktualisierung hat etliche sinnvolle Verbesserungen gebracht. Besonders die Berechtigungsvergabe hat viel vereinfacht. Sehr zu empfehlen für standortübergreifende Dokumentation/Organisation.

Pros

Super schnelle Erstellung von Anleitungen standortübergreifend möglich. Logische Gruppierung von Inhalten und Zuweisung an Teams sehr gut.

Cons

Einpflegen von Bildern teilweise etwas hakelig. Bilder-Defaults müssen immer wieder gesetzt werden. Tabellen etwas schwer zu füllen.

Wir setzen BlueSpice ein, um unsere Handbücher sowohl intern, wie auch extern zu veröffentlichen. Dafür ist BlueSpice hervorragend geeignet. Wir schauen uns gerade an, wie wir KI in BlueSpice nutzen können, um unseren Klienten die Informationen aus den Handbüchern noch mundgerechter servieren können.

Pros

Die Schnelligkeit mit der auf neue Technologien eingegangen wird, die halbstündigen Webinare und die Zuverlässigkeit des Supports.

Cons

Wie immer, der Preis ;-). Allerdings muss man sagen, dass sich das relativiert, wenn man sieht, was man alles an die Hand bekommt. Vieles, was sonst umständliche Programmierarbeit wäre entfällt.

In Summe finde ich Bluespice gut und nutze es gerne. die Umsetzung von eigenen Formularen oder Funktionen ist soweit ok, wenn man weiß wie es geht :) Könnte aber an manchen Stellen einfacher sein, ist jedoch dem MediaWiki-Hintergrund geschuldet.

Pros

\* mittlerweile läuft es sehr stabil \* die Verfügbarkeit von Updates und Features ist gut \* vielseitige Möglichkeiten der Individualisierung \* HalloWelt versucht die Abhängigkeiten zu MediaWiki-Paketen zu ersetzen \* Support ist gut, die HW-Kollegen sind i.d.R. sehr kompetent und können umgehend Antworten und Lösungen zu Fragen und Problemen liefern. \* Auf Fehlermeldungen wird schnell reagiert und Lösungen stehen meistens auch recht schnell zur Verfügung. Bei schwerwiegenderen Problemen läuft es sehr gut, die Reaktionszeiten sind sehr gut.

Cons

\* manche Abhängigkeiten zu MediaWiki bringen Probleme mit sich, weil die Umsetzung in Bluespice zu Inkompatibilitäten führt (z.B. PageForms). Dieses Paket hat häufiger Fehler nach Updates, wobei es sich hierbei selten um echte Show-stopper handelt, i.d.R. funktioniert alles. Erfahrungsgemäß muss man es sich nach Updates genauer ansehen und testen, weil es hier bisher die meisten Fehler gab. \* teils immer noch etwas altbacken in der Bedienung, im Vergleich z.B. zu confluence oder Jira \*

Der Editor ist etwas sperrig und nicht immer exakt wysiwyg, wodurch das Schreiben von Artikeln schon mal etwas umständlicher ist, als in einem Word-Dokument.

BlueSpice bietet vielfältige Funktionen für agilen Wissensaustausch und Dokumentation und hat sich auch im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement bewährt.

Pros

Hervorragend ist die Datenschutzkonformität mit eigenem Hosting (On-Premise) oder auch Cloud-Hosting mit garantiertem Hosting/Provider in Deutschland.

Cons

Wir sehen es als Vorteil, dass der MediaWiki-Editor (wie bei Wikipedia) genutzt wird. Für User, die hiermit als aus redaktioneller Sicht erstmals in Berührung kommen, kann das evtl. zunächst ungewöhnlich sein.

empfehlenswert, braucht aber Überzeugungsarbeit im Unternehmen. updates erfordern oft manuelle Prüfung aller features, immer wieder tauchen Sachen auf, die nach einem update nicht mehr oder anders funktionieren.

generell der Wikipedia-Ansatz. Volltextsuche, layout-Möglichkeiten, workflow-Möglichkeiten, Nachvollziehbarkeit

Cons

Handhabung von Tabellen: immer wieder geht layout von Tabellen verloren, schnell werden überbreite Tabellen erzeugt, die aber nicht dargestellt werden können

Once the system is running it's easy to maintain and intuitive for users to add and access content. Rock solid once it's running.

Pros

Ability to assign ownership of pages to users; attractive UI; relatively intuitive management extensions

Cons

The installation process with Docker is far worse than the original file-based installation system; Dockerizing it makes it harder to have multiple wikis on one server, and the install is opaque and didn't work requiring me to manually create the wiki root db user in the database

Reicher Funktionsumfang, einfache Einrichtung, komplexes Rollenmodell, Exportfunktion/"Bücher" aus Artikelsammlungen zusammenführen. Änderungswünsche werden angenommen und umgesetzt.
