Pros: I like that Pipedrive is built for sales, and it does a great job helping me move my contacts through the sales pipeline. I'm not a natural salesman, and I have many other responsibilities to tend to, and Pipedrive helps me stay on top of my sales contacts in a very organized manner. I love the amount of customization that you can do, that you're able to connect it directly to your email, and you're also able to work through their iPhone app to do a lot of contact management.

Cons: I didn't like the confusion that came in when there were multiple people on my team that were responsible for managing contacts. I believe that you were forced to have one main person in charge of each contact, and I'd rather have the ability to have multiple people be the 'main contact' for each sales contact in the system.

Overall: This software helped save me time in managing my sales contacts, and helped me keep much more organized that I normally would be. I would say that I lost less leads in the sales funnel because of Pipedrive, as I have more responsibilities other than just sales.

Pros: This is excellent tool helping sales professionals to focus and prioritize over the right things. It also gives great visibility into the sales process so the top management knows what sales activities are going on and what are in the pipelines.

Cons: If I have to complain about one thing, it would be the lack of connection or integration with marketing or marketing software. There is an importance in following the process of leads turning into sales deals from end to end.

Pros: Ease of use, quick setup, customize the stages and create different pipelines in this tool. Analytics is also very good.

Cons: User interface could had been better. Sometimes the user navigation is tricky especially of cases were company to lead tree is followed.

Pros: I love the visual presentation of deals in Pipedrive. The platform clearly shows where all active deals are in the sales process, shows when the need attention, and does so in a visually compelling way. The "Deal Rotting" feature is especially motivating to make sure to drive deals through your sales process.

Cons: Honestly, there really isn't anything I don't like about Pipedrive. They have continued to innovate and add features and functions and are truly a sales organizations CRM of choice. If I had to say something could be improved than I would like there to be more native reporting as well as native data enrichment.

Pipedrive has really made the sales process more efficient!

Pros: What I like most about Pipedrive is that it seems like it was built by a sales team - for a sales team, rather than software engineers who don't know all of the aspects of the sales process that we need in a product.

Cons: What I like least about Pipedrive is that there should be a more simple way to export the data into Excel, in a more concise way.

Pros: A phenomenal tool to manage your sales progress and sales team. The PipeDrive "pipelines" are an ingenious simple tool to manage the flow of your deals. I love the dashboard and it suits my type-A personality and compartmentalized brain. If you don't know what I mean look at the dashboard. We run 8 separate PipeLines and it is super simple to navigate and see the progress made by each individual business and salesperson. Having the ability to customize and organize is essential for managing my team. Being sent an email to sum up my teams day is also super critical and I like this feature. As a start up, price is very important so when I weighed PipeDrive against other CRM's in the decision-making phase I decided based on price but the truth is we will stay with them because of the product. If you are trying to make the decision on a CRM, pick PipeDrive you won't regret it.

Cons: We have had a few small issues with the email system. This is really the only area we have experienced difficulties. And they're minor ex. text size got altered upon sending for some reason. However, I know we played a role in this too as we were copying and pasting parts of texts from word docs.

Overall: I think I summed this up pretty well in the review. We use it for all our sales needs and it is awesome. Management, Lead-Flow, Sales Progress, Email, Email Templates, Customer Management, etc.

Pros: Love the column-oriented UI. Being able to see the whole funnel visually and move prospects through it is great. They have been adding lots of features over the last few years.

Cons: No complaints, honestly. Like all CRM tools, the UI sometimes leaves a little something to be desired, but it's nice enough and very functional.

Pros: Very easy to onboard my team, visual and intuitive. We use the software every day and I monitor the forecast and tasks that my team has to move each deal forward.

Cons: Need to add Gmail integration I think this would help with adoption along with the ability to schedule emails. This would help with client engagement.

