Overall: Better than using excel and other manual tools, but still feels a bit lacking vs what you would expect from a purpose built solution for consulting.
Pros: Easy to use leads, pipeline and projects. Information flows neatly through the system, which enables data to be effectively tracked.
Cons: When recording activities against individuals or companies in the CRM, you can only have an activity against a single user, which is extremely impractical as most business and client development meetings would be with multiple counter-parts and it would be much better if a single activity could include multiple people on the system.

Pros: It was helpful in keeping it with a sense of easy use. I am not the best when it comes to using programs that are very "tech savvy" and take a lot of steps to complete only a single task and that's why i like using this.
