Overall I have found it to be a great experience. It is quite easy to use once you manage your head around it and every little task I have to do such as putting in my time sheets or putting in expenses is very quick to do which saves me a lot of time for more important tasks to do.

Pros

I like how quickly and efficiently I can use it for putting in my time sheets, using it for expenses and putting in my annual leave. The whole process for doing these tasks in particular can be very easy once you know what and how to do it.

Cons

I found when I first started using CMap is was a little tricky to manage and find my way around the interface, there was a lot of different options to click and I wasn't sure where to start. But very quickly I found my way around the interface.

Pros

Essential tool for finance in architecture. It allows for a centralised view of billing, purchase invoices, expenses, timesheets and future resource and it is fairly easy to use.

Cons

A lot of the reporting suite could be better. Architects often complain about the inability to create reports from two different sources (primarily fees and timesheets/resource). It has been raised at most CMap forum days and it keeps on being one of the key challenges of the software.

Better than using excel and other manual tools, but still feels a bit lacking vs what you would expect from a purpose built solution for consulting.

Pros

Easy to use leads, pipeline and projects. Information flows neatly through the system, which enables data to be effectively tracked.

Cons

When recording activities against individuals or companies in the CRM, you can only have an activity against a single user, which is extremely impractical as most business and client development meetings would be with multiple counter-parts and it would be much better if a single activity could include multiple people on the system.

Pros

It was helpful in keeping it with a sense of easy use. I am not the best when it comes to using programs that are very "tech savvy" and take a lot of steps to complete only a single task and that's why i like using this.