Overall: Tracking my sales and it helps me focus on closing the next deal

Pros: Very intuitive interface where you can understand the main functionality of the software. Once you sing it, there is no need to read the special guideline, you can just put everything into the system and review the overall list of prospects within a team. You can write a small note as a description of a deal.

Cons: Very limited functionality where you can add only contacts and stage of deals. Nothing special you can do with the list of prospects that you have. No calendar invitations, email sending or filtes.

Overall: The low cost is the best in this software as well as user-friendly interface

Pros: Customisation possibility. 2 way sync with Google contacts. Navigation quite simple.

Cons: UI: Pics too small. No import of Job Title from Google contacts. Search by tag not easy (take example of Nimble for that, their tag search is good). No automatic import from Social Media (again Nimble does a pretty good job at this)

Pros: This CRM is down to earth, it allows you to easily follow your own customized sales process and maintain a good insights in regards to objectives, targets, deals getting old, etc. The Dashboard is a great way to maintain great visibility to the areas where you need the most attention.

Cons: There is no hierarchy levels and this makes it difficult to use when you have several sales managers and each sales manager has sales people under them. The current setup does not allow to create groups or similar. Huge need in the sales field.

Pros: The ease of use from setup through analyzing reports. The pipe workflow's make it very easy to visually identify the stages of your active pipeline. From a reporting perspective it is very easy to track agent progress and make real time adjustments.

Cons: The inability to sync your email inbox when on the silver subscription. I would strongly recommend selecting the gold level subscription since many of those features are applicable for our business.

I'm a definite fan so far.

Pros: I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but after a little work, this is turning out to be some of the best CRM software I've seen (I've looked at and worked on many). I like that when you import data, it has a retract feature that lets you erase what you did and start over if things didn't turn out like you planned. That was helpful and it worked very well. I also like the layout of data. It allows me to get to my contacts and do updates and edits. The notes are flexible and easy to edit as well. It's one of the nicest and cleanest data interfaces I've ever worked with.

Overall: It's one of the first CRMs that I've been able to master quite completely in a short time.

Great tool to better manage my leads and contacts.

Pros: Very easy to upload my contacts and keep track of them. Nice layout to track my deals through the states. Really like the ability to customize my own fields based on my industry/needs.

Cons: Geocode doesn't recognize Unit/suite address section until I refresh each page individually, which is ok when doing individual addresses, but if i upload a group of addresses I will have to go into each one to update. (This is a minor con, and it has a work around)

Overall: Ability to better track my leads and contacts.
FYI we also have another industry CRM that we have to use (so some features I don't have use for, but I know you have a great product).

Pipedrive is one of the most efficient, effective, helpful &resourceful CRMs I've ever used !

Pros: Pipedrive has the ability to customize every field, tab & module. The integrated email with the ability to store Templates along with the ability to scheduled follow up activities and Pipedrive's ability to customize and track deals on the pipeline are some of the best features.

Cons: As a Recruiting/Staffing firm we really need additional capabilities to use PipeDrive as both a sales CRM and an Applicant Tracking System. I understand there is another company PipeDrive works with as an applicant tracking but that service is too costly and can not match job orders *Deals" specifics with applicants skills. If the Sales & Applicant Tacking were integrated in PripeDrive that would be fantastic.

Overall: Daily follow up and keeps me on track with activities and the sales funnel.

Pros: The brilliance of Pipedrive is that by implementing the tool, Sales Managers as well as business owners will find that they simultaneously build best practice Sales Management capability into their businesses. Pipedrive really feels like it has been built by Sales Managers and Sales People, rather than by technical people, as it takes into account the things that frustrate Sales Teams the most. For example, simplicity and ease of use is essential to ensure that Sales People adopt any new Sales Tool. Pipedrive has really embraced simplicity and ease of use. One company I work with has a team of sales people mostly above the age of 50, who have successfully adopted Pipedrive. For Sales Managers, to have a tool to help them accurately predict whether their sales people are going to miss target, BEFORE it happens, is essential. Pipedrive makes it easy to setup standard sales processes. And to monitor leading measures that will predict future problems. This gives Sales Managers time to take corrective action. The tool also comes with the most powerful data import engine that I've ever worked with. So migrating legacy data into the tool is far easier than with any other tool I've worked with. All in all, I give Pipedrive a big thumbs up.

