The integrated PO system is awesome but could use more features. Pros I like how user friendly the interface is. Cons The only search option for the PO system is by PO number. Pros Sortly is very easy to use and can easily manage fairly large inventories. There is a mobile app available for phones and tablets that allows you to manage inventory without bar scanners. Cons There is no differentiation within Sortly between items of the same type that were received at different times or with different lot numbers, so if you have separate lot numbers, you cannot use their low inventory notification system. Cons The mobile version's search was more effective than the desktop version. In construction it helps us keep up with the fitting counts to ensure production keeps going. Disappointed with the pricing structure - this will likely cause us to look for replacement. Pros Ease of use, app-based capabilities, seamless integration between online version and app version. Cons Always having to log back in on my app and the scanner at times is too touchy... would pick up other bar codes if they were in area. It should be more pointed. It's easy to grasp without losing site of more advanced use or integrations such as Microsoft Teams compatibility. Pros Interface and ease of use. I also love the ability to structure inventory levels at multiple sites using the folder structure. Cons I have no real dislikes but I really wish there was a dark mode theme available. It does, however, lack the ability to edit transactions once made which can be frustrating. Pros It's UI is great. Easy to navigate, and aesthetically pleasing. Cons Lack of some features. Cannot make certain edits to transactions once they are complete. If I make a mistake when updating an item, it's now permanently on record. Can't change type of transaction after it's made either. Basically this means you have to get your transactions right first-try. When multiple people have access, that is unlikely. I use it to track the inventory of a large HVAC warehouse and the ease at which data is able to be inputted saves me time I can use for other critical tasks. Pros Easy to use UI. It's simple to move between items, folders, and folders of folders, to find, adjust, and move items as needed. Cons This could be somewhere in the settings that I haven't found yet, but prolonged exposure to white screens causes me eye pain, and a dark mode option would be helpful for extended uses. Pros Ease of entry and organization . I was creating a structure in a matter of minutes . I have over 2 million dollars of Audio and Video gear to keep track of and this was a perfect fit for our team. Easy is good ! Cons At first, we needed to have a pick list function which was not available....UNTIL we asked for it and it was created within a 6 month period of time. I was floored. Not only would this be of a great help to businesses, but also for personal use to keep track of your valuables. Pros Sortly has made inventory assessments significantly easier to manage & process. Instead of writing everything down on paper & transferring the inventory to an excel sheet, I can simply export it from Sortly straight to the Excel sheet, saving me a lot of time & hassle. Cons I found that the camera could use some tweaking & have some more features when it comes to listing data. I found that, in my particular case, the file name to each photo has a default name that does not compute with a program that I use. It would save me a lot of time & hassle if I could change the "rule" of what each photo is named before exporting into storage. Review Source JG Jennifer G.
