The ease of use and ability to tailor to our needs is really a gamechanger. Cons I did have some difficulty w/taking photos within the app itself. Every item has a picture so they are very easily identifiable. You can take the pictures yourself or find other sources to upload from. The ability to use Sortly on all mobile devices is perfect for what we do. The best app on the market for inventory. Cons Will not sync with QBO yet. I hear it's coming though. I would like to have the exact same items in different categories carrying the same balance. We manage a small high school & it's necessary for us to know where items are located. Additionally, we created a space for each classroom to keep track of assets to help us predict costs for the following school year. I also like that I can add pictures & prices. You can sort, add features, create bar codes, scan bar codes, etc. The possibilities are endless. Pros It is a very cost effective way to manage inventory for a small business, that doesn't quite need the large inventory software that is out there. Cons Some of the features are hard to understand for people that aren't savvy with computers.