Cons: This is a minor point because it's easy to work around this problem: Pipedrive's ability to filter deal data an become frustrating as you have to setup pre-defined filters, and you very quickly get bogged down with too many filters. The workaround is to export the data into Excel and manipulate the data from there. Also, the ability to work with a pre-defined set of Products, while available in Pipedrive, is not the tools strong point. I hope to see a more refined implementation of Product capabilities in future releases. Lastly, it's important to note that the pre-defined reporting only starts to make any sense after some history of data is available. Some of the reports make sense after a few weeks of diligent use of the system by the sales team. Other reports will likely only make sense after a few months of system usage. Obviously this problem is relevant to any sales tracking system, not just Pipedrive.

Pros: It focuses me on actions - the small actions that drive me towards a sale. It's beautiful and easy to use. It integrates with gmail and Trello, the two apps I use the most. And, more than anything it has resulted in me smashing our sales targets this year!

Cons: It's 100% a sales product. We are a charitable organisation, so the language of "deals" and "sales" doesn't sit well with us, and there's no way to change it. That language has made it harder for me to convince our organisation to start using Pipedrive.

Pros: It is very easy to use, anyone could start using very quickly, you can customize your stages and create sevaral different pipelines and keep tracking of all your process. Statistics and reports are very good, keeping almost all important KPIs and performance numbers very clear.

Cons: It lacks some functions to become a complete CRM tool, the pricing is expensive for the gold plan that allows you to send mails and create really engaging campaigns for your customers and users. There is a big gap of pricing from the Silver Plan to Gold.

Overall: Easy to use pipelines to track processes.

Incredible straightforward, perhaps the best tool for beginners.

Pros: What it's really cool is the way you can maintain and track your generated leads into an actualized sales process that works seamlessly with this tool. From first meeting, to proposal to general questions your lead may have to follow up questions/e-mails are easily tracked and stored where the entire chain of sales is managed with ease. One of the better uses for this system for administrative work where a sales consultant may integrate it as a full-blown calendar and allow for tracking and movement of sales leads from the office or even using your mobile device.

Cons: The email integration isn't perfect yet; although they are currently improving this so I would expect this to better soon... I'd like to see larger photos of the contacts - but this is only a small issue...

So far so good.. only 2 months in, but I am sticking around!

Pros: Love the pipeline visual method. Works for me just dandy. Matter of fact, it's the topic of this weeks podcast that I am about to record. I did test 3 CRMS, started a few months back.. narrowwd it down pretty quickly, and PD is the winner.

Cons: The $ investment for the full email sync. I do understand that one needs to invest pay for quality but other CRMS give full email sync for less if not free. Just saying. You asked!

Pros: The best part about the software was the ability to create lots of different workflows for various parts of our business. We were working on lots of different processes but needed to centralise client contact with all of them

Cons: Ours is a business to consumer setup and so we have no real need for the organisation aspect of the system. Having the ability to remove this would be cleaner

Overall: The ability to see all of our workflow in one single place as well as communicate with clients directly within the system so that all conversations relating to deals can be easily found

Pros: When I first looked at it (along with a list of others), I wrote beside the name "too simple" - and crossed it out. I tried all the others and then circled back to Pipedrive. It seems "simple" is exactly what I needed. Not too many bells and whistles...but exactly what I wanted/needed. Previously I wanted a CRM as part of gmail and to be able to work within gmail...until all of the reminders started clogging up my account. It became too overwhelming. I wanted a separate space to work on sales...and then not look at it when I wasn't working on sales. BUT...I wanted my inbox/emails tied to the CRM IN the CRM....I didn't want to forward email, bcc it, etc. My complete inbox is in Pipedrive and emails are linked to the correct leads. It really does well.

