It allows for a centralised view of billing, purchase invoices, expenses, timesheets and future resource and it is fairly easy to use. Cons A lot of the reporting suite could be better. Architects often complain about the inability to create reports from two different sources (primarily fees and timesheets/resource). It has been raised at most CMap forum days and it keeps on being one of the key challenges of the software. Pros Easy to use leads, pipeline and projects. Information flows neatly through the system, which enables data to be effectively tracked. Cons When recording activities against individuals or companies in the CRM, you can only have an activity against a single user, which is extremely impractical as most business and client development meetings would be with multiple counter-parts and it would be much better if a single activity could include multiple people on the system.
