I is a great price compared to others I have seen. Cons I wish there was a drag and drop feature. And it would be helpful to have a reset point. VR Verified Reviewer Business Manager Design Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great for small business inventory" January 29, 2019 5.0 We have an enormous amount of holiday inventory that we needed to keep track of with pictures. We use Sortly to help us keep track of what we use each season, which assists us greatly in purchasing of new product for the following season. It also helped immensely to track what items we had sold out of, so we were never in an oversold situation with our customers. Pros Having both the desktop and mobile versions was great. Easy to use, very intuitive and self-explanatory. Allows you to make it as complex or as simple as you need it to be. Cons Some small glitches, but those were easily fixed with updates. It is a very helpful tool and helps us keep track of where our inventory is located. It also helps us with billing. Pros I like that I can set up multiple folders and easily move inventory around as needed. I love the app as well. Cons The cost is a little high given the frequency we need it but it's not a deal breaker. I also find that the reports features if a little hard to figure out. Pros Love the degree that the inventory information can be customized - personalized fields, creation of folders to categorize and move items into and out of, ability to NOT use certain standard fields such as SKU and $ value. Cons Reports are not great. Would like a way to create a custom report that can be run, rather than selecting the fields you want each time. Also wish that there was a better to show movement on inventory from one folder to another. Number of users is also too small; price point to increase to more than 3 users is too high. It has been a great tool for our business. Pros Sortly is VERY easy to use. Adjusting inventory is a breeze and immediately updates. Our team is spread across the US and can all access our current inventory at all times on the Sortly app. Cons At first, the app was not available on Android applications which affected our teams ease of use. Pros Easy to use, and does exactly what we need it to do for inventory management at our cafe. We set the minimums, an employee takes count and enters it into the app, then we get an alert to order. Cons We had to figure out the best way to do our inventory, and a customer service rep was able to help with that. More of an issue on our end. We are so happy that we can import from spreadsheet the information on other locations so that we can keep track on them as stock arrives without granting access to those workers to our inventory software.