Cons: With canned emails, you can't attach a photo. At least not that I can figure out. But other than that, I really can't think of anything.

Pros: You can integrate it with most Google applications, and you can fully tweak your workflows. It is organized, the layout is very easy to understand, as well as the statistics and reporting. Customer follow up is great too.

Cons: Pricey, but should be well worth it. I just wish there's more flexibility in the plans offered, otherwise, it's really great.

Pros: Loved how simple it was to set up. Enjoy how it gives peace of mind that the data is safe and easy to access. Loved how I could switch from a "visual" view to a "spreadsheet" view at a click of a button. The custom fields are a winner!

Cons: The mobile app did not work 100%. I was frustrated with the fact that when I moved a card from one phase to the next it didn't always sync that way. On Desktop it was perfect

Pros: Easy to find information about all deals whether they are mine or my colleagues'; also use it a time management tool

Cons: Often doesn't show the updates I made in real time - still shows that the tasks are not complete until I renew the window

Pros: It's easy-to-use and very customizable. What I also love is that it totals up my potential revenue in the top of each column so I can see where the bulk of my funds is getting hung up. Great feature. I also like the email feature where I can forward emails to my account and attach them to certain customers for future reference.

Cons: It's a little more clunky than I would like. I would love a minimalist version. It's trying to be a CRM while also being a sales funnel tool. Which I completely understand. But for my use, it's a bit over-featured.

Overall: I've sold thousands of dollars in sponsorships with this tool.

Pros: Incredibly easy to use. Interactive UI design. Utilizes visuals to move deals down the pipeline. Extremely customizable. Simple, yet elegant. Very useful and important. Helps me in figuring out my day's work and when my deadlines are in a very direct manner. I don't have to fiddle around to figure things out, it's so user-friendly. Makes my work more efficient. Speeds up my processes. Keeps me organized. Would recommend 10/10!

Cons: I can't think of much, except that I've put my deals into several "Categories" and I haven't been able to figure out or research how to sort them out into their categories so that I can view them in their associated groups. Also would love if my co-workers' deals didn't mix into mine to keep them more segregated, but it hasn't been much of an issue at the moment.

Pros: The best part is that it is super customizable. You can create as many pipelines as you might ever need and you can have as many stages as you might ever need.

Cons: It would be great if I could preset activities to trigger without having to pay to use Zapier. I would also love to post reminders or 'notes' to help employees remember what to do next in more details. Almost like when you add a 'comment' to cell in excel - you hover over the cell (or in Pipedrive's case the stage) and a more detailed explanation would appear. This way the titles of my stage could remain shorter and have a more tidy appearance.

Overall: Being able to follow up on each and EVERY lead. Nothing falls through the cracks. Love the integrations with other apps too.

Pros: the next step functionality is a great way to keep on top of your opportunities. It forces folks to set up a follow-up activity so nothing falls through the cracks.

Pros: I like the introductory tutorials and help videos that make everything easy to set up. The user interface is very intuitive and I could pretty much figure out how to change the sales pipeline for my needs.

Cons: The integration element with mail chimp was frustrating. I thought I could integrate easily, but it turns out I had to get pipe chimp and that was one more thing to figure out.

Pros: We have setup multiple pipelines to track sales from each of our stores, we have setup a pipeline to manage the internal ordering process, we track marketing projects and are now implementing the after sales process. All of this was configured and implemented while our company was going full speed ahead. There was a solution for most problems we threw at it. Although not every detail can be configured with thousands of parameters, most things can be accomplished with a few clicks in a simple way. If its not built in, you can almost be certain you can extend Pipedrive with an external service and automate through other fantastic products like Zappier. If theres an issue you can contact support and almost immediately get an accurate response.

