Pros It is very robust and their team gave us several hours of training on best practices and troubleshooting. Cons After several hours of training I still felt like I needed to hire a computer engineer just to add products into the system. I was able to develop mulit channel sales, drop shipping and personalised products. Pros It is fully integrated - so you can manage your front end, back end, CMS, stock control and multi channel marketing all under one log-in. It is easy to learn and my staff liked using it. Contracted you into monthly payment and delivered nothing, Every time we wanted to amend something we had to contact them and wait. The staff constantly changed, so no continuity. Far better website services out there for a lot less that deliver much more.
