We needed a way to discover and manage the cookies on our website. Secure Privacy is the most cost effective solution for cookie compliance. It required a little work, but once you set your preferences and needs, the program basically takes over. It is also highly customizable, and the automated web scanning helps keep everything in check. The support team is also reliable and quick to answer our solicitations.

In the time we have been clients of Secure Privacy, we’ve had no problems with their product.

Pros

The Secure Privacy product can automatically scan your website and create a detailed report of all steps you need to take to make it GDPR/CCPA compliant. This is great for dealing with websites we did not create, and therefore don’t know precisely what needs doing. It also helps with dealing with variations in each specific regulation. Most websites we work with are either in Wordpress or Squarespace, and Secure Privacy has specific configurations to deal with both.

Cons

It would be nice to have more customization options, since some of our clients' pages have different or flashy templates. But overall we have no complaints whatsoever.

Secure Privacy has been our support for our privacy and compliance needs. Having all our privacy related issues handled in a single place is very helpful.

Pros

One of the best aspects of Secure Privacy is that they are always up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, guaranteeing compliance in regard to my sites. I also appreciate that it has specific settings for Shopify and Hubspot, since I have separate websites for my institutional and commercial ventures.

Cons

I have a plus plan, which covers language support for two languages. For me, it’s not a problem, but I can see how some businesses might not like such limitations.

I have a small business and needed to make sure I was GDPR compliant to avoid legal and financial consequences, and Secure Privacy helped me all the way through this process.

Pros

I own a small business and don’t have a lot of experience with IT, and after learning that I had to be GDPR compliant or face fines, I had to find something to help me with that. That’s when I found Secure Privacy on Google. They offered me a free trial, during which they demonstrated how their product could help me, and the different options I had concerning cost and features. I’ve been their client ever since and never had any problems regarding compliance.

Cons

At first glance, their service seems like a lot to learn, especially for someone who has less experience in the area, and since their page offers a lot of content. But they assisted me through the installation and customization process and have always been very helpful in my requests.