Cons: The only issue - that ist not actually related to Pipedrive - is we sometimes have internet downtime due to construction work. If there was one feature I would love to see, is the ability to automate daily backups to CSV / Excel so when the internet is down you at least have some reference when a client calls.

Overall: Great service, easy to use, finally got rid of many excel sheets...

At work, I basically live in Pipedrive. It's intuitive and it streamlines our sales process.

Pros: I really like the interface which is elegant and very functional. Also, it has all the features we need but it's still relatively simple and uncomplicated. I appreciate that their development team keeps adding new features and keeps ironing out some minor issues.

Cons: Pipedrive team keeps improving their product all the time. Most of the issues I had with it had already been fixed. The only real downside is that (at least for us) it takes a long time for the emails you sent to a customer to sync and show up in Pipedrive. It's especially true if they contain attachments. Plain text emails show up on the lead's page almost immediately. Maybe it's just the servers we use for our company email, idk. Also, I think all input fields should be searchable (they are working on it).

Overall: In my line of work using Pipedrive is about the only way I can manage my communications with my clients. It also helps me manage my activities (my daily tasks) and my sales funnel. Honestly, we would not be able to work efficiently without Pipedrive.

Pros: The ability to customize the fields is key for me as I write home and auto as well as life insurance. It is so easy to move your case along from the moment of prospect to either a client or lost account. You can track all of the information in one centralized location which helps me see what I am working on. Being able to schedule my next steps for each case is also convenient and helps me make sure I am doing what I need to do on my end to help close the sale.

Cons: I wish it could interface with our Agency Management System so I am not entering client information such as steps and notes in two separate systems. Maybe I can do this and just don't know how to yet?

Pros: The way the activity system works that encourages you to always have a call/email/task set for a deal. It encourages you to always keep on top of each deal. I used to use Salesforce and this software is literally 1000% better. And 20% of the price.

Cons: The only feature it doesnt have is an emailing function to drip feed sales emails to potential customers. But they have solved that by integrating with https://www.drip.co so its not really an issue.

Pros: The customer service. It is by phone. And they are happy to screen share with teamviewer if it's complicated. The support people are friendly and patient and a lot of fun to work with. It also integrates well with gmail and google calendar and our quote and estimate app.

Cons: It would be really cool if the catalog and product features were a little more robust, but I have not even asked for that yet. We are finding that our requests for features are listened to and that it is not long before the things that we ask for are made to happen by their programming team.

Comments: Most of these CRM software Programs function too much on selling a product from beginning to end and not on the account management aspects of the sales process. That is my primary complaint of the CRM industry as a whole. That said, I researched dozens of CRM software options and this was the most user friendly for the price far and away, especially for a small business.

Pros: This software can be easily customized to fit almost any company's needs. Reports are easy to customize as well. When you have people in your company with varying abilities when it comes to software capabilities, you can easily train anyone to use the program.

Cons: I wish the search and generation of a report by city was a bit less cumbersome for the novice user.

Pros: It's super intuitive to use. It is easy to get people on board and working with it. The overview of the pipeline is really important for our business, and assisting us in getting better at creating a relationship with a customer, and hopefully in the future to nurture that relationship.

If you can work with Zendesk, then support is fast, casual and to the point.

Cons: The Reporting statistics aren't that great. The dashboard is basically worthless when you can't customize the metrics.

It's annoying to have to make reports in Excel/with a third party.

It's not really a CRM in my opinion, as I would like to have more functions for Customer Relationship management on a personal level. And I am still struggling to apply all of our data, and creating lists for e.g. Email segmenting as so on

Pros: It's so easy to transfer the projects/deals from one stage to the other just drag and drop.
It's great that you don't have to fill out all the fields if you don't have the information it will still save as a deal with only half the information.

Cons: Very hard to import project, contacts, companies from old CRM systems when you swap over to Pipedrive.
When you import it doesn't pick up double ups so you end up with heaps of companies that are already in the system.

