Easy to use,and intuitive. If you need help the AI is one of the better ones at helping from what I've seen. I've used a handful of other inventory tracking software, this one is for me. Pros Sortly helps me keep track of inventory and pricing which allows me to not overspend and over store. Whenever I do have problems, the chatbot which is AI, is actually helpful. It will take you step by step on how to do things and when features arent available it will let you know. I've confimed it with a human agent. Cons I don't know if its just me, but I don't have the ability to move items without making a new item and losing all the history. Because of this, i have to keep a item with a inventory of 0, just so i can have the history of the item for a couple of months before i delete it entirely.
