Pros

With multiple computers that I need access to being able to do so remotely is great. Clients are always amazed that we can change the lights while we are standing there talking.

Cons

At times this is slow to load, it may be computer dependent but once it loads fully there are no issues.

Pros

Ease of use, ease of administration, ease of installation are all very high. Price of LMI Central basic is very competitive.

Cons

Basic is missing a lot of essential features unfortunately (remote file transfer, remote printing, inventory management, OS updates, etc) and stepping up to the next tier can get very pricy.

We use the reporting and management tools provided to give us great access and ease of use to manage our clients servers and computers.

Pros

We utilize this for access to our clients servers and reports on their status. We use the power on tool and help give clients software support companies access to the server temporarily as needed.

Cons

When we give someone temporary access to a server the two factor authentication for these accounts we have to remember to turn it off. Wish we could do that in the settings when we create a temp account.

Remote access to troubleshoot and also print remote documents to local printers.

Pros

My employees can be kept up and running. They can be productive from anywhere while techs login to troubleshoot.

Cons

Often slow, depending upon connection. Lagtime does occur. But usually no problems. The slowest is the start up time when first using.

I use it everday, we wouldn't be able to function as smoothly without it.

Pros

Couldn't do business without it. I have multiple computers hooked up over 4 locations, and this gives me access to them at the drop of a hat.

Cons

Sometimes a computer gets logged off or needs to be updated, but that's not their problem. Software is amazing.

It has been a seamless tool allowing for reduced cost and less on sight management of problems.

Pros

We've used home grown platforms and moved to a centralized platform. It has ease of deployment on multiple network systems and hardware variants. It allowed us to individualize our needs for our business but still have central familiar operations for technicians.

Cons

You require a fair amount of technology prowess to implement this. It is centrally managed and needs oversight to open connectivity to remote resource management.

Pros

It allows me to easily access a multitude of remote computers

Cons

Not consistently displaying which computers are currently offline without having to manually refresh my client.

Pros

I can't imagine trying to support our clients over the phone without having this product available!

Cons

Occasionally some corporate IT teams will block it... which is not their fault!

Pros

I like how easy it is to use when I am out of the office and need access to my desktop. It has saved my work life many a times when I need a document for my boss or information for my client while working remotely.

Cons

They recently added a program to download to be able to access your computer as opposed to viewing it through your internet browser. The only problem with this can be downloaded something when there are restrictions on your computer that won't allow you to take this action.

Cons

A little more expensive than other options. I generally don't like leaving programs running in the background but I make an acception for log me in.

This has really made running our business more efficient. It is a great tool for training and really allows us to manage our time better. As they all say, time is money.

Pros

We use LogMeIn anytime someone is experiencing an issue on the computer that is difficult to describe over the phone. Logemein allows you to see exactly what they are seeing so that you can help identify which issues they are having. We are a storage facility and sometimes one of our partner problems wont' remember how to pull a certain report, or just can't spot what you are trying to describe to them over the phone. All you have to do is go the to the LogMeIn website, log in, they confirm and you can literally use your mouse and they can see exactly what you are doing. It is a huge timesaver. We also rent Penske trucks and this is a big lifesaver when another property is having issues non reving a truck or having reservation issues.

Cons

The only thing that is kind of a drag is sometimes there is a lag when you are trying to show something to someone and it can be a little glitchy. This has to do with different internet speeds and not with the software itself. I'm not sure how an issue like this would be remedied.

I really appreciate when my clients provide me a LogMeIn access for remote computer control. I know it will be easy and working, even if the macOS version is not perfect.

Pros

LogMeIn allows account administrators to easily add and revoke access to a computer for a specific user. It is really useful for large team with external contractors. Your team can change quickly and LogMeIn can make it easy to keep your user accounts up-to-date.

Cons

I feel like the macOS version of LogMeIn is not quite stable. It doesn't meet with the quality standards of the software. File sharing is also not working correctly every time.

Overall, LogMeIn is a great tool for IT departments and others alike. The ability to have secure remote access is a valuable one and can't be praised enough. LogMeIn has a simple set up with many features to meet any offices needs.

Pros

LogMeIn allows allows a user to have security but ease simultaneously. It makes remote logins easy so you can not only access the information you may need but if you need to view another coworkers desktop, it is easy to do so as well. It allows our IT company to work at all of our locations without leaving the comfort of their homes, which makes offices run smoothly but again securely.

Cons

The first time you allow someone else to use LogMeIn to access your desktop it can be a strange sensation watching the mouse jump around controlled by an unseen force. It also takes a few steps to set up to guarantee security but these are both minor inconveniences in comparison to the great uses it has.

I absolutely love using Log Me In. There are days where I am not able to go into work and this software allows me to complete the work at my convenience.

Pros

The Log Me In software allows me to log in from any device and access my work computer at any time. All of your information is kept secure and and the log in process is user friendly. I also have two work monitors that I can easily transition from when logged in from any other device. The bonus is having access to all my documents without moving or sending them elsewhere.

Cons

I can't say enough great things about Log Me In, but the only complaint I have is there are a limit of users. One of my co-workers gave up their user privileges so another employee can gain access. We have so many employees that would like to use this program.

Pros

I like that it's extremely fast to connect into devices. The UI is very responsive as well so it makes navigating and connecting VERY fast. I have had excellent session quality with this product.

Cons

The cost is higher than other products with similar features. The "remember my password" setting to connect is saved per computer, not globally, so it must be saved for each computer you connect into.

I can troubleshoot issues without leaving my office, which we have 20 locations throughout Missouri. I can also install updates remotely. These are the 2 most important things that has saved our company tons of time and money. Also, I have used it for training personnel on the remote computer.

Being able to work from a remote location while being able to feel like I'm at the office or sitting at my desk is a big plus in my profession. With LogMeIn, I can honestly say that I am able to do that with ease.

Pros

What I like about LogMeIn is that I am able to log into my desktop at work and have access to all of the drives and networks as if I were sitting at my desk. I sometimes work from home and need to access certain documents that are not saved on my laptop and with LogMeIn I can access those files.

Cons

I use 2 screens at work and when I have to log into LogMeIn to do work, I'm able to see both screens but I am barely able to see the writing on the screens.

Pros

Critical to our use was the remote control feature and inventory management. As new users we are still exploring the benefits offered.

Cons

Learning curve felt steep for me, but that is to be expected with such a robust software.
