I do life insurance sales over the phone. It also helps me see clients' screens when they are having trouble with the signature process. Overall CrankWheel has been vital to my sales process being successful. **Pros:** CrankWheel is very easy to use for both the client and the agent. It has an intuitive interface and loads in seconds. **Cons:** Sometimes it would be challenging for users to get back to the same link if they have clicked off of the site. Some of our applications require a text code so they would stray away from the website I shared with them and would have trouble getting back to it. In that case, I would send them a new link.