Pipe-drive is a helpful tool. I highly recommend using it to organize your leads

Pros: The user interface is great which makes our team actually use the CRM in the first place. Moreover, we are able to define different pipelines tailored to each market/segment. Finally, all the information and statistics are there.

Easy-to-use yet capable of covering all of our needs. This is the fourth CRM software that we are trying and we are sold. Pipedrive is the best.

Cons: The only thing that could potentially be improved would be adding social media integrations. In particular, one of the coolest features of Nimble (the last CRM we were using) is that whenever we added a contact, all of their social media profiles were readily available. This helped us personalize our approach.

Pros: It is a great reminder tool. I'm pretty useless at follow up. The reminders I get on my Pipedrive app have helped me close deals I wouldn't ordinarily have. So, the software has more than paid for itself over the time I've used it. I like that I can upload my proposals so that they are all in a 'client' file. Also, a great feature is the BCC, so I can always keep track of what emails I sent to what clients.

Cons: I think the task reminder ... I only get one reminder via email a day. Perhaps if it could remind me more than once. But this is such a small thing ...

Overall: Helped me close more deals more consistently.

Pros: The software allows for contact storage and malleable transfer of contact information across accounts. Some of the accounts we managed had multiple contact points that overlapped across different accounts, so it was helpful to have this functionality.

Pros: Pipedrive is very easy to use it's very intuitive but on other hand it could be more aggregate in terms of search

Cons: The search option does not include phrases or parts of words that contain business names, and you type the full name to get results.

This product works well for me.

Pros: It was nice to find a piece of software with all the features I needed that was not too robust and expensive for my needs. Onboarding was easy. I loved being able to schedule a call with support during this process so that I could understand the use the program to its fullest capability.

Comments: For my needs, this CRM product has proven to be exactly what I need to organize my business prospects. It allows me to record and easily track all the necessary steps of my selling cycle. The Pipedrive Customer Service was top-notch. Example: I scheduled a call for a specific day/time (via their website). The Rep called me exactly at the scheduled time. He answered all my questions and made sure I had a full understanding of the products features. The videos and webinars offer the visuals necessary to know how to use the system.

Comments: Good entry level software if you have not used a CRM before for tracking actual deals and managing a sales pipeline. I found it a bit weak for managing day to day contact interactions and tracking opportunities.

Pros: I found two features of Pipedrive to be particularly useful. The graphic interface managing deals was very intuitive and effective when presenting deal progress to my peers. I found it easy to customize where that capability was made available in the software.

Cons: I found it a bit difficulty to maintain the interactions with my contacts consistently. The steps to enter information for ongoing contact were not intuitive for me. I found it difficult to consistently enter and track notes of my activities with my leads.

Pros: The flexibility of Pipedrive is outstanding! Being about to create our own workflows, rearrange them by simple drag-and-drop, naming them however we want...just priceless. We also love how Pipedrive prompts you to add future actions as you mark completed tasks as finished. This pushes us to always add that next action to the deal. User administration is a piece of cake. Having the running totals for what's in the pipelines gives visibility to us for what's coming in that we simply never had before.

On top of all of these amazing features, the flexibility we have in setting up products is outstanding as well. My whole team loves Pipedrive.

Cons: It doesn't always convince your prospects to buy your services. ;)

The only con I can think of is that you can't "@" (mention) your other users. Add that feature, and this box would be empty.

Overall: Organization of our pipelines. Accountability. Flexibility. Pure awesomeness.

Pros: UX ¿ it is really easy to adopt and use pipedrive Filters ¿ pipedrive is the only CRM with so powerfull filter options

Cons: In comparing to other CRM vendors, like amoCRM/Freshsales/etc, Pipedrive updates is not so often and awesome Pipedrive lack some important features, like: 1. Lead scoring. 2. Automated workflows. 3. Automated pipelines. 4. Tasks with simple checklists (Playbooks).

