There are some parts of the software we do not use. Customer service has been good the few times we have needed to reach out. Pros This is our first inventory management software for our construction and design firm. It was easy to set up. Now we know where each and every item/part is located, in storage, in route or on the job-site. It's really helped make our work more efficient. Cons The cost is a little high. We like the software, but it is a large expense for smaller firms. Reason for choosing Sortly Sortly seemed to have the critical items we needed and reviews on-line were good. Cons Inventory tracking starts to become untangled when moving quantities of stock across various sites, items don't automatically combine when you might expect them to. It has made maintaining and monitoring our stock levels a lot easier across all of our sites. Pros The ease in which I can add and delete stock on a daily basis and monitor the stock levels at each of our four sites. Cons I find it a long process to work out how much stock has been added and taken away in a month. I would like to be able to check what the stock level was on the 1st of each month and then what they were on the last day of each month without having to run through all of the history or transactions.
