Great fot Mac users loke me Cons When the connection is made through a phone number and then the connection is lost, not inconvenient to the input over again. Having a way to press the button to the last number would be helpful. I send my client a link, they click it, and they instantly join. Cons There aren't any negatives that come to mind when it comes to CrankWheel. I'm going to continue using it. I usually start by choosing which screen I want to share, then simply click from the side panel to begin recording. It’s incredibly intuitive. I can quickly send an email to a client or a teammate to share my screen in real-time, just like that! Once the recording is done, I can easily send out follow-up emails with the recording. It’s smooth, efficient, and takes the hassle out of screen sharing. Easy-peasy! Pros What I love most about CrankWheel is how effortless it is to use. I can share my screen in just a few clicks, no complicated steps or setup required. I use it to showcase my work process, conduct user interviews, and even present to potential clients. It’s simple, reliable, and gets the job done beautifully. So good! 😊 Cons Since my computer runs an older browser, some features aren't supported. Pros The pros of CrankWheel are the screen sharing. You can get a link to share you screen which I use for presentation to make remote sales in the insurance industry. I can send link via text so I can share my screen with someone on their phone. It is so easy to disconnect and connect again. You can also send people to a website and they can type in your code to make them feel more safe and secure. Just the flexibility of the product is second to none. Cons limited amount of times of use for free each month. at the end of the day, who wants to pay? But this product is worth every cent if you need to share you screen for presentations. I can't believe how amazing and responsive their customer service has been. They have truly gone above and beyond for any question I have asked them. Pros I can't imagine teaching without it because it helps me reference my smartboard at every group of students and it makes viewing the smartboard accessible for every single one of them. You have no idea how much that changed my classroom :) Cons The only thing that is a bit inconvenient is that the session timeout is the exact same as our passing period length so I was having to start a new session for each class (5 a day). This is the most responsive and personal service I have experienced from any vendor in years - very accessible and responsive. This is a much better alternative to LiveLook screen sharing. If you are in an environment that requires quick on-the-fly screen sharing for demos etc. this is the best solution. Pros Quick, easy to install, easy to train. Wonderful service and responsiveness.