Cons: Email integration is TOTAL, or you move over what is important. Unfortunately, you cannot eliminate unnecessary sections of an email thread- it's all or nothing

Pros: I see all my deals and everyone else so I get an overview of where we are at. Unfortunately my team members seem to think it takes too much time to add information, so I will be seeking ways to make it quick and easy...using text expander App is an idea I'm working on...perhaps the ability to have templates set up would be something to consider so it is easy to quickly fill out?

Cons: Unable to print any appointment, task, notes etc.
Am forced to do screen shots, which is really no good, especially if you cannot fit everything in the screen. Printing either as a pdf or straight to my printer is basic?

Overall: Better productivity, and helps me see where all my team are with their deals.

Pros: It is intuitive and easy to configure and use.

Cons: The system does not integrate with Outlook Calendar, the more we use Pipedrive, the more clear and serious this weakness becomes to us. I can not and will not recommend that other Property & Casualty Insurance Brokerage operations make the investment in this software until Pipedrive provides this most basic integration. This weakness in the Pipedrive system is such a huge disconnect for Pipedrive. Pipedrive's customer support acts as though they could care less, and as though we are the only people in the world that need this function. I can only assume that others before me did a better job of discovering this weakness (before making the purchase), and for that reason they elected not to make the purchase the software. Everyone in my industry LIVES in their Outlook calendar - I strongly encourage Pipedrive to figure this out.

Overall: Do not purchase this software if you need Calendar integration with Outlook.

Hello Dana, That is very valid feedback, you are right when you said that you are not the first person to point out this limitation in regards to Outlook Calendar. I can assure you that our support does their best and does care about our customers. We now have Outlook calendar integration in the roadmap but, at the moment, we don¿t yet have a concrete ETA. One option is to sync your office365 or Outlook with Google and then sync Google with Pipedrive via settings -> personal -> connections. Then when you enable the Google Calendar and Contacts sync in Pipedrive it will actually also sync your contacts and activities to your office365 contacts and calendar. Another option would be to use a third party application to enable the sync between Pipedrive and Outlook: http://www.pipedriveoutlooksync.com/ This application is not developed by Pipedrive and will have extra costs. Pros: Ergonomic, simple to use ! Link a contact with an organization and and offer and that's it. You can customize your pipe, fields, get indicators on almost everything... Lot of features (email sync, filters...)

Cons: Never had to use the support yet so i cant say anything about it. Few integrations. I don't need it, there's one with slack but others could be an option

Pros: I love simplicity of the deals board. The layout is so simple and easy to use, that once I have set it up, the team get it quite quickly. They prefer it over Sales Force, as PipeDrive only focuses on the aspects that my team required.

Cons: The setup was simple if the company is simple. I found the tutorial too hard to follow to setup simply. There could be more work on forecasting as well.

Pros: I customised it within one week for a team of 8 so that we could fully functions as a sales team.
Quick views giving good insights on what is in te pipeline
Sales projections and progress of the deals are easily seen

Cons: Reporting is not so good for holding sales meeting.

But the hardest part is to have the sales persons getting used to it. Especially older ones. They have to see the benefit for them and not only their boss. Ofcpirse this could be said of any CRM.

I have experienced they I knew more about the system than the support.

Batch editing requires sometime and export into xls and import it again .

Probability per deal is not possible only per stage.

Bring in an agent to have their own pipeline is not so easy to do. You need to ensure the 3rd party cannot see your own deals.

Overall: I can contact my client when it is required even when I have hundreds of leads

Very good. The platform is easy to set up without customer support. Very clean.

Pros: I like the platform and how I can menu-var the clients from first point of contact to disposition in the remainder fields until the deal is won.

Cons: I would like if the date notifications can be on the sales leads name from point view instead of having to click into the field. I somewhat forget when a due date is set and therefor I have to continuously open a field to check.

Overall: My firm can now easily track the sales leads. The best feeling is when I can see the sales lead move across the board until the deal is won.

