We started by using the Document Management feature only and we found it really helpful. In the last year, I worked towards integrating the Customer Relation Management and have been amazed at what I can do with it to streamline our file management. Team Dashboard, Review and approve and e-Sign features are now a part of our everyday life.The Momentuum customer support team have been very supportive and patient. I really appreciate their listening to my suggestions and my "what if we could do X, Y, Z? " and coming up with a solution.

Pros

Fileassure offers easy, customizable and safe document and data management. Being able to send links to the debtors so they upload documents themselves makes our lives so much easier and frees time to actually manage our files. Integrated to our website, the Fileassure CRM module allows us to manage our file from the initial contact with the debtor to the final steps towards our discharge as Trustee.The ability to send email to the debtor or to other actors in the field within individual files let's us keep an easy record of all communications, leaving a clear accountability trace.

Cons

Not many downside to Fileassure, but being more compatible with Mac devices would be a plus.
