CrankWheel just works. Period. The owner/developer also seems very engaged. Pros CrankWheel is an incredibly effective tool. I have used it in my Final Expense business, and its so nice that clients don't have to download a specific app. Click the link and they're in! It's been easy for me to learn, as well as our clients....it's honestly one of the easier decisions in terms of value for functionality. Cons There's not a lot to dislike about Crankwheel. As I mentioned previously, it's easy for you and your clients/customers to leverage, however, if I had to pick something out, I would say that the UI could use an update just to look a little more polished. I do life insurance sales over the phone. It also helps me see clients' screens when they are having trouble with the signature process. Overall CrankWheel has been vital to my sales process being successful. Pros CrankWheel is very easy to use for both the client and the agent. It has an intuitive interface and loads in seconds. Cons Sometimes it would be challenging for users to get back to the same link if they have clicked off of the site. Some of our applications require a text code so they would stray away from the website I shared with them and would have trouble getting back to it. In that case, I would send them a new link.
