I'm sure it has far more functionality than most systems out there, but the learning curve was way to big for me to spend any more money and time investing into it.

Pros

It is very robust and their team gave us several hours of training on best practices and troubleshooting.

Cons

After several hours of training I still felt like I needed to hire a computer engineer just to add products into the system.

Allowed me to grow my retail business from a few hundred thousand pounds to 2 million pounds. I was able to develop mulit channel sales, drop shipping and personalised products.

Pros

It is fully integrated - so you can manage your front end, back end, CMS, stock control and multi channel marketing all under one log-in. It is easy to learn and my staff liked using it. Comprehensive report suite. Good value for money.

Didn't rate them at all. Contracted you into monthly payment and delivered nothing, Every time we wanted to amend something we had to contact them and wait. The staff constantly changed, so no continuity. Far better website services out there for a lot less that deliver much more.

Pros

The software allows you to sell online and sell on popular channels such as ebay and Amazon albeit without ease
