Pros: Next stop update to customer is great for keeping the customer updated on ETA for site visit. I like being able to use voice search while driving so that I don't have to find a place to pull over to look up info.

Cons: Had a hard time editing forms but eventually got the basics down. Our IT guys were somewhat helpful, but I cant hold that against ServiceVelocity. Overall it takes a little bit to figure out the forms.

Overall: Ease of use in the field, happier customers because they are updated on estimated arrival of field techs. Safety while driving due to option to voice search while mobile.

Pros: Very good experience from the first contact through the actual car rental and service to pick up. The car was very well presented and maintained and a pleasure to drive. I will for sure rent from Premiere Velocity in the future.

Cons: just they they need to be more customer focussed while personal interactions and keep them rectified so no tickets are raised
