Very helpful. Easy to use,and intuitive. If you need help the AI is one of the better ones at helping from what I've seen. I've used a handful of other inventory tracking software, this one is for me.

Pros

Sortly helps me keep track of inventory and pricing which allows me to not overspend and over store. Whenever I do have problems, the chatbot which is AI, is actually helpful. It will take you step by step on how to do things and when features arent available it will let you know. I've confimed it with a human agent.

Cons

I don't know if its just me, but I don't have the ability to move items without making a new item and losing all the history. Because of this, i have to keep a item with a inventory of 0, just so i can have the history of the item for a couple of months before i delete it entirely.

Sortly is an easy to use program that can help track tools to maintain their whereabouts and even tag tools that needs maintenance.

Pros

Easy program to use. We utilize this to track out tools catalogue to ensure locations and status of the tools.

Cons

Small learning curve to get used to the nuances of the program. Easy to learn though and comes with helpful tips to implement.

Pros

The Sortly platform provides great value and adaptability for large and small workflows. The secure app puts accessibility to your vast real time inventory in the palm of your hand!

Cons

Limitations on photo storage per item entry can prove to be a challenge forcing multiple folders as a work around.

It is extremely helpful when it comes to keeping track of my inventory. No one wants to count every item every quarter.

Pros

How easy it is to add, subtract and edit items. Which is very important so I am not constantly recounting things.

Cons

It doesn't give real-time low inventory items that need to be ordered. On the front page, it does give items that are needed but the quantity needed is never ordered. There is a disconnect somewhere.

Pros

I love how you can keep inventory of product at different locations, and not have to be there to triple check.

Cons

The update quantities interface could be a bit more user friendly. its a bit confusing adding quantities.

Pros

Sortly is an easy platform where many client's inventory can be managed in one place. The software can be used to create pick lists to ship client materials out which is nice.

Cons

Sortly does not have real time inventory tracking. When you place pick lists it does not show available inventory until it is actually "Picked"

Overall, I am impressed with it, the import and export of data helps with organizing as well, will keep using it.

Pros

The fact that I can sort out my inventory under different folders and have it organized is the best.

Cons

A bit expensive but worth it as well, That is why I have it as my main inventory application for my company.

I love it for both my personal and business uses. I use it to track inventory at work and my freezer at home. Best tracking system I have found and have tried a ton!

Pros

Sortly is awesome for my personal and business life! I use it for both and the best part is you can add a ton of items for free but my work one we pay for because we need more options for items but I use it personally for keeping track of my freezers.

Cons

Doesn't scan a lot of items yet but I'm sure they're adding more every day. You can take your own pictures and the user interface is very easy.

Pros

Sortly helps me to track all the contents of our stockroom so I do not have to second guess what is out of place or where. Every time it is much easier to find tools and spare parts as there are clear folders with product lines.

Cons

The one thing that I have analyzed is when I attempt to send large batches of data it will hold up longer than expected when I am updating our records to be audited annually.

At the beginning, it was confused, it would be nice to have taining in more lengauges. Spanish for example.

Pros

It is friendly It needs to improve also in things, for example to think when it comes to learn the tool. How we can use it.

It is just in English language. There are more languages that should be great to have and be able to understand it quickly.