Pros: Ease of use and simplicity is what I like most. It can do a lot but it is not overburdened with features that I would not use.

Cons: That I cannot schedule an activity across all contacts in a particular group. I do some follow ups in bulk mail and I cannot annotate that in my records easily.

Overall: Close more deals, create more cash flow from existing customers. Simplify follow up process.

Comments: It is very easy-to-use and offers all the 'must' features. However, for someone like me; who has to follow purchases from a single contact monthly, it is not very useful. It should have a feature to see how far a client make purchases, instead of signing a single deal.

Pros: Customer support on online chat is great. Also seeing it developing constantly is a huge plus. Price is definitely worth it.

Cons: They somehow slowed down on adding new features for a while.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you don't have to combine too many data on a single sales CRM, Pipedrive is perfect for basic tasks.

Pros: Very convenient to do follow up. Red / green alerts, load email, files..Etc.. When you have more than 10 opportunities to follow, you need this kind of tools.

Cons: This software is so good that we would like to us for project (without money) : for example Key account management. You can save all you conversations, but it is not perfect to follow stages (even if you can built whatever you want). So is it due to the software or just because I did not find the best way to do it..

Pros: It's easy to understand and use, specially if you're used to services like Trello or other project managers. I also enjoyed the pipeline school when I had subscribed to the service.

Cons: About performance, it's slow sometimes. About pricing, price is too high for Brazilian users because dollar is too expensive now. I'd suggest a better pricing to retain more customers.

Comments: We would have adopted this product in a heartbeat if it had resume parsing. But that was a brick wall we couldn't get past, so after 3 weeks of testing (for free) we opted with a more feature-rich but more-often-frustrating solution.

Pros: The ease of use for this product was through the roof. Easy to learn. Easy to get data in, and data out. Visually appealing, and very intuitive.

Cons: It didn't have the features that, ultimately, we decided we needed. Data input is manual - and while it was about as easy as manual input can get, manual data input would have slowed us down too much.

Comments: I use this software to handle all of my potential real estate purchases and it does exactly what I was looking for.

Pros: It helps me remember everything I have going on so it doesn't slip between the cracks. I also like the ease of use with pipedrive. Very easy to input all you data and find it at a later date.

Cons: I wish you didn't have to pay extra from email integration but it's not a big deal to have my email screen open as well!

Pros: I'm busy so this was easy to learn, so easy to use. I was able to customize to fit my commercial real estate practice needs. I don't like having to put a lot of words in a feedback section, this is a waste of my time, but I wanted to go on the record and express appreciation for a product that I'm actually using. Several members of my Vistage group recommended it. In fact, one member graciously came over and showed me how simple it was to set up; import contacts and get started.

Cons: I don't always want to get "help" in a text box talk back and forth; I'd rather talk to someone on the phone.

Comments: After used several CRM (Salesforce, Insightly and other small CRM software), I found Pipedrive easy to use, intuitive and moderate in price. Maybe you won't find as many options as the big ones but it covers the basic requirements of a CRM.

Pros: Inserting a new contact & organization is quite easy. And the help team really try. Easy to CC your outgoing emails into the system. Pricing

Cons: Importing contacts into the system is very difficult. The interaction with say Mailchimp was only exporting contacts to Mailchimp. No flowback of data from Mailchimp of emails sent and opening data etc. Tech support only available from morning in North America which is difficult from Europe.

Comments: i would recommend this software to any sales team in any industry.

Pros: The software is extremely intuitive, and easy to use. Very easy to upload and manage leads and pipelines. Unlimited amount of contacts. Email sync service makes it simple to track emails between clients and sales people. The reporting on this software makes it simple to manage our sales team as well.

Cons: I have absolutely no complaints, everything works perfectly and this software is extremely powerful if you use it properly. Links to your email service and google drive/calendar, as well as survey money and mail chimp.

Pros: Ease of use, reminds me to schedule followup automatically, good customization to my sales industry.
